Aurora is scaling its autonomous trucking operations, and we need someone who makes our security tools actually work, not just deployed, but deeply configured, continuously tuned, and fully leveraged. This role is for the practitioner who has spent their career living inside security platforms: the person who knows their EDR better than the vendor's own support team, who can write a SIEM query from memory, and who instinctively knows when an alert is misfiring and exactly why.
This is not a software engineering role. It's a role for an elite security operator — someone with the instincts of a seasoned SOC analyst and the technical depth to own the platforms that power detection, response, and protection at enterprise scale. If you find deep satisfaction in mastering a tool, closing a coverage gap, or hunting down a threat that nobody else noticed, this role was written for you.

Our leadership is driven by the measurable value we deliver to physicians, practices, and patients. Our partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled significant clinical, operational, and practice growth. As more top-tier physicians join our specialty-led ecosystem, we continue to expand access and raise the standard of specialty-care nationwide.

At Reema Health, we believe that a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to access the things they need to make their lives better. We know that life’s challenges often exist because the systems built to help are a burden to navigate. We believe building a relationship with a real person — someone who listens, meets members where they are, and understands the community’s resources — can ease those burdens and effectively connect members to health care. Reema believes that using technology to support human connection and engagement can be a lifeline for those most struggling to navigate life’s challenges. Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Community Guide who has worked with individuals living with serious mental illness and substance use disorder, and understands the unique needs of this community. In this role, the Community Guide will be working with the multidisciplinary care team to plan and coordinate services for members.
This energetic and adaptable Community Guide is an integral part of Reema, a start-up working to transform how behavioral health care and social care work together. The Community Guide works to build genuine, positive relationships with a diverse range of members and seeks to improve the member’s health and wellbeing. Their work is completed daily through an integrated technology platform to call and text members, schedule community visits and clinical appointments, as well as document all interactions and communicate with the clinical team. The Community Guide will be responsible for the full lifecycle of their caseload, including initial outreach to engage members in services, ongoing work with members to achieve their wellbeing goals through connection to health care and community resources, and completion of the care plan. The Community Guide will work as part of an integrated model of healthcare where they partner directly with clinical therapists and prescribers to provide holistic support for members. A primary strength of the Community Guide should be excellent verbal and written communication, building strong meaningful relationships, problem solving, and a comfortability in navigating the ambiguous nature of a constantly growing and evolving startup.
This position requires significant time in the field, directly interacting with members. This role is most suitable for someone who is confident in interacting directly with many people, many of whom have experienced trauma and face barriers because of their mental, physical and chemical health.

We named our company firsthand because we believe that lived, or “firsthand,” experience is invaluable for gaining trust and building meaningful relationships. While we are listing this role externally as Peer Recovery Specialist—a widely recognized term—internally we refer to this important role as firsthand Guide (fG), or a Core Guide. In our peer-led model, fGs play a critical role in outreach and engagement, supporting individuals living with SMI to achieve and maintain both behavioral and physical wellness. Trust is at the heart of everything we do, and fGs are uniquely empowered to connect with people who have disengaged from—or never accessed—the services and supports that can improve their quality of life. This role carries the expertise of a Peer Recovery Specialist, but with our distinctive approach and mission woven into every interaction.
The Core Guide partners closely with other members of the firsthand Care Team to drive whole health wellness. This includes working closely with clinicians and other support team members to ensure individuals get the support they need. fGs act as the point of contact for individuals, helping them schedule appointments, advocate for their needs and set and achieve goals.
Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD
We firmly believe that great candidates for this role may not meet 100% of the criteria listed in this posting. We encourage you to apply anyway - we look forward to begin getting to know you.
Benefits
For full-time employees, our compensation package includes base, equity (or a special incentive program for clinical roles) and performance bonus potential. Our benefits include physical and mental health, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, 16 weeks parental leave for either parent, 15 days/year vacation in your first year (this increases to 20 days/year in your second year and beyond), and a supportive and inclusive culture.
