About the Role:

As the Sales/ Project Engineer for Ziplines Ground Systems and Site Infrastructure, you’ll spearhead the deployment success of Ziplines Offsite Charging sites, the game changing autonomous loading Zipping Point, and other site infrastructure. You’ll be handling all deployment topics, finding innovative solutions that work for partner sites, executing solutions to problems and roadblocks, and driving feedback and product changes to simplify and accelerate the rollout of Ziplines delivery infrastructure. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work with customer teams and internal customer success teams to seamlessly integrate Zipline systems into both existing and newly designed infrastructure, including creating site layouts and related technical documents. • Understand and mitigate the preconstruction, construction, operational and sustaining  risks associated with each project. 
• Manage many parallel small construction projects, site infrastructure installments, construction contractors, and additional real estate development projects.
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across various trades (construction, assembly, electrical) during bid, pre-construction, construction and site commissioning project phases. WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field 
• 4+  years of experience in a relevant field - technical sales of hardware products at scale, technical product management, real estate development or construction. Experience with technical sales and solution design of contractor installed equipment, and experience in the light commercial construction industry  is strongly preferred.

As a Senior RF Engineer II on the Wireless & Connectivity Center of Excellence (CoE) team, you will lead the design and development of advanced wireless connectivity solutions across Axon’s product portfolio — including Body-Worn Cameras, in-vehicle systems, wearables, and other next-generation platforms.

You will own RF architecture and implementation across a broad range of wireless technologies — from integration of Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combo modules to detailed chip-down cellular designs — spanning PCB layout, RF routing, matching networks, and antenna port optimization. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Actively contribute to the hands on design and optimization of chip-down RF circuitry and integrated modules for technologies such as LTE, 5G, GNSS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth technologies, ensuring robust performance across complex multi-radio systems

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 9–12+ years designing, integrating, and optimizing wireless RF solutions for battery-powered and vehicular embedded products deployed in real-world environments (e.g., drones, automotive-mounted systems, mobile devices, action cameras)
• 5+ years designing and integrating chip-down cellular RF circuits (e.g., LTE, 5G, Cat-4 and above)
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-transceiver wireless system architecture, RF circuit design, and system integration across 4G, 5G, multi-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS technologies as a minimum.
• Proven experience as a Lead embedded RF Engineer, personally driving RF architecture, schematic design, integration, debug, and validation from concept through mass production

• Proven ability to own and drive multiple complex wireless projects, balancing architectural trade-offs, execution risk, and delivery timelines

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer II, you will be a key member of the Global Quality team. You will support the full product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes and products that meet or exceed Axon’s standards and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do 

• Participate in the Axon Product Lifecycle (APL) process to ensure compliance with quality deliverables including issue resolution (CAPA), validation plans, CTQ identification, FAIR/PPAP documentation, and quality monitoring implementation.
• Lead nonconforming material review (NCMR/MRB) and manage material dispositions with cross-functional teams.
