We are seeking an experienced Analog Circuit Design Engineer with strong expertise in designing high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced semiconductor technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on FinFET process nodes and high-speed interface designs, contributing to the complete analog design lifecycle from architecture and circuit implementation to simulation, characterization, silicon validation, and product qualification. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop innovative, high-performance solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced semiconductor process nodes.
• Develop circuit architectures and perform transistor-level design for high-speed interface applications.
• Perform detailed circuit simulations, characterization, and design optimization to achieve power, performance, and area (PPA) targets.
• Design and validate circuits supporting high-speed protocols such as SerDes, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, or similar interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout physical implementation.
• Analyze simulation results and optimize designs for performance, power efficiency, signal integrity, and reliability.
• Support silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and post-silicon validation activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams including layout, verification, product engineering, and validation throughout the development cycle.
• Contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of analog design methodologies.
• Stay updated with emerging semiconductor technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Analog Circuit Design.
• Strong expertise in designing analog and mixed-signal circuits using advanced FinFET technology nodes.
• Proven experience with high-speed interface designs including SerDes, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, or similar protocols.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals, transistor-level design, simulation, characterization, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with silicon validation, debugging, and post-silicon characterization.
• Familiarity with industry-standard analog design and simulation tools.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
