We zoeken een Team Lead Sales Agents die de resultaten wil boosten, het team coacht en met beide voeten op de vloer blijft. Je zit ongeveer 20% van je tijd zelf aan de lijn, om feeling te houden met het vak en het goede voorbeeld te geven. De rest van de tijd gebruik je om te coachen, motiveren, opvolgen en de kwaliteit van elk klantcontact te verbeteren.

Teamperformance beheren

• De juiste KPI’s opvolgen (contacten, conversies, getekende dossiers, enz.)
• Problemen spotten en snel actie nemen

Coachen & laten groeien

• Zelf ook bellen om “in het spel” te blijven
• Ochtendbriefings, 1-op-1’s en weekdebriefs leiden
• Nieuwe collega’s trainen, best practices delen, iedereen beter maken

🤝 Rekruteren & onboarden

• De juiste profielen meezoeken met de CEO en het operationele team
• Nieuwe mensen verwelkomen, opleiden en snel op niveau brengen

📈 Samenwerken & verbeteren

• Hand in hand werken met Operations voor perfecte dossiers
• Feedback geven over tools, scripts en processen
• Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de CEO over resultaten en prioriteiten

🧠 Wie jij bent

• Je hebt 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in sales (callcenter, krediet, verzekering, telecom...)
• Je was eerder topperformer of teamlead
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans of Engels is een plus 💪
• Je kent je CRM, je cijfers en je team door en door
• Je bent eisend maar rechtvaardig, energiek, georganiseerd, en je haalt het beste uit mensen
• En vooral: je wilt een team laten groeien dat het bedrijf mee laat groeien.

🚀 Je onboarding

De eerste 3 à 4 maanden: je duikt volledig in de job van sales agent (80–100% productie). Je leert alles: producten, scripts, tools, en de gewoontes van onze toppers. Daarna neem je het team over: je coacht, volgt op, motiveert, structureert, en wordt hét aanspreekpunt op de vloer.

• Passer une partie de ton temps sur les appels pour rester “dans le jeu”
• Mener les briefings du matin, les points individuels et les debriefs de fin de semaine
• Former les nouveaux, partager les bonnes pratiques, tirer le meilleur de chacun

Recruter et intégrer

• Repérer les bons profils avec le CEO et l’équipe opérations
• Accueillir, former et faire monter les nouveaux en compétence

Collaborer & faire avancer les choses

• Travailler main dans la main avec les opérations pour des dossiers nickel
• Donner ton feedback sur les outils, les scripts, les process
• Reporter directement au CEO sur les résultats et besoins du plateau

De functie

Als Sales Executive speel je een cruciale rol bij het genereren van leads en het aangaan van nieuwe partnerschapsmogelijkheden met lokale bedrijven in België. Deze functie, die rechtstreeks rapporteert aan Head of Partnerships, is een zeer zichtbare commerciële rol.

De Sales Executive is essentieel bij het identificeren en koesteren van nieuwe partnerrelaties. Als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor potentiële partners ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van prospects en hen omvormen tot waardevolle partners. Bovendien zul je sterke relaties opbouwen, partners ondersteunen en zorgen voor voortdurende communicatie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Samenwerken met het Hoofd Partnerschappen om acquisitiestrategieën, maandelijkse doelen en aankomende productupdates te begrijpen.
• Potentiële leads identificeren via verschillende kanalen.
• Contact opnemen met prospects via telefoongesprekken, e-mails, enz., en overtuigende presentaties geven van de unieke producten en diensten van TopCompare.
• Bezoeken afleggen aan gekwalificeerde prospects, relaties opbouwen en TopCompare-producten presenteren.
• Tijdig en consistent opvolgen met partners om sterke relaties te behouden, betrokkenheid te waarborgen en feedback te verzamelen.
• Nauwkeurige registratie van leadinteracties in het CRM-systeem.

Om je doelen bij ons te bereiken, zul je:

• Deel uitmaken van een platte hiërarchie en start-upcultuur, wat betekent veel verantwoordelijkheid vanaf dag één en het snel opbouwen van je kennis en vaardigheden.
• Constante ondersteuning krijgen van en blootstelling aan het managementteam, rapporterend aan het Hoofd Partnerschappen.

Vereisten en vaardigheden:

• Minimaal een Bachelor diploma of vergelijkbare opleiding.

• Uitzonderlijke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Frans als Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Vloeiend in Engels (geschreven en gesproken).

On cherche un Sales Team Leader prêt à booster la perf, coacher l’équipe et garder les pieds sur le terrain. Tu passes environ 20% de ton temps en appels, pour rester proche du métier et montrer l’exemple, et le reste à coacher, suivre, motiver et améliorer la qualité de chaque interaction client.

Gérer la performance de ton équipe

• Suivre les KPIs (contacts, conversions, dossiers signés, etc.)
• Identifier les blocages et lancer les bons plans d’action
• Garder le rythme et l’énergie sur le plateau

Coacher et faire grandir

• Passer une partie de ton temps sur les appels pour rester “dans le jeu”
• Mener les briefings du matin, les points individuels et les debriefs de fin de semaine
• Former les nouveaux, partager les bonnes pratiques, tirer le meilleur de chacun

Recruter et intégrer

• Repérer les bons profils avec le CEO et l’équipe opérations
• Accueillir, former et faire monter les nouveaux en compétence

Collaborer & faire avancer les choses

• Travailler main dans la main avec les opérations pour des dossiers nickel
• Donner ton feedback sur les outils, les scripts, les process
• Reporter directement au CEO sur les résultats et besoins du plateau

🧠 Ton profil

• Tu as 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente (call center, crédit, assurance, télécom…)
• Tu as déjà été top performer ou team lead
• Tu parles français (le néerlandais ou l’anglais, c’est un plus 💪)
• Tu maîtrises ton CRM, tes chiffres, et ton équipe
• Tu es exigeant mais juste, énergique, organisé, et tu veux faire progresser les autres

We’re looking for a process-obsessed automation rockstar who sees broken workflows everywhere, and can’t help but fix them. You’ll design, automate, and continuously improve how work flows across teams so we can scale smarter, faster, and with fewer manual headaches.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You will be the architect of our operational backbone. Your mission is to look at every corner of our business, from customer onboarding to internal reporting, and ask, "How can we do this better?" You will have the green light and the resources to design, implement, and perfect the automated systems that will power our next stage of growth. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about building the future, one brilliant process at a time.

1. Lead the Automation Charge

• Map, challenge, and redesign cross‑functional processes (from acquisition to customer care and partner ops).
• Build and own an automation roadmap using the right mix of RPA, low/no‑code tools (Zapier/Make/...), APIs, AI copilots, and scripts. Don't worry, we don't expect you to be able to code. 
• Prioritize ruthlessly: quick wins first, moonshots second, both backed by data and ROI.
• Turn chaos into clarity: create and maintain crystal-clear SOPs, swimlanes, and control plans.

2. Drive Continuous Improvement. Lean is your love language

• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, value-stream mapping, DMAIC cycles, whatever gets to the root cause fastest.
• Install metrics and control charts that keep improvements alive (not a one-off “project” mindset).
• Coach teams to spot the 8 wastes and kill them with kindness (and automation).

3. Orchestrate Change

• Craft compelling business cases and win buy-in from stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compliance.
• Pilot, test, iterate. Ship improvements with phased rollouts and clear comms.
• Train end users, build playbooks, measure adoption, and iterate again.

4. Make Data Flow and speak

• Partner with Data/IT to make sure the right data moves cleanly between tools.
• Co-own key ops platforms (workflow engines, CRM/ERP modules, ticketing, RPA bots) with an eye on reliability and scalability.
• Spin up dashboards that expose bottlenecks, SLAs, and throughput in real time.

What you bring

Must-haves

• The most important: Structured problem-solver with a bias for action, proposals, and documentation is insufficient - we value action
• 3 to 7 years in Operations, Business Process Management, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on track record of automating and scaling processes across multiple teams.
• Proven mastery of workflow/automation tools (Zapier/Make, UiPath, Power Automate, Workato, etc.) and/or scripting (Python, Apps Script).

The position

We are looking for a digital marketer to manage our digital marketing channels together with the performance marketing manager and other marketers. 

You are responsible for the day-to-day operations and optimizations of your marketing channel(s), ensuring that this/these channels bring as many interested people as possible to our website. Initially you will start by managing the Google Ads account for our personal loans division, with the support of the performance marketing manager. However, thanks to our flat hierarchy, and lean structure, you will quickly get to work on other channels and tools too. • On-site optimisation: based on thorough and creative keyword research you write great copy so that every page of our site is targeting the right consumer question. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

You will be the architect of our operational backbone. Your mission is to look at every corner of our business, from customer onboarding to internal reporting, and ask, "How can we do this better?" You will have the green light and the resources to design, implement, and perfect the automated systems that will power our next stage of growth. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about building the future, one brilliant process at a time.

1. Lead the Automation Charge

• Map, challenge, and redesign cross‑functional processes (from acquisition to customer care and partner ops).
• Build and own an automation roadmap using the right mix of RPA, low/no‑code tools (Zapier/Make/...), APIs, AI copilots, and scripts. Don't worry, we don't expect you to be able to code. 
• Prioritize ruthlessly: quick wins first, moonshots second, both backed by data and ROI.
• Turn chaos into clarity: create and maintain crystal-clear SOPs, swimlanes, and control plans.

2. Drive Continuous Improvement. Lean is your love language

• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, value-stream mapping, DMAIC cycles, whatever gets to the root cause fastest.
• Install metrics and control charts that keep improvements alive (not a one-off “project” mindset).
• Coach teams to spot the 8 wastes and kill them with kindness (and automation).

3. Orchestrate Change

• Craft compelling business cases and win buy-in from stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compliance.
• Pilot, test, iterate. Ship improvements with phased rollouts and clear comms.
• Train end users, build playbooks, measure adoption, and iterate again.

4. Make Data Flow and speak

• Partner with Data/IT to make sure the right data moves cleanly between tools.
• Co-own key ops platforms (workflow engines, CRM/ERP modules, ticketing, RPA bots) with an eye on reliability and scalability.
• Spin up dashboards that expose bottlenecks, SLAs, and throughput in real time.

What you bring

Must-haves

• The most important: Structured problem-solver with a bias for action, proposals, and documentation is insufficient - we value action
• 3 to 7 years in Operations, Business Process Management, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on track record of automating and scaling processes across multiple teams.
• Proven mastery of workflow/automation tools (Zapier/Make, UiPath, Power Automate, Workato, etc.) and/or scripting (Python, Apps Script).
• Strong analytical skills and turning data into action.

Bonus points

• Lean Six Sigma training/certifications (Yellow/Green/Black Belt).

Coacher et faire grandir

• Passer une partie de ton temps sur les appels pour rester “dans le jeu”

🧠 Ton profil

You will be the architect of our operational backbone. Your mission is to look at every corner of our business, from customer onboarding to internal reporting, and ask, "How can we do this better?" You will have the green light and the resources to design, implement, and perfect the automated systems that will power our next stage of growth. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about building the future, one brilliant process at a time.

1. Lead the Automation Charge

• Map, challenge, and redesign cross‑functional processes (from acquisition to customer care and partner ops).
• Build and own an automation roadmap using the right mix of RPA, low/no‑code tools (Zapier/Make/...), APIs, AI copilots, and scripts. Don't worry, we don't expect you to be able to code. 
• Prioritize ruthlessly: quick wins first, moonshots second, both backed by data and ROI.
• Turn chaos into clarity: create and maintain crystal-clear SOPs, swimlanes, and control plans.

2. Drive Continuous Improvement. Lean is your love language

• Facilitate Kaizen workshops, value-stream mapping, DMAIC cycles, whatever gets to the root cause fastest.
• Install metrics and control charts that keep improvements alive (not a one-off “project” mindset).
• Coach teams to spot the 8 wastes and kill them with kindness (and automation).

3. Orchestrate Change

• Craft compelling business cases and win buy-in from stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compliance.
• Pilot, test, iterate. Ship improvements with phased rollouts and clear comms.
• Train end users, build playbooks, measure adoption, and iterate again.

4. Make Data Flow and speak

• Partner with Data/IT to make sure the right data moves cleanly between tools.
• Co-own key ops platforms (workflow engines, CRM/ERP modules, ticketing, RPA bots) with an eye on reliability and scalability.
• Spin up dashboards that expose bottlenecks, SLAs, and throughput in real time.

What you bring

Must-haves

• The most important: Structured problem-solver with a bias for action, proposals, and documentation is insufficient - we value action
• 3 to 7 years in Operations, Business Process Management, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on track record of automating and scaling processes across multiple teams.
• Proven mastery of workflow/automation tools (Zapier/Make, UiPath, Power Automate, Workato, etc.) and/or scripting (Python, Apps Script).
• Strong analytical skills and turning data into action.

Bonus points

• Lean Six Sigma training/certifications (Yellow/Green/Black Belt).
• Experience in fintech/financial services or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled automation and prompt engineering.
