Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Support Team Member to support a UK-based employer. This role is ideal for a South African professional with a strong background in sales support, looking to work with a UK-based employer. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of the client's sales team, providing support to ensure the team's success in lead engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to the sales team, including lead engagement and data entry
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and processes to improve team performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Create and manage sales reports and dashboards to track team performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and travel arrangements
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 years' experience in sales support or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
