We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our remote finance team. In this role you will process payroll accurately and on time, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant tax and statutory requirements. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will capture timesheets, calculate earnings and deductions, prepare payslips, handle PAYE and UIF submissions, and respond to payroll queries. Requirements

Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role. Solid understanding of South African payroll legislation, PAYE, UIF and SDL. Proficiency with payroll software such as Sage, Pastel Payroll or SimplePay. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.
