A little bit about the role -
The Hub Operations Director is accountable for the leadership, performance, and scalability of OLIVER's centralised production hub for the Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio. A little bit about the role -
The Maker Hub Resource Manager is the operational backbone of Beauty AI Studio (BAIS) — responsible for coordinating project activities, validating requirements, and creating and managing project schedules that keep multi-market creative delivery on track. You'll own resource allocation and workload distribution across the Maker Hub, ensuring specialised production and creative teams are deployed effectively across all active workstreams.
Beyond scheduling and coordination, you'll act as the critical link between in-market Account Service and Creative — facilitating workflow, resolving operational bottlenecks, and maintaining the clear processes and frameworks that enable the Hub's production teams to focus on delivering high-quality, AI-assisted creative at scale. Digital Asset Manager
In the role of a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors and administering the uploads to the Digital Asset Management system for one of MediaMonks’ biggest clients. Our creative production teams across the globe produce content for every possible channel you can think of on a daily basis. All this content has to be properly structured, named, tagged and stored in our client’s DAM platform as well as uploaded to various platforms for trafficking following the respective guidelines and naming conventions.
In addition to that, you are responsible for training new team members, offering first-line support on user questions, PM queries, and producing documentation and reporting for each delivery.
Our DAM also has an asset library, used by our client and their agencies. You can assist our monks with questions they receive from these parties too. Part archivist/vault, part technology wizard, part instructor, and part enforcer, you will use your skills and knowledge to help the team work efficiently. This is high-volume, high-velocity work. Accuracy is critical and new material will be coming in from many teams.

The AMP team uses a combination of proprietary GenAI and deterministic tools combined with modernization techniques (methodologies) developed over numerous customer engagements to modernize legacy applications to MongoDB. About the role:
You will be a strong Business Director working as an integral part of OLIVER’s biggest account.
This is an integrated role, involving the development of strategy and oversight across market specific digital design, creative and production.
