Your Mission
As Head of People Partners, you lead the People Partners function and through it, the quality of HR advisory delivered to our business units across all geographies. You are the primary interface between the HRBP team and the SVP People, the decision-maker on cross-perimeter and sensitive HR topics, and the person who ensures that every people decision is grounded in both business reality and consistent people principles.
You help translate business priorities into human capital strategies while ensuring your team of senior HRBPs is well-equipped, well-aligned, and operationally sharp. Votre mission sera d'assister les deux PR & Comms Managers dans la promotion de BlaBlaCar auprès des médias (presse écrite et web, radio, TV, réseaux sociaux…).
En tant que Stagiaire RP & Communication FR, vous serez rattaché(e) à la Senior Communication Manager France. Vous travaillerez sur un large éventail de sujets reflétant la diversité des activités de BlaBlaCar (covoiturage, bus, train), ce qui nécessitera une collaboration étroite avec les équipes respectives. Les projets de communication dont vous aurez la responsabilité seront tout aussi variés : tech, grand public, lifestyle et actualités basées sur la data. Communication Corporate & Reporting : Tenir à jour les documents de référence (trackers RP, KPI, présentations) et piloter la veille médiatique quotidienne pour partager en interne les retombées concernant BlaBlaCar ainsi que les actualités du secteur et de la concurrence.
Newsroom & Optimisation SEO/GEO : Gérer la Newsroom et proposer des idées innovantes pour booster sa visibilité via le SEO et les nouvelles tendances de recherche par IA (GEO/LSO).
Création de Contenu : Créer des contenus et carrousels LinkedIn engageants et mettre en forme les communiqués de presse en appliquant notre nouvelle identité de marque sur divers supports de communication.
Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles (FR & ANG) : Capacité à adapter le ton en fonction de l'audience (médias corporate, grand public, spécialisés…).

We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Associate to support the growth of BlaBlaCar across Spain and Ukraine.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display, etc.), with the objective of driving both performance (user acquisition) and contributing to brand visibility.

We are looking for a confirmed Backend Engineer to join the Carpool Supply team at BlaBlaCar.
As part of the Carpool pillar your mission will be to "Grow long-distance carpool usage worldwide, while developing its revenues."
The Carpool Supply team manages the very heart of our product: the global carpool inventory. We build and operate the backend engine that handles millions of trips published, searched, and booked across our 22 countries. This is the core of how BlaBlaCar works.
Your role will be to contribute to facilitating the publication and management of drivers inventory, fostering carpool matching by providing a reliable access to the carpool supply and leveraging geographical intelligence for our backend teams.
You will work within a multi-stack team of 6 backend & 3 frontend engineers. You will collaborate closely with the team's Product Manager and Product Designer to shape and implement features, and with our main consumers in the Demand squads to ensure seamless integration.
Design, build, and evolve the Backend services that serve the whole carpooling inventory on the BlaBlaCar platform
Take full ownership of substantial features, from technical design and implementation to deployment and monitoring
Work on strategic inventory topics, including:
Validating & storing the publications of our drivers (incl. their route)
Serving the internal search engine to display results in the BlaBlaCar app & website
Managing the lifecycle of bookings (requested, accepted, confirmed…)
Providing key inventory information for all screens in the product requiring them.
Enhance and maintain our critical geo-spatial services that handle:
Routing and Places: Computing routes using OSRM and Google Maps.

Your Mission
We are looking for a Confirmed Backend Engineer to join the Payment Squad. They manage BlaBlaCar’s payment solutions that provide reliability, trust and smooth end-to-end experience.
As a Backend Engineer, your role will be to contribute to delivering a reliable and, scalable platform that supports the full payment lifecycle, fraud fight and compliance requirements. This includes participating in the integration of new payment methods, interacting with our numerous payment services providers, and displaying a strong ownership of the payment experience from end-to-end together with frontend developers.
You will be reporting to the squad's Engineering Manager and working with a team of 10 Backend and Frontend Software Engineers and a Product Manager.
• Participate in the whole application lifecycle, from early meetings and design to development, test strategy, and deployment and of course, monitoring, alerting, and support.
• Participate in the definition of the features with the product and design teams to find the most relevant solutions for our members
• Interact with people with different roles and backgrounds, and share your technical expertise with a mix of technical, product, and business people
• You have 5+ years of experience from companies with a strong engineering culture, within a growth context.
• You are fluent in Java and know frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit, and Mockito.
• You have hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes , and monitoring solutions (Datadog).

SRE in the Engineering Experience Team, part of the Foundations Department, are responsible for designing, building and maintaining the Software Delivery platform, tools and standards that enable teams to confidently release changes up to production. The Engineering Experience Team has four main objectives, driving its roadmap:
Reduce BlaBlaCar product’s time to market by designing, building and maintaining state of the art CI/CD and associated tooling to streamline day-to-day delivery from development teams
Improve developers efficiency in providing AI tooling and infrastructure, ensuring the compliance with internal policies while keeping enough flexibility for experimentation
Drive development teams towards autonomy through the provision of comprehensive training and support, clear guidelines, and effective tooling
Leverage our existing FinOps framework to enable precise cost control for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) we use and manage, strategically balancing this with the need to support innovation and the adoption of new functionalities

We are looking for a highly organized Legal Operations Lead to join our Paris-based Legal team as a replacement from late May 2026 to January 2027. You will report to the Head of Legal and lead a team of 2, driving efficiency and scaling our legal infrastructure.
Your role is to optimize the "how" of the Legal department. You will be a bridge between legal expertise and operational excellence, ensuring our team of ~10 people stays agile and tech-forward.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 2 team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and professional growth.
Project Management: Drive large-scale projects forward, from process optimization to cross-functional stakeholder management.
Tech Stack Ownership: Act as the administrator for our CLM tool (contract management lifecycle tool)
M (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool (Juro), Equity Management Platform (Equify), and champion the integration of AI tools to automate routine legal tasks.
Process Excellence: Refine contract drafting workflows and ensure seamless collaboration with multiple business units, automation of manual processes, and integration of company tools.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal partners, including Finance, Tech and Business teams.
Experience: At least 5 years in Legal Ops, Contract Management, or as a Senior Legal Assistant, ideally within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
Leadership: Proven experience in people management.
Tech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of CLM tools and a strong interest/proficiency in AI tools for legal productivity.
Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage complex projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
Communication: Full working proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
Mindset: You are detail-oriented, creative, and a natural problem solver. You thrive working on complex issues, and you are not afraid of big volumes of work.

We are looking for a talented and business oriented tech company experienced in EU, French and Ukrainian law to join the Legal team at BlaBlaCar on a permanent contract starting as soon as possible. Their mission is to support the high speed growth of the marketplace and international expansion of the business.
As a Legal Counsel, your role will be to provide support to our marketplace, bus and train business teams on multiple legal practice areas such as platform regulation, e-commerce, consumer protection and commercial contracts. You will be reporting to the Head of Legal and working with a team of approx. 10 people.
This position requires the capacity of working in a fast growing tech company, of developing a high level of understanding of how our product works and of creating close connections with operational teams. Having an appetite for project management is a must.
Be a trusted advisor to the marketplace, bus and train business teams in multiple jurisdictions within EU and beyond, including Ukraine and other Eastern Europe countries, by providing creative solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations, with a specific focus on our OTA (online travel agency) role;
Managing any pre-litigations and litigations;
Drafting and negotiating all types of contracts (including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, etc);
Collaborate with internal partners, and notably government relations team, to respond to requests from regulators;
All other matters which arise in the day to day running of an expanding business;
Areas of particular relevance include consumer issues, commercial contracts, transportation regulation, e-commerce, digital law, competition law.
6 to 8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer in France and Ukraine, with experience in start-ups and new technology companies, either in house or in private practice;
Knowledge and experience in dealing with a range of commercial issues such as e-commerce, platform regulation and consumer protection;
Knowledge and experience dealing with regulatory topics;
Comfortable working in various jurisdictions;
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills;
Business oriented, creative and solution driven mind-set;
Experience creating and managing processes and moving large-scale project forward;
Autonomy and sense of initiative;
Ability to work fast and meet aggressive deadlines;
Flexibility and eagerness to learn new areas of law;
You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others;
Full working proficiency in English, French and Ukrainian;
