We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Account Manager, Paid Search to join our OMD EMEA team in the heart of London. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of high-impact Paid Search campaigns across platforms including Google, Amazon, and Bing for a globally recognised brand.
Blending hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, shaping best-in-class Paid Search delivery, and mentoring junior team members. Working across both local and global markets, you’ll collaborate with cross-channel teams, clients, and platform partners to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that maximise results and support long-term growth.

About the Role:
The Paid Social Account Director role sits within the Paid Social team at MG OMD and is responsible for leading the strategic direction, delivery and performance of paid social activity across assigned client accounts. The Role
As Creator Marketing Director, you’ll lead the regional creator marketing strategy and oversee end‑to‑end execution across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll be a senior point of contact for creator activity, guiding integrated campaigns from strategy through delivery, measurement, and optimisation.

About the Role:
Reporting to: Head of Major Events
Fuse is looking for an experienced Event Professional with both ticket and major event management experience, who is an excellent leader and thrives within a fast-paced agency environment. You will report to the Head of Major Events and will be the main day to day point of contact with one key client (Enterprise Rent-a-Car).
A focus for all the role will be managing the communications, requesting and approval process and delivery of the clients tickets across their respective match days in the UEEFA UEL & UECL competitions. However, the primary role will be responsibility for the successful pre-event planning, implementation and onsite delivery of the Enterprise guest programme(s) at the UEFA Finals from 2026 onwards..
You will have strong communication skills, needing to communicate with a pool of global clients, and strong leadership ability, managing 3 direct reports. The successful candidate will also have good organisation skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once, and keen eye and attention to detail. You will also have excellent Microsoft excel skills and knowledge of ticketing guest management systems would be a bonus.
The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting on on-going projects. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

The People/HR Operations Manager plays a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the People Services team. We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join our Marketing Intelligence & Reporting team, responsible for overseeing our data engineering function and its associated workstreams across Omnicom’s global client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in the data engineering sector, with proven expertise in the collection, processing, and analysis of large-scale media datasets. Experience in designing, deploying, and managing data warehouses on cloud platforms is essential. Key Responsibilities
• Engage, upskill and nurture the Data Engineering team to drive and foster a high engagement culture.

Skills & Experience
· 5+ years’ experience in data engineering teams, ideally in a global or fast-paced environment.
· 2+ years’ experience leading data engineering teams
· 5+ years’ experience with modern data platforms in the cloud. Experience with Google Cloud Platform is preferred, Microsoft Azure or AWS will also be considered.
· 5+ years’ experience in designing and implementing data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and DevOps pipelines (including Docker, CI/CD, etc).
· 6+ years working with SQL and Python.
· 2+ years working with dbt, using advanced macros and templating.
· Knowledge of the media industry is essential
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate these to various stakeholders.
· Ability to manage Git repositories and use the GitFlow Workflow, ideally through GitLab, and deployments into production environments.

About the Role:
We are looking for Data Governance and Visualisation Senior Executive to join our ever-growing team. We require a candidate with experience of working in a media environment to not only devise and support these processes but also ensure that these are being observed throughout the OMD network in EMEA and beyond.
This role would ideally be best suited to someone who has spent time in reporting of data governance on large scale campaigns on multiple ad severs. There will be a focus on communication across OMD local markets & partner agencies to correct any data compliance issues and on taxonomy and media spend tracking to quickly identify the errors.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Product Manager with a background in digital marketing or media agencies to join the Annalect UK team. In this role, you’ll support product development across multiple initiatives, taking ownership of day-to-day product delivery - from discovery and definition through to launch, iteration and adoption.

Team Management

About the Role:
We are seeking an executive director to join our agency team dedicated to a top technology client.
You will be a leading force in a growing performance team, responsible for driving results and being a conduit between central digital teams, local planning teams and our clients across the globe. This role will give exposure to all digital performance media, but with a large focus on a variety of Connected TV display environments. Experience with CTV activations and vendors is a plus but not necessary and training will be given. A performance mindset with a history of collaborating with multiple teams and using data to drive results is a must.

Ad Operations, Technical & Creative Co-ordination: Ensure technical teams (e.g. Adops, Marketing Science etc.) have all required information to run always on campaigns. This includes coordination of creative changes, DCO setup and correct tracking.

ROLE SUMMARY
OMD's Decisions Science team play a vital role in ensuring that clients realise the full potential of their marketing investment for maximum growth.
The Principal Consultant role is a leader within this team, with significant project and line management responsibilities as well as commercial oversight of some financial targets and annual forecasting. As a Content Strategist, you will sit within the growing Organic Performance department, part of the Content and Client Account team. As part of our digital performance offering, your role will be to deliver and manage performance-driven content marketing strategies (covering Search Engine Optimisation, GEO and User Experience) for our UK finance client. We are looking for a Director of Performance Intelligence to elevate how performance data drives decision-making across our agency and client portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy, and optimisation. It exists to transform complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives, through great story telling, and decisive recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and media investment outcomes.
