The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly capable WordPress Designer & Developer who can bridge the gap between beautiful design and high-performing marketing systems.
This is not simply a web design role.
You will become an integral part of our marketing team, building landing pages, sales funnels, websites and digital assets that directly generate leads and sales.
You will work alongside our Head of Marketing and Automation team to create world-class marketing experiences while helping systemise our business for international growth.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems independently and producing work to an exceptionally high standard.
Your Mission
Your mission is to build the digital marketing infrastructure that allows the company to scale internationally.
This includes:
- Designing and developing high-converting WordPress websites
- Building landing pages and sales funnels
- Supporting marketing automation initiatives
- Creating responsive, fast-loading digital experiences
- Improving user experience and conversion rates
- Working closely with marketing to rapidly launch campaigns
Success is measured by how effectively your work generates leads, supports marketing campaigns and enables rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development
- Build and maintain WordPress websites
- Develop custom landing pages
- Create reusable page templates
- Configure plugins and integrations
- Maintain website performance and security
- Troubleshoot technical issues
Landing Pages & Funnels
- Build high-converting sales pages
- Create webinar registration pages
- Develop lead generation funnels
- Optimise conversion paths
- Implement A/B testing improvements
- Improve page speed and mobile responsiveness
Marketing Automation Support
- Integrate forms with CRM systems
- Connect landing pages with automation workflows
- Implement tracking pixels and analytics
- Support email marketing integrations
- Assist with campaign launches
- Ensure seamless customer journeys
Design
- Produce clean, modern layouts
- Maintain brand consistency
- Design responsive experiences
- Optimise UX/UI
- Create graphics where required
- Collaborate with branding and content teams
Performance Optimisation
- Improve Core Web Vitals
- Optimise website speed
- Improve SEO fundamentals
- Enhance conversion rates
- Monitor website performance
- Recommend technical improvements
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has likely worked:
- Within a digital marketing agency
- Running a freelance web business
- As a one-person creative agency

- In a fast-paced marketing environment
You should require minimal supervision and be comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery.
