What we expect from you:

• Must hold a Diploma in Psychology (Psicólogo/a) from a university officially recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
• Must be actively registered with a Regional Council of Psychology (CRP); while a single CRP registration permits nationwide telehealth, a secondary license is strictly required for providing in-person services across two or more jurisdictions.

What you’ll be doing:

• This is an onsite role: Mon-Friday 8:30-5p in zip codes 11239, 11354, and 11432. 
• Identify and make referrals for work-life, financial & legal, and basic needs support

• Ability to learn and become adept with the foundational elements of the Canadian Standards Association’s (CSA) The National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.
• Certification as a The Working Mind licensed facilitator is preferred but not required.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year experience as an independently licensed clinician.
• You have training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
• You're comfortable with technology and are telehealth competent.
• You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy 
• You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.
• You are committed to high quality documentation of service delivery that is completed in a timely manner
• You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinical care navigators.
• You acknowledge and embrace diversity and inclusion amongst teams and clients
• Experience supporting employees by promoting and explaining company offerings, including participation in tabling events.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships are a plus. 
• Flexibility to travel to multiple sites as needed.
• Ability to summarize all interactions in English within Spring Health’s online documentation systems.
• Experience supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) and internal stakeholders to promote inclusive, culturally responsive mental health support.

The target hourly for PT range for this position is $85-$110. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
