Our client is one of Italy's leading business coaching companies for dental practice owners. Following years of success in the Italian market, the business is preparing for international expansion into English-speaking markets.

As part of this growth, they are investing heavily in their brand, content and marketing capabilities. They are looking for an exceptional Branding & Creative Content Specialist to help elevate the company's visual identity and produce world-class content across multiple platforms.

This is a strategic creative role—not simply graphic design.

You will help shape how thousands of business owners experience the brand through social media, video, presentations, websites, advertising and digital campaigns.

The Opportunity

The company already has a small branding and content team supporting its Italian business.

As they expand internationally, they need additional creative firepower to support multiple brands, languages and marketing channels simultaneously.

You'll work closely with the marketing, automation and leadership teams to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects a premium, professional and highly consistent brand.

Your work will directly influence lead generation, webinar attendance, client engagement and overall brand perception.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistent branding across Italian and future English-language marketing.
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines.
  • Protect brand quality across every customer touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with leadership on future brand development.

Graphic Design

Create creative assets including:

  • Social media graphics
  • Digital advertisements
  • Landing page visuals
  • Website graphics
  • Presentation decks
  • Infographics
  • Event branding
  • Marketing collateral
  • Sales materials
  • Print and digital assets

Video & Multimedia Content

Support the production of engaging visual content, including:

  • Video editing
  • Short-form social media videos
  • Webinar graphics
  • Motion graphics
  • Promotional videos
  • YouTube assets
  • Event visuals
  • Thumbnail design

Social Media Content

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets for:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • Future English-language channels

Develop content that drives engagement while maintaining premium brand standards.

Marketing Campaign Support

Partner with the marketing and automation teams to:

  • Design campaign creatives
  • Build assets for paid advertising
  • Create email campaign graphics
  • Develop webinar promotional materials
  • Support lead generation initiatives
  • Produce conversion-focused creative assets

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Marketing

Experience Required

  • 4+ years in branding, creative design or visual communications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience supporting marketing teams in a commercial environment.
  • Experience producing content across multiple digital channels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
