📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Veepee is looking for a Senior Product Designer (AI & Growth) with strong execution capabilities to take ownership and lead the implementation of a new AI orchestrated wellness business. This position operates in a fast-paced setting characterized by strong product ambiguity, involving AI integration, new categories, and non-standard ecommerce UX.
You must be comfortable making fast decisions independently, without being slowed down by multiple dependencies. In this role, you will be tasked with a high volume of production in a very short timeframe. Your immediate mission will be to rapidly build and launch a new AI-integrated product, which includes delivering 50 clean content pages and a fully functional, customer-facing AI agent within just 4 to 6 weeks.
Following the launch, you will be expected to drive rapid product iterations based on analytics data, all while ensuring the product maintains strong SEO performance.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Fully own and lead the implementation of a new wellness AI agent UX/UI, acting as a hybrid profile who goes beyond standard UX/UI design.
High-Velocity Production: Rapidly design and deliver a high volume of assets, specifically producing 15 clean content pages and a fully functional, customer-facing AI agent within a tight timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks, with the ultimate goal of scaling to 50+ pages.
Navigate Ambiguity & AI Integration: Design for non-standard UX, new product categories, and complex AI features while making fast, autonomous decisions without relying on multiple dependencies.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner efficiently with business and marketing’s teams to design and deploy the homepage and the AI agent, leveraging the existing CMS to streamline development.
Data-Driven Iteration: Continuously monitor and analyze analytics data post-launch to drive rapid product iterations and improvements.
Maintain SEO Performance: Ensure that all product designs, implementations, and new content pages are optimized to maintain strong SEO performance.
Ability to go beyond standard design to fully own and lead the implementation of a new product.
Proven capacity for high-volume production under tight deadlines
Experience working with customer-facing AI components, new product categories, and non-standard UX
The ability to thrive in environments with strong product ambiguity and make fast decisions without relying on multiple dependencies
Strong skills in using analytics data to continuously iterate on and improve the product post-launch
The knowledge to ensure that the product design and implementation maintain strong SEO performance
Fluent level of English is a must

3+ years of experience in digital projects coordination

A solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, from initial customer touchpoints through to purchase and post-sales contacts.
Comfortable working with diverse teams, including IT, UX, data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial, and operational.

Our data warehouse is built on GCP (Google BigQuery) and we use dbt, but we are constantly evolving; we recently added Trino to our stack.
As a Data Engineer on our BI team, your primary mission will be to design, build, and maintain the scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power Veepee's Business Intelligence ecosystem.
You will play a crucial role in evolving our technical stack, ensuring its reliability and performance while paving the way for AI-driven capabilities.
Develop and maintain high-performance Python-based services and APIs to support data integration, automation, and the operationalization of analytical models.
Build REST APIs with Flask and flask_restful.
Document and version APIs with Swagger or similar.
Apply best practices: error handling, validation, authentication/authorization, automated testing, and observability.
Own the orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring of data workflows and pipelines (e.g., using n8n or Airflow), ensuring data freshness and adherence to SLAs in collaboration with the Data Engineering platform team.
Champion and implement software engineering best practices, including version control with Git (branching, PRs, code reviews) and CI/CD for automated testing and deployment of data pipelines.
Collaborate with data governance, data engineers, data scientists, and data analysts in a young and international team (mainly based in Barcelona, Brussels, and Paris).
You will be a key technical partner for BI Developer and End Users, ensuring they have access to clean, reliable, and timely data to generate valuable insights, based on an AI-first strategy.
