Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the founders on strategic business initiatives, operational priorities, and special projects.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support key business decisions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor business metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Build presentations, business reports, dashboards, and financial models for internal planning and investor discussions.
- Support the execution of expansion initiatives, customer acquisition strategies, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project management and execution.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Assist in planning and implementing strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and accelerate growth.
- Travel as required to meet business partners, customers, vendors, or support expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
- 1–8 years of experience in startups, consulting, strategy, business operations, growth, or product functions.
- Prior experience in a consumer-focused startup is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to D2C businesses, consumer technology, or companies scaling B2C web or digital platforms.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and ownership are essential.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results under tight timelines.
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
