Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced operations project manager to drive operational excellence and support growth initiatives within our Technology organization. Reporting to senior management, this role will be pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sr Mgr, Tech Ops and the CTO to continuously improve the operating model for the Technology organization.

  Essential Responsibilities

• 2 - 4 years of experience in US GAAP Revenue Accounting
• In depth knowledge of ASC 606 concepts
• Hands-on experience working on revenue assurance (preferably for an IT / ITES company) in a US public company SOX environment
• Engage in objective analysis of ongoing and prospective contractual documentation contracts with the customers and their implication for the Company’s revenues

A Platform Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting multiple applications, consisting of different technologies, in an Enterprise Hosted environment. The individual provides escalation support to Multiple Platforms and its Services. Position Overview

Manager – IT SOX

 Responsibilities:

Review the data flow within the newly added IT applications/Infrastructure and identify the relevant applications/tools/ and related IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application (ITAC) Controls to be scoped for the IT SOX audit

1. Assess the existing ITGCs and ITACs and assess the incremental control to be scoped for the testing

Equity Accounting

 Professional would be required to manage the stock-based compensation accounting, equity schedules, and related quarterly and annual financial reporting. Customer Success Manager

Zeta Global is looking for a dynamic and personable individual who is acutely skilled in client service management to join the CRM Customer Success account team to manage a portfolio of existing clients.  Job Description:

 The Manager / AM of Financial Reporting responsibilities will include, but not be limited to preparation of all SEC filings on Form 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, proxy statement, Section 16 filings, XBRL compliance, and any other filings as deemed necessary. In addition, this position will be involved in reviewing, assessing, and documenting new accounting standards; writing technical accounting memos; assisting in implementation of new accounting standards, including providing requests to auditors as requested.
