Within education, our vision is to enable every student to discover and develop their unique potential and purpose. We advance this vision by supporting a transition from a one-size-fits-all system to a dynamic ecosystem of diverse, high-quality educational options that are tailored to individual needs.
The Stand Together Edupreneur Resource Center (the “ERC”) plays a key role in this effort by equipping education entrepreneurs with the legal and regulatory knowledge they need to launch and grow innovative education ventures.
About the Role
Stand Together seeks a highly motivated and entrepreneurial attorney to join its in-house legal team as Counsel, Edupreneur Resource Center.
This role combines development of scalable legal resources and direct engagement with entrepreneurs, with an emphasis on resource creation. In this role, you will empower education entrepreneurs by translating complex legal and regulatory frameworks into clear, practical, and actionable guidance for non-lawyers. Important Note: The ERC does not provide legal representation or form attorney-client relationships. Instead, it delivers general legal information and practical guidance to help entrepreneurs make informed decisions and advocate for themselves.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leader operating at the center of high-impact, cross-functional work. A portion of this leader’s work will be launching a major national campaign and 10-year initiative during America’s 250th anniversary this year. At Stand Together, we see this milestone as more than a celebration. It is an opportunity to reconnect with our founding ideals, elevate the Principles of Human Progress, and inspire bottom-up efforts that empower every person to contribute to building our brighter future.
You’ll serve as a trusted partner, owning priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring the leader’s time and focus are aligned to what matters most. This leader works closely with senior leadership and key external partners, placing you at the intersection of strategy, execution, and influence. In addition to primary support, you’ll provide light, coordinated support to other leaders contributing to a fast-paced, evolving campaign and related workstreams.
This role is ideal for someone who connects details to a larger purpose, thinks several steps ahead, and thrives in a collaborative, high-expectation environment. You’re energized by helping others succeed, skilled at navigating complexity, and motivated by contributing to work with meaningful societal impact.
