The Mission

As the Head of Corporate Communications & PR, you are the architect of the Numa narrative. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the global story of how Numa is disrupting the €100B European hospitality market. You aren't just a "press officer"—you are a strategic storyteller who can pivot from a high-level B2B investor story on LinkedIn to a viral B2C lifestyle trend in seconds.

What You’ll Do

• The "One Voice" Strategy: Own the end-to-end corporate narrative, balancing B2B (investors, real estate partners, tech media) with B2C (lifestyle, travel, and guest-facing stories).
• Storytelling & Content: Move beyond traditional PR. You will find the "human soul" in our data-driven model and turn it into compelling long-form content, thought leadership, and digital stories.
• CEO & Executive Presence: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO. You will manage his public profile, craft keynotes, and lead his LinkedIn strategy to drive industry-wide authority.
• Integrated Lifestyle PR: Work closely with the Brand team to ensure Numa is a staple in lifestyle and travel media (Vogue, Monocle, Condé Nast), focusing on design and the "modern traveler" experience.

What You’ll Do 

• Assist with food preparation, mise-en-place, and kitchen setup across sections.

The role...

At Soho House the Front Office Agent is a professional who is the first point of contact for all customers at the hotel reception. They greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies. Additionally the Front Office Agent will work at the Membership reception and ensure that every member is welcomed by name, as well as checking the membership status. 

Responsibilities...

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Working at Membership Reception:
  • Ensure every member is welcomed by name (if local) and guest is welcomed with open arms and in a hospitable manner.
  • Answer high-volume phone lines and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

The role

This is a full-cycle sales role with real ownership. You'll find, develop, and close strategic and mid-market accounts across DACH, from first conversation to signed contract. You'll sell into hotel groups, serviced apartment operators, and forward-thinking hospitality businesses that are ready to leave their old PMS behind.

You'll work closely with our partner ecosystem to co-sell and accelerate deals, and you'll be a genuine voice for Apaleo in the market — building relationships that go beyond the transaction.

What you'll be doing

• Running the full sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
• Owning and developing 30–40% of your own pipeline through outbound and network-driven activity
• Selling to C-suite and operational decision-makers, helping them understand what a best-of-breed approach actually means in practice
• Navigating complex buying processes that span HQ, Operations, IT, and Finance
• Co-selling with Apaleo's ecosystem of app and implementation partners to accelerate deals and add customer value
• Using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Modjo.ai, and Zoom to work smart and move fast

What you bring

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, you know how to run a deal and close it
• Experience selling complex solutions to non-technical buyers, ideally in hospitality, travel, or an adjacent industry
• Genuine curiosity about hospitality, you want to understand how the industry works, not just sell into it
• The ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles without losing momentum

The role...

As an accounts receivable agent, you play an important role in accounting. In close contact with members, guests and colleagues you ensure the correct invoicing and much more.

Main Duties…

• Preparation of invoices and deposit invoices in line with company standards
• Accounts receivable and guest ledger management, including monitoring of open balances in cooperation with the Front Office team
• Daily posting and reconciliation of bank transactions in Opera
• Issuing payment reminders and coordinating collecting process
• Daily control of in-house payments and cash movements
• Reconciliation of cash accounts and follow up

Requirements…

• successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector
• work experience in accounting desirable, preferably in the hotel industry
• experience with OPERA / MICROS desirable
• good knowledge of MS Office

The Purchasing Administrator (Adaco Systems) is responsible for the accurate maintenance, administration, and support of the Adaco procurement system. This role is primarily focused on data integrity, system processes, and user support rather than hands-on purchasing or supplier negotiation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead by example with a professional demeanor, maintaining appropriate distance while being fair, respectful, and approachable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; able to manage sensitive situations discreetly and effectively.
• Calm, observant, and self-assured personality with the ability to stay neutral and composed in dynamic or high-pressure situations.

Der/Die Haustechniker*in ist für die Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Reparatur der Einrichtungen und Anlagen des Hotels und des Member Clubs verantwortlich und stellt sicher, dass die Einrichtungen und Anlagen des Hotels nach den höchsten Standards gewartet werden, um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu gewährleisten. The role...

The Accountant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the hotel and members’ club by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and budget monitoring. The role ensures that all accounting activities are carried out accurately and in compliance with internal procedures and financial regulations.

We are seeking a high-impact Travel Payments Consultant to serve as the lead advisor for our clients. This is a customer-facing strategic role designed for someone who can walk into a boardroom and explain how a payment architecture could have an impact on month end reconciliation but also solve for global tax fragmentation.

You won't just be recommending payment solutions; you will be designing the "Financial Blueprint" for global companies. Your goal is to help clients navigate the friction between a frictionless checkout and the "hard walls" of international tax compliance and e-invoicing mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Lead discovery workshops with client CFOs and CTOs to audit their current payment stacks and identify opportunities for efficiencies and optimization.
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end flows that integrate payment gateways with e-invoicing to ensure legal compliance without ruining the user experience.
• Tax & Compliance Roadmap: Educate clients on the impact of Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) and help them transition from manual invoicing to automated, real-time fiscal reporting.
• Vendor Selection & Orchestration: Act as a neutral advisor to help clients select the right mix of PSPs (Payment Service Providers), Tax Engines, and Middleware to support their specific geographic footprint.
• Implementation Oversight: Bridge the gap between the client’s business requirements and the technical delivery teams to ensure the final solution meets local fiscal "truth."

Experience

• 5+ years processing and reconciling travel-related payments including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and ancillary travel services.
• 5+ years managing multiple payment methods such as virtual cards, lodge cards, corporate credit cards, and direct billing arrangements.
• 5+ years reviewing and validating supplier invoices for accuracy, contractual compliance, and correct authorization prior to payment.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and vendor billing issues efficiently.
• Partner with travel management companies (TMCs), suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support seamless payment operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Monitor transactions for duplicate charges, fraud risks, and policy exceptions.
• Assist with the implementation and optimization of travel payment and expense management systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years managing bookings for corporate and leisure clients in a core Business Travel environment 
• 3+ years of demonstrated advanced Sabre or Amadeus GDS experience (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, PNR management, etc.) is mandatory
• Experience of local market supplier content and booking practices in both ARC and BSP markets
• In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares and fare construction calculations including the use of nett fares, IT fares, route deals and corporate negotiated fares (Fares & Ticketing VAII, formally BA2)
• Experience of NDC , Low cost carriers and third party content aggregators and their booking management practices is a plus
• Full understanding of travel industry regulations, along with worldwide compliance requirements
• Skilled communicator, proficient in both verbal and written English language. Additional language skills (fluent speaker) outside of English is a bonus, but not a requirement
• Language: Fluency in German (mandatory)
