ABOUT THE ORCHESTRA FINANCE TEAM
The Orchestra Finance Team oversees financial results and works with our teams on client finance, growth strategies and the overall financial health of the company. We are responsible for the successful integration with our new partner companies as well as any future acquisition activity.
We work with management and other key agency stakeholders to drive profitability and monitor key performance indicators. We are growing a team of experienced finance professionals, change agents, Excel masters and complex problem-solvers to collaborate cross-functionally to assess financial strategies, systems and processes in an effort to drive the full-cycle financial health of all our clients.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Vice President, Client Finance serves as a strategic finance partner to leadership across two verticals within Orchestra. This role is responsible for financial oversight, operational rigor, and performance optimization—ensuring accurate reporting, disciplined forecasting and actionable insights that drive profitability and support business growth.
The position manages one Financial Analyst and reports to the EVP, Client Finance.
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. The Finance team is in-office at least 3 days per week.

Orchestra is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team. You will lead daily client relations, plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables, support and lead client teams and conceptualize strategies, pitches and media placements. This person will work closely with client leads and internal staff, delegating to peers and junior staff and develop and advance strategy with senior leaders. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in honing their communications skills in the travel, lifestyle, retail, hospitality and culinary destinations, and who can work directly with senior executives at these firms to plan and implement holistic communications strategies.

This role is designed for a modern influence strategist who understands how culture, travel, lifestyle and local storytelling shape perception, visitation and long-term brand affinity. You know how credibility, aesthetic storytelling and cultural relevance drive measurable impact, from destination awareness and brand love to bookings, visitation and real estate demand.
You will architect programs that translate destinations, properties and hospitality experiences into compelling creator-led narratives.
