Responsibilities 

 
Training Ownership & Delivery 

• Lead onboarding and foundational training for new Warehouse, Supply Chain, and BDA team members.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. • Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day logistics operations with internal and external partners such as steamship lines, air carriers, intermodal and drayage vendors, customs, trade lane management, warehousing, transloading, trucking, and the air operations team.

As a Senior Customs Specialist, you’ve moved beyond the fundamentals and this role reflects that. You’ll be a critical contributor on our core Customs team, a product poised for more than 10x growth in the next five years, bringing both operational excellence and strategic insight to everything you do.

• Own complex entry filing: Handle a high-volume, high-accuracy workload by filing moderately complex entries end-to-end, including entries with unique procedures, detailed PGA requirements, and non-standard processes while maintaining strict accuracy standards.

Position Summary

ON.energy is looking for a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to support the supplier quality activities related to battery energy storage systems (BESS) across the full equipment lifecycle—from procurement and factory testing to site delivery and installation. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams in the processes of selecting, auditing and evaluating suppliers, reviewing vendor’s Inspection and Test Plans, coordinating and witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and provide field support during installation and commissioning for key components including batteries, inverters, transformers, switchgear and ATS, and auxiliary systems. This role focuses on preventing quality issues at the source – ensuring suppliers maintain robust manufacturing and test processes – and tracking non-conformances through resolution prior to shipment. 

This role is best suited for engineers with hands-on experience working with manufacturing suppliers of electrical or industrial equipment. The role focuses on suppliers manufacturing critical electrical equipment used in utility-scale energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Supplier Selection, Evaluation and Qualification based on the company’s Supplier Quality processes and tools.
• Support the definition and documentation of Supplier Quality processes in compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements.
• Perform supplier process audits at new and existing vendors to evaluate manufacturing processes, production controls, and supplier quality systems in alignment with company standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Ensure all activities related to the Supplier Audit process are properly maintained and executed, including the Audit Planning and Reporting documentation.
• Update the supplier quality database (Documents Control).

• Review and approve supplier quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), FAT procedures, Control Plans and / or quality control documentation packages.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at OEM and ensure test results and documentation meet approved criteria.
• Identify, log, and track non-conformances (NCRs); drive timely root cause analysis and corrective actions with vendors.
• Review and validate supplier material traceability records, certificates, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to qualify new vendors and support supplier onboarding.
• Provide supplier performance feedback and input to quality metrics and supplier scorecards.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable quality documentation packages for each project.
• Support development and continuous improvement of quality standards, templates, and best practices across equipment types.
• Evaluate supplier manufacturing processes and production controls to ensure suppliers can consistently meet technical and quality requirements.

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering (or a closely related technical field)
  or equivalent hands-on experience working with electrical equipment and systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 3-7 years of experience in supplier or product quality engineering within the energy or manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with electrical power systems, BESS, inverters, transformers, switchgear, or other similar equipment 
• Experience with supplier process audits including evaluating supplier manufacturing processes (VDA 6.3 or similar process audit frameworks are a plus)
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and manufacturing quality tools (8D, SPC, PFMEA, control plans, FAI / PPAP)
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (IEEE 1547, UL 9540/9540A, IEC, ISO 9001, NEC) and general equipment test protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical understanding of manufacturing processes
• Willingness to travel (up to 75%) to vendor locations (domestic and international) and project sites
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities; capable of interfacing effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams

AI Governance Team, AI Risk and Operations 

We are seeking a Vice President, AI Risk and Operations on our AI Governance Team who will play a critical role in maturing and scaling Accordion's enterprise-wide AI Governance risk and operations program. In this role, you will serve as an internal governance practitioner and cross-functional advisor, embedding AI governance policies, procedures, and controls across our operating model for internal AI solutions — with the expectation that this scope will evolve to include client-facing engagements over time. You Have

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking an exceptional Senior, Cost Accounting to execute full stack cost accounting for a portion of Anduril’s portfolio of products. This role is critical to driving accuracy, insight, and control across our development, manufacturing,
and production operations. Reporting to the Manager, Cost Accounting, the Senior will ensure consistent and compliant application of Anduril’s standard costing methodology and be responsible for detailed transactional and balance sheet reconciliation review. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform asset capitalization, depreciation, and management for deployed internal and subscription assets.
• Responsible for the recognition and accounting treatment of hardware treatment. Including , where applicable, COGS, maintenance and repair, returns, operations and sustainment, and capitalization.

We are seeking a highly skilled technical Cost and Receipt Accounting Systems Analyst with deep Oracle Cloud Fusion supply chain cost accounting experience to join the team. In this role, you will be the primary technical architect and administrator for the financial "engine" of our supply chain. • Sub-ledger Reconciliation: Direct the technical resolution of variances between the Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger, ensuring "Received But Not Invoiced" (RBNI) reports are accurate and automated.
• Data Integrity & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (Manufacturing/Execution systems/WMS).

• Release Management: Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates specifically for impact on costing flows, performing regression testing on automated accounting entries before they hit production.
• Process Engineering: Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure that physical receiving workflows trigger the correct technical accounting events in the ERP.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred). DCAA & CPFF contracting experience a plus.
• Manufacturing Financials: Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management (LCM), and Work-in-Process (WIP) costing. Strong understanding the interplay of sales, supply chain, manufacturing and finance processes between CRM, MES, WMS and ERP, with hands on experience leading development of capabilities in Oracle or SAP
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to write SQL queries to extract data for reconciliation and experience using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for financial reporting.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Supplier Operations Program Manager will lead the rollout, adoption, and enforcement of supplier-facing operational standards across Anduril’s supply base. This role works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Material Flow, AP, and Systems teams, while engaging directly with suppliers (including on-site), to ensure operational standards are implemented effectively and drive measurable improvements in receiving efficiency, data accuracy, and supplier accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead end-to-end rollout of supplier operational initiatives, including packaging, labeling, serialization, ASN enablement, and supplier portal adoption
• Translate internal requirements into clear supplier-facing documentation, training, and implementation plans
• Drive supplier compliance to the Supplier Delivery Manual and Chargeback Policy across the supply base
• Partner with internal teams (Material Flow, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT) to align on requirements and ensure consistent execution
• Engage directly with suppliers (including on-site visits) to drive adoption, resolve gaps, and ensure readiness
• Identify and resolve system and process gaps impacting supplier compliance and receiving performance
• Support development and implementation of ASN-driven receiving workflows and supplier data integration into WMS and ERP systems
• Track and report on supplier adoption, compliance metrics, and rollout progress
• Analyze trends in supplier non-compliance (labeling, packaging, ASN, documentation) and drive corrective actions
• Support supplier accountability programs, including chargeback enablement and supplier performance reviews
• Drive consistent execution of supplier standards across sites, programs, and supplier tiers
• Act as the primary owner of external supplier operational rollout strategy and execution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain or related field
• 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, quality, or analytics roles
• Familiarity with packaging, labeling, and logistics workflows
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Atlanta, GA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Master's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field
• Experience working directly with external partners
• Comfortable creating structure out of ambiguity
• Strong bias for action and sense of urgency
• Experience supporting supplier performance
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite of products

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Anduril’s Supply Chain team is seeking a Material Planner to join our team. The Supply Chain team is responsible for planning and sourcing of materials to support rapidly iterating and building of cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, mobile ground equipment, and flight vehicles. The Material Planner will have material flow responsibility spanning the entire value chain from raw materials through finished goods shipped to customers. They will have full ownership of certain assemblies and product lines, and will be ultimately responsible for sending the correct signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing on what and when to buy or build. This hire will be instrumental in signaling and forecasting accurate supply, planning inventory levels, and ensuring that Anduril supports its hardware requirements via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and other associated tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Develop and manage the production plan including working with Purchasing to ensure component availability and scheduling production in line with availability
• Provide visibility on part shortages to purchasing and production teams (in clear-to-build)
• Provide forecasts to the Supply Chain team for components required for production
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize supply allocations
• Work cross-functionally with the Engineering team to provide visibility into material coverage on component changes
• Manage Consumables Inventory and ensure stocked to support Production
• Develop and maintain processes for working within MRP and the associated master data

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any technical field including mechanical/aerospace/manufacturing, electrical, or computer engineering, supply chain, or business with a technical minor or concentration.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma principles in action
• Demonstrated ability to completely own a value chain from start to finish, coordinating among multiple different internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards
• Ability to demonstrate a willingness to take on substantial responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and material planning functions with a bias towards speed and accuracy.
