The right hand to the founding team. You take whatever matters most that week: operations, customer and partner success, legal and finance, the events that bring Europe's AI builders together. You make our founders' day lighter and increase the velocity of the whole company.

Your superpower is leverage. Where someone else opens a spreadsheet, you build a reliable Claude agent. You execute with incomplete information, context-switch without dropping balls, communicate proactively, and do not shy away from unglamorous work.

Who Fits

• 1 to 3 years in a fast environment (startup, consulting, VC, your own thing)

• Built or scaled something real (a project, a deal you closed, a community you ran)

• Curious to learn a lot our product

• Communicate clearly in German and English, in-person, in calls, in writing

• You change the energy when you enter a room!
