The Role
As Executive Director, Client Leadership, you’ll act as a trusted senior advisor to key client stakeholders, leading long‑term partnerships and driving both client and agency growth. You’ll oversee large‑scale, multi‑market accounts, ensuring high‑impact media strategies are aligned to business objectives and delivered with excellence across all channels.
You’ll work closely with strategy, media, creative, analytics, and global teams to develop integrated solutions, define KPIs, and optimise performance. A core part of the role is identifying opportunities to grow accounts through expanded services, new initiatives, and joint business planning. You’ll also lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and a strong performance culture.
About You
You’re operating at Senior Director level (or equivalent), with deep experience in media strategy, planning, buying, and optimisation across digital, TV, social, OOH, and more. You’re confident working with multinational clients across markets and time zones, curious about emerging technologies including AI, and motivated by building strong teams and relationships.

About the Role:
We are looking for Data Governance and Visualisation Senior Executive to join our ever-growing team. We require a candidate with experience of working in a media environment to not only devise and support these processes but also ensure that these are being observed throughout the OMD network in EMEA and beyond.
This role would ideally be best suited to someone who has spent time in reporting of data governance on large scale campaigns on multiple ad severs. There will be a focus on communication across OMD local markets & partner agencies to correct any data compliance issues and on taxonomy and media spend tracking to quickly identify the errors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Data team of a leading global media agency with a large and innovative range of research solutions, to get close to client’s business and communication strategy, to work at a regional and global level with multiple markets, to gain exposure to new data analytics techniques and to build experience across different industries.
Our team makes a very significant contribution to our agency’s income through work delivered to our clients, and we support nearly every new business pitch. We also develop simple but original ways to help our account teams interrogate performance and industry data sets to quickly answer key client questions – enabling our mission of Better Decisions, Faster, improving the standard of work on our accounts and giving our agency and clients a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

About the Role:
We are seeking an executive director to join our agency team dedicated to a top technology client.
You will be a leading force in a growing performance team, responsible for driving results and being a conduit between central digital teams, local planning teams and our clients across the globe. This role will give exposure to all digital performance media, but with a large focus on a variety of Connected TV display environments. Experience with CTV activations and vendors is a plus but not necessary and training will be given. A performance mindset with a history of collaborating with multiple teams and using data to drive results is a must.
This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s most exciting brands and play a fundamental role in delivering best in class digital execution and strategy. Extensive knowledge of at least one digital channel is key, with the ability to speak to holistic performance regardless of channel or platform a must have.
Drive Digital Performance: Work with digital channel teams (search, social, programmatic, direct & CTV) to ensure consistent, best in class campaign setup, execution, and optimisation.
Insight Reporting & Optimisation Coordination: Regularly analyse media, onsite & app data to surface campaign specific as well as business insights. Put together optimisation plans and ensure these are implemented. Regularly assess and feedback on in platform optimisations within each channel.
There will be a particular focus on optimising CTV display activity to deliver efficient installs and subscriptions on these devices.
Client Leadership: Act as the main client point of contact across multichannel digital performance campaigns. Deliver in flight, QBR and PCA performance reports that provide actionable and digestible insights for our clients.
Ad Operations, Technical & Creative Co-ordination: Ensure technical teams (e.g. Adops, Marketing Science etc.) have all required information to run always on campaigns. This includes coordination of creative changes, DCO setup and correct tracking.
Digital Innovation: Generate digital channel roadmaps, optimisation frameworks and develop innovative targeting options in conjunction with channel teams. Think outside the box to achieve excellent results in a sometimes challenging and restrictive platform setup.
This is a fast-paced environment, working and connecting with some of the industry’s best marketing and advertising professionals all around the world. This position reports to the Managing Partner, Performance and has two direct reports.
