ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Procurement Manager based in Germany, with a strong background in procurement, ideally in the hospitality or consulting industries. You will be responsible for managing key indirect spend categories such as SaaS, furniture, housekeeping, cleaning services, OTAs, maintenance, linen, security, and energy (electricity & gas). This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership. As our procurement function continues to evolve, you will play a key role in shaping processes, building supplier strategies, and establishing procurement best practices across Europe.

We are looking for a sharp, business-minded lawyer to join our in-house legal team. You will take ownership of a lease portfolio across multiple European jurisdictions, acting as a trusted legal partner to our operations, finance, and asset management teams. This is a hands-on role that combines deep legal expertise with a genuine appetite for process improvement and legal tech.

Lease Management & Portfolio Execution

• Own the end-to-end post-signing management of lease agreements across your portfolio 
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, deadlines, and rights (e.g. rent adjustments, options, guarantees) 
• Lead the negotiation and drafting of lease-related agreements (e.g. amendments, subleases, side agreements)

Your Role:

 As our Tax & Compliance Specialist, you'll be the central point of contact for all tax-related topics across multiple countries. You'll work at the intersection of Finance, Operations, IT, and external advisors – ensuring our tax processes run smoothly in a fast-growing, international setup.

Tax & Compliance: You manage and coordinate tax-related topics across multiple countries, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and local taxes. A key focus lies on City Tax and Tourism Tax: you understand local rules and tax logic by city and country, coordinate with local authorities, OTAs, and internal stakeholders, and ensure correct calculation, reporting, and remittance. You also liaise with external tax advisors, accountants, and auditors, support tax audits and authority inquiries, and assist the business with tax-related questions in day-to-day operations. 

Accounting & Financial Processes: You bring a solid understanding of financial accounting and tax-relevant postings. You review, analyze, and validate accounting data, support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and ensure accuracy and consistency of tax-relevant financial data.

Systems & ERP: You have a strong affinity for ERP and financial systems and understand data flows between operational systems, OTAs, and Finance. Acting as an interface between Finance, Tax, Operations, and IT, you actively contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives.

YOUR MISSION:

As an on-site Operations Coordinator, you are the lifeblood of our Numa properties. Your mission is to ensure every guest steps into a flawless physical environment, rooted in clean, well-maintained, and perfectly on-brand spaces. Working closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, your regional and central Ops peers, and our remote Guest Experience Team, you act as the proactive eyes and ears of our tech-enabled hotel model.

Your Objectives:

In this role, you will:

• Obsess Over Guest Rooms: The guest rooms are your ultimate domain and primary focus. You are responsible for conducting rigorous daily room checks, executing improvement projects and working alongside Housekeeping  and Maintenance to continuously elevate the quality of our spaces day-in and day-out, using our in-house developed tech-stack. 
• Run Daily Operations: Monitor arrivals, run daily housekeeping briefings, and rigorously walk all public areas (lobbies, hallways, stairwells) to ensure they are pristine and guest-ready. Schedule and attend maintenance appointments, guarantee rooms are ready by check-in, ensure key guest amenities managed by external partners (like gyms or breakfast partners) run smoothly day-to-day, and execute key property projects flawlessly.
• Spot It, Report It, Own It: Proactively spot, report, and fix discrepancies before they impact the guest experience. Analyze our guests' reviews and conversations with Numa every day, identifying the root cause of on-site requests or complaints, and then work to fix them: fast, effectively, and with full follow-through.
• Structure Back of House: Keep the engine room running by managing efficient storage, proactively handling stock and deliveries and enforcing local compliance. Act as the physical hands on-site for our remote ICT team, assisting with tech troubleshooting as required.
• Keep The Team In The Loop: Over-communicate. You take responsibility for keeping the wider company and teams informed through consistently logging issues and escalating on site developments as required to allow us to proactively course correct.Manage property knowledge. Actively update internal databases, check online listings for accuracy and ensure our guest-facing digital information is on point so remote teams can always rely on the information they find and have the real-time context they need.
