About this opportunity

• Complete management referral intakes according to established guidelines; assure appropriate placement of management referred employees; provide guidance regarding EAP protocols to counselors working with employees.

What we expect from you:

• Must hold a Diploma in Psychology (Psicólogo/a) from a university officially recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
• Must be actively registered with a Regional Council of Psychology (CRP); while a single CRP registration permits nationwide telehealth, a secondary license is strictly required for providing in-person services across two or more jurisdictions.
• You have training and experience delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and workplace trainings or presentations.
• You have experience using evidence-based approaches, including short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• You are able to respond quickly and appropriately to employees experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, or other forms of distress onsite, providing stabilization, safety planning, and connection to care when needed.
• You are comfortable educating both managers and employees on mental health awareness, early intervention, and how to access available support resources.
• You proactively promote Spring Health services and help employees understand the full range of available support, including therapy, coaching, and workplace consultation.

The target hourly for PT range for this position is BRL R$ 128.66 - R$ 257.31. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. 3. Projetar e implementar sistemas de integração baseados em eventos para facilitar a comunicação entre os diferentes componentes do sistema;
4. Trabalhar com protocolos FTP e lidar com arquivos posicionais para a troca de dados com parceiros externos;
5. Garantir que o sistema de ETL seja altamente observável, permitindo a fácil depuração de problemas e a monitoração de desempenho;

7. Realizar testes de unidade, integração e aceitação para garantir a qualidade do código;
8. Manter a documentação técnica atualizada e participar na revisão de código;

REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS:

• Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento back-end e front end, em um ambiente de microserviços com Linguagem Java, Spring Boot, React.js;
• Conhecimento sólido em NoSQL, com experiência prática em MongoDB;
• Experiência em desenvolvimento de sistemas ETL;
• Experiência com Cloud (AWS, AZURE);
• Familiaridade com arquitetura baseada em eventos e ferramentas relacionadas;

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to the payments team located both in Brazil and Portugal.

Responsible for the platform that serves the entire Wellhub business, processing millions of transactions for users and companies around the globe. We work closely with cross-functional teams and payment service providers to deliver optimum checkout conversion rates and efficient account management interactions. 

We are creating a new architecture and set of systems that will guarantee consistency across multiple areas and services.

YOUR IMPACT

You will research and execute strategic projects along with your team. Your deliverables influence B2B and B2C checkout conversion around the globe, by both creating new payment mechanisms and improving/maintaining existing ones.

Together with the technical leadership, you will implement and deliver solutions working with a cross-functional team. 

You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills,  working closely with mid-level and junior engineers and help them speed up their learning curve. You will also have opportunities to develop engineering skills by getting involved in scalability problems, system architecture, and code quality assurance, among others.

• Participate in the development of some of the most critical and challenging services in our ecosystem, seeking to build long-term and sustainable solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience;
• Build Integration with 3rd party API and tools.
• Work in a collaborative and agile environment that prioritizes people over process.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies and edge cases on a global scale.

WHO YOU ARE

Essential requirements:

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions and continuously improving processes
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Kotlin/Java with Spring Framework.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous processing, message queuing, and retry/backoff strategies for reliable system communication
• Solid software architecture expertise, including:
• Event-driven architectures
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Hexagonal / Ports & Adapters architecture
• Strong software quality orientation with proficiency in automated testing (unit, integration and e2e tests)
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and Cloud-Native environments (Kubernetes, container orchestration, service discovery).
• Expertise in designing and implementing observability and traceability strategies, including distributed tracing, centralized logging, and metrics instrumentation.
• Proven track record with microservices architectures, high-throughput distributed systems, and resilience engineering techniques (circuit breakers, retries, fallback mechanisms).
• Demonstrated ownership of technical decisions, architectural trade-offs, and phased delivery strategies throughout career.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
