Activités principales
Définir et maintenir le référentiel de contrôle interne
Accompagner les directions opérationnelles et fonctionnelles (Finance, Logistique, Achats, RH, IT…) dans la formalisation et l'amélioration de leurs processus.
Identifier les lacunes de contrôle au sein des processus existants et piloter la mise en place de contrôles clés adaptés aux enjeux de chaque périmètre.
Assurer la mise à jour et la diffusion des politiques et procédures Groupe, via des campagnes annuelles en lien avec les directions fonctionnelles concernées.
Faire évoluer le référentiel de contrôle interne en intégrant de nouveaux périmètres, notamment les sujets de conformité réglementaire (RGPD, IA Act, Sapin II, etc.).
Tester et vérifier l'application des contrôles
Concevoir et déployer des campagnes annuelles de testing pour évaluer l'effectivité des contrôles sur l'ensemble du périmètre Groupe.
Élaborer des plans de remédiation ciblés en cas de déficience identifiée, et en assurer le suivi jusqu'à clôture.
Produire des rapports de synthèse à destination du Comex, avec une vision claire des résultats, des risques résiduels et des axes d'amélioration prioritaires.
Assurer le suivi des plans d'actions issus des recommandations de l'audit interne Groupe ou des commissaires aux comptes, et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans leur mise en œuvre.
Réaliser des missions de revue ciblées (notes de frais, projets, processus spécifiques) et suivre les grands projets du groupe notamment financier (CI by design).
Piloter le dispositif anticorruption (loi Sapin II)
Mettre à jour la cartographie des risques de corruption, en impliquant l'ensemble des entités et filiales concernées à travers le Groupe.
Piloter le processus d'évaluation des tiers (KYC/KYP) : due diligence, questionnaires de qualification, scoring des partenaires et suivi des alertes.
Déployer et animer les composantes du programme Sapin II : code de conduite, politiques et procédures dédiées, formation et sensibilisation des collaborateurs
Tenir dispositif d'alerte interne (whistleblowing).
Assurer les procédures comptables liées au dispositif anticorruption.
Préparer et coordonner les éventuels contrôles ou audits diligentés par l'AFA, en assurant la complétude et la qualité de la documentation remise.
Piloter la politique de lutte contre la Fraude
Définir et animer la politique de lutte contre la fraude, en lien avec les équipes Finance,, Juridique et Risk Management.
Conduire des actions régulières de sensibilisation auprès des collaborateurs sur les typologies de fraude (fraude interne, fraude externe, cyberfraude).
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la Risk Manager sur l'identification et la prévention des risques de fraude (cartographie des risques de fraude)
Mettre en place des indicateurs de surveillance et des mécanismes de détection proactifs, en exploitant les données disponibles.
Moderniser le contrôle interne grâce à l’IA
Intégrer progressivement l'intelligence artificielle dans les processus de contrôle interne (automatisation des tests, analyse de données massives, détection d'anomalies).
Explorer et déployer des outils digitaux pour renforcer l'efficacité et la couverture du dispositif, tout en réduisant la charge manuelle
Porter une vision prospective du contrôle interne, en anticipant les mutations des risques dans un environnement technologique et réglementaire en rapide évolution.
6. Développer la culture du contrôle interne au sein du Groupe
Concevoir et animer des programmes de formation et de sensibilisation aux enjeux du contrôle interne pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs, quel que soit leur niveau hiérarchique.
Développer des supports pédagogiques accessibles (guides pratiques, e-learnings, FAQ) pour faciliter l'appropriation des politiques et procédures.
Être un(e) interlocuteur(trice) disponible et de confiance pour les équipes opérationnelles dans leurs questionnements sur les sujets de contrôle.

Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur, de l'expertise comptable ou d'un Master spécialisé en audit, contrôle ou conformité.
Expérience de 7 à 8 ans minimum dans un poste similaire, en entreprise (idéalement dans un groupe international) avec un passage en cabinet d'audit / conseil.
Maîtrise des référentiels de contrôle interne (COSO, AMF) et des principales réglementations applicables (Sapin II, RGPD, IA Act).
Expérience dans le pilotage de projets transverses avec des interlocuteurs multiples.
Compétences et aptitudes
Excellente capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction pour des audiences variées (opérationnels, Comex, commissaires aux comptes).
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à influencer sans lien hiérarchique.
Rigueur, autonomie et sens des priorités dans un environnement dynamique. Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps et à faire les liens entre les différents process.

As Key Account Manager at Veepee, you will ensure the best brands, the best stocks and the best prices on your portfolio.
You will be the key contact for Veepee partners and your role will consist of the development of existing accounts & the acquisition of new accounts to prospection. Intégré(e) à la Direction du Contrôle Groupe et rattaché(e) directement à la Responsable de la Protection des données et Gouvernance IA, vous occupez une position stratégique de référent(e) senior.
Votre rôle ? Piloter la conformité en termes de données et d’IA de nos activités (Ventes événementielles, Voyage, Média, Logistique, RH…) dans un écosystème en pleine mutation technologique. Vous ne vous contentez pas d'appliquer la règle : vous accompagnez l'innovation en étant le garant de la protection des données personnelles et du déploiement responsable de l'IA.
1. Pilotage des dispositifs de mise en conformité RGPD et IA Act
Définir, coordonner et assurer le suivi du plan d'action de mise en conformité au RGPD et à l'IA Act au sein des activités du Groupe et de ses filiales.
Coordonner et suivre la mise en œuvre des plans de remédiation auprès des équipes métiers suite aux audits ou analyses de risques, et veiller à la clôture des points relevés lors des audits en lien étroit avec les interlocuteurs opérationnels.
2. Gestion et suivi des registres
Superviser la complétion et la mise à jour des registres des traitements de données personnelles et des activités d’IA du Groupe et de ses filiales en lien avec les équipes métiers, les Privacy Officers internationaux et les Experts IA.
Assurer le reporting annuel de l’évolution des registres auprès de la Direction.
3. Expertise Privacy/AI by Design
Accompagner les directions métiers (notamment Tech, Marketing, Data, RH) dans le lancement de projets ou leur évolution.
Piloter les analyses d’impact (AIPD) et les évaluations d'impact IA.
Apporter une expertise pointue sur la conformité relative aux données personnelles et à l'IA des environnements technologiques complexes (Adtech, Cloud, IA générative).
Assister les équipes juridiques et achats dans la négociation des contrats complexes (SaaS, Partenariats Data/IA).
4. Politiques et documentation Groupe
Concevoir, mettre à jour et diffuser les politiques, les procédures, les mentions, les guides et tout document interne relatif à la protection des données personnelles, à l’éthique et à l’IA.
5. Animation des communautés & Déploiement de la Culture Privacy et IA
Organiser et participer aux Comités avec les référents Privacy internationaux et les référents Privacy et IA dans les Départements.
Rédiger les newsletters contenant l’actualité interne et externe relative à la protection des données et à la conformité de l’IA à destination des équipes métiers et coordonner leur diffusion avec l’équipe Communication.
Assurer la fonction de référent senior auprès des directions stratégiques.
Assurer le mentorat de l'alternant du département pour garantir la transmission de l'excellence méthodologique.
6. Support pour la gestion des droits des personnes
Accompagner les équipes en charge des traitements de demandes d’exercice de droits.
Définir les réponses et gérer les demandes complexes en coordination avec les équipes supports lorsque nécessaire.
7. Veille règlementaire & Relation avec les autorités de contrôle
Assurer une veille proactive pour anticiper les impacts de la régulation sur le business model du Groupe.
Rédiger des notes de synthèse à destination des équipes impactées et du COMEX.
Collaborer avec l’équipe affaires publiques dans le cadre de consultations et d’actions de communication auprès des autorités françaises et européennes.
Participer aux consultations publiques.
8. Formation et Sensibilisation
Concevoir et animer des sessions de formation adaptées aux différents métiers (Support, Marketing, RH, Tech, etc.) en français et en anglais.
Produire des supports pédagogiques pour vulgariser les enjeux complexes auprès de l'ensemble des collaborateurs.
Formation & Expérience :
Formation : Master 2 spécialisé en Droit du Numérique, Droit des Nouvelles Technologies ou Propriété Intellectuelle.
Certifications : La détention d’une certification de l'IAPP (notamment CIPP/E ou CIPM ou AIGP) constitue un véritable atout.
Expérience : Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en protection des données (cabinet, entreprise ou autorité). Une connaissance des enjeux marketing en ligne, logistiques, régies publicitaires est un plus significatif.
Appétence IA : Une expérience pratique ou une forte curiosité pour le cadre réglementaire de l'Intelligence Artificielle (AI Act, éthique des algorithmes) est indispensable pour accompagner l'évolution de la fonction.

We are looking for a vpTech Domain Lead to take on the management of the Sales Preparation Domain, one of VeepeeTech’s most strategic domains (~90 people across 2 Tribes: Sales Creation and Sales Production). You will report directly to the CTO.
As Domain Lead, you are accountable for the end-to-end performance and AI-first reinvention of the Sales Preparation machine, from offer sourcing and pricing to catalog, content and storefront production. You turn it into an agentified, scalable, brand-faithful engine that combines industrial efficiency and brand-signal execution, while preserving continuity of service.
You are the primary business partner for Sales Preparation: pragmatic, outcome-oriented, and AI-first.
Your key business stakeholders range from Exco members and top managers (Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Sourcing Excellence Director, Sales Production Director), to operational teams (Business Process owners, key users, etc.)
You co-build the strategic vision with the business and the CTO, and translate it into measurable tech deliverables. You manage tech and product teams. You drive delivery through your Lead POs and secure technical excellence through your Lead IT, Lead developers and Domain Architects.

Guarantor of the Stock Quality Process implementation
● Be the promoter of the stock quality policy in the warehouse
● Ensure compliance with the application of quality processes, in particular the Quality Book in B return stations (clients returns)
● Ensure the training of the new operators, and organize the training for the new processes.
Audits to be performed on a weekly basis

Being an SRE in VeepeeTech means to be a part of the transversal SRE community and at the same time integrate one of the agile product teams. You will ensure the system’s reliability and scalability by applying DevOps practices and share knowledge within the SRE community.
The Distribution Channels SRE team is in charge of maintaining the infrastructure of the front services of Veepee websites and mobile applications

You will play a crucial role in evolving our technical stack, ensuring its reliability and performance while paving the way for AI-driven capabilities.
Develop and maintain high-performance Python-based services and APIs to support data integration, automation, and the operationalization of analytical models.
Build REST APIs with Flask and flask_restful.
Document and version APIs with Swagger or similar.
Apply best practices: error handling, validation, authentication/authorization, automated testing, and observability.
Own the orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring of data workflows and pipelines (e.g., using n8n or Airflow), ensuring data freshness and adherence to SLAs in collaboration with the Data Engineering platform team.
