We're launching a clinical research initiative to study how Ash paired with real therapy supports patient outcomes, and we're looking for licensed therapists who want to help shape how the product is tested and built.

Who Should Apply?

• Clinicians looking for a structured, time-limited contract — 4-week patient engagements with a defined scope

• Clinicians who are fully licensed and carry their own liability insurance (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)

• Therapists already in private practice looking for a side engagement and comfortable holding sessions by telehealth or video

• Clinicians curious about the intersection of AI and mental health — and want a front-row seat

• Therapists who want warm referrals without the business development headache

• Those who are licensed in: California, New York, Washington, Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida

What Will You Do?

• See net-new patients referred directly through the Ash app — no cold outreach required

• Conduct four 50-minute weekly telehealth sessions per patient, with the goal of seeing each patient within one week of referral

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant session transcriptions and share them with the Slingshot team

• Participate in a research study examining how Ash works with therapy

• Please note, patients consent to data sharing with Slingshot at the point of referral

Requirements

• Full independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent master's-level credential)

• Active liability insurance

• Currently in private practice

• Availability to commit to weekly sessions for 4-week patient engagements

• Ability to see a referred patient within one week of referral

• HIPAA-compliant telehealth setup (Zoom or equivalent)

• Comfortable using transcription-enabled EHR (SimplePractice preferred)

• Currently residing in the US

  Note: Compensation is structured per patient engagement: $50–$75 per 50-minute session, with 4 sessions per engagement.
