As a member of the Core GTM Team, you will serve as the lead technical expert for Data Security in your region. You will partner closely with your Account Executive team and Core Sales teams to demonstrate product value while collaborating with Product and Engineering to drive continuous innovation.

As a Platform Engineer - Support, you will provide first level response within Interactive Brokers (IB) on any information technology related issues regarding the Microsoft Windows platform. We are looking for an elite engineer who builds like a hacker and communicates like a consultant. You will not just be building models in a notebook; you will be deployed to the front lines to build, architect, and ship end-to-end Agentic AI products directly for our most strategic customers.

This is a high-stakes role. You will face "tricky" customers who have vague requirements and high expectations. Your job is to translate their chaos into technical order, write production-grade code, and deploy autonomous agents that solve their actual business problems.

Design and ship full-stack AI applications. You own the pipeline from data ingestion to the LLM inference layer to the frontend interface.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Team Lead (C++ & FPGA) to lead our India Execution Team, focused on building Optiver’s next-generation ultra-low latency trading systems.

In this role, you will lead a hybrid team of C++ software engineers and FPGA developers, driving the design and delivery of systems that achieve best-in-market trade execution across Indian exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX). You’ll work at the intersection of software and hardware, shaping how system architecture is split across software and the FPGA to optimise latency, throughput, and reliability.

This is one of the most critical and demanding roles at Prodigal.

As an AI Deployment Lead, you are the person who takes an AI agent from a signed contract to a live, performing system and then keeps it getting better. You sit at the intersection of customer understanding, technical depth, and operational rigor. You own the outcome.

You will work directly with our North American customers - debt collection agencies, lenders, and loan servicers, to understand how their businesses actually run: their call flows, agent scripts/talk-tracks, compliance constraints, telephony/ dialer infrastructure, payment gateways, CRM systems, and APIs. You will translate that understanding into precise requirements and make sure what gets built is right before it ever touches a live call in production.

This is not a project management role with a technical veneer. You will design how the agent should think, speak, and behave across every scenario, validate that it does, and push for refinements until the system performs at the level the customer and you expect.

QA Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will manage the testing strategy, processes, and resources for the Decisions platform. Requirements

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform team, you'll architect the systems that power PIE - unifying siloed data sources across CRMs, lending systems, dialers, and communication channels into a unified intelligence layer.
