WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Working on end-to-end lifecycle application development across the full stack (roughly 50% frontend and 50% backend, vary quarter by quarter). AI tooling fluency is preferred: you are expected to use AI to generate over 70% of your code.
• Brand new subscription and commerce features and as-a-Service offerings to surface customer needs and bring completely new sources of revenue to the company
• Web infrastructure and Data processing pipelines that manage petabytes of data being sent home to our cloud hosted systems in real-time
• An industry-leading SaaS cloud platform, Pure1 Manage, which allows customers to manage their array from any browser or from the Pure1 Mobile App. We build tools to manage large fleets of devices and help customers identify and quickly diagnose issues across the stack

• Designing, developing and maintaining customer-facing and internal-facing web applications, leveraging AI design tools and using technologies such as backend micro-services in Java, Python, NodeJS, and in collaboration with our UX team for frontend work in Angular and Typescript

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of professional experience designing, implementing and testing various product components
• Leadership experience driving projects from requirements to release, including directing other engineers
• Experience using AI to generate production quality code and familiarity with current AI development tools
• 5+ years combined experience in Java and Javascript, or equivalent. Nice to have: Python, Typescript

Nexamp is growing our Electrical Engineering team, and looking to hire a Lead Electrical Engineer. You will be responsible for review of PV and ESS projects design by providing technical expertise in the interconnection, construction, and assisting in the commissioning of distributed energy resources (DERs).  This role requires an Electrical Engineer with experience in electrical infrastructure up to 345kV, including in-depth knowledge and expertise protective relaying and controls, and a strong working knowledge in applicable national codes including NEC and NESC. You will also will work closely with the Director of Electrical Engineering on department initiatives and process improvements.

We are ideally supporting hybrid work out of our Boston, Chicago or DC offices, but could support remote work if needed. You will report directly to our Director, Electrical Engineering.  

What you’ll do:  

• Specify and review equipment shop drawings for switchgear, transformers, reclosers and other major electrical equipment.
• Perform advanced electrical modeling in ETAP and AmpCalc to coordinate system protection, determine fault-duty ratings, calculate arc-flash hazards, and run step/touch grounding analysis
• Manage scope of work for 3rd party electrical engineers including but not limited to studies; protection coordination, power flow, arc flash, Step/touch grounding analysis, PSCAD and PSSE modeling, and substation design

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Interconnection Engineer with a robust technical background and proven experience in PV system design and interconnection. You will report to the Manager, Grid Integration Engineering (GRIT), and will work closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Business Development, Policy, and Asset Management, to develop and commission commercial and industrial renewable designs. You will be hybrid out of our New York City, Chicago, Boston, or Washington, DC office with some business travel to other locations.

What you'll do:

• Manage a portfolio of utility interconnection applications from initial submission through project closeout. 
• Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technical standards (i.e. IEEE 1547, NFPA 70, UL 1741, etc.) and requirements (utility) for Distributed Generation projects within an assigned geographic region.  
• Perform detailed review, analysis, QA/QC, and interpretation of technical documentation, utility interconnection applications, utility pre-screen reports, System Impact Studies, and Interconnection Service Agreements. 
• Provide expert technical advice during study reviews and deliver recommendations to internal teams on study outcomes. 
• Prepare interconnection cost estimation and hosting capacity map analyses to assist development in identifying low-cost interconnection locations. 
• Work alongside Project Managers on value engineering and cost optimization for projects. 
• Act as technical consulting support during negotiations and disputes regarding project timelines and costs for assigned projects. 
• Participate in the technical closure of projects, including field support along with reviewing witness tests and energization procedures. May also attend site visits and witness tests as required. The number of projects actively supported at a given time should be 70-80.  
• Lead and contribute to special projects aimed at refining internal processes and setting industry standards, with a focus on innovation in interconnection means and methods.  This may include (but not limited to) non-wires alternatives, selective curtailment, and other grid-enhancing technologies. 
• Building and managing key relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving strategic developments and insights  
• Leading comprehensive technical assessments to identify interconnection challenges in a given region and creating solutions to overcome technical hurdles (to improve project success).

Education & Experience Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or similar technical field. Prior sales experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with HVAC systems, cooling towers, and temperature control equipment is preferred. The Aftermarket Salesperson works in a typical office environment with frequent visits to customer facilities, including outdoor work and work in mechanical/equipment rooms. Regional travel is required in the Pacific Northwest, along with occasional trips to vendor facilities nationwide.

The Aftermarket Salesperson must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability and willingness to communicate in a clear, concise, and diplomatic manner. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical, as are honesty and the ability to develop and maintain deep customer relationships based on trust. The Opportunity 

We are a quickly growing manufacturer’s rep firm based in Washington that represents commercial & industrial HVAC products. The primary objective of this position is to serve in a comprehensive technical support role under the direction of Account Executives. The Application Engineer works directly with the sales team presale on designs, proposal generation, and job costing. The Application Engineer also acts as the Project Manager’s resident technical expert post-sale. The Application Engineer supports projects throughout their life cycle to prevent a loss of knowledge in the project transition from pre-sale to post-sale. The Application Engineer will leverage operational efficiencies and process synergies to ensure consistency in the family of brands represented. The successful candidate will demonstrate abilities and experience with collaborative team-based customer service and team-based processing/sharing of technical information.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Platform Security Engineering (PSE) team builds security into Anduril's products from architecture through production. We work directly with business lines to design and implement security solutions tailored to their systems — then promote proven patterns into shared, composable platform services that the entire organization can use. The scope includes cryptographic protocol design, hardware root-of-trust architectures, secure communication for autonomous and robotic systems, operating system hardening, and distributed security infrastructure across embedded, edge, and cloud environments.

Job Description

We're looking for a principal-level engineer to serve as a technical leader for platform security across Anduril. This role combines deep expertise in cryptography, systems security, and secure architecture with the ability to drive security strategy across business lines and the platform. You'll own the design of Anduril's most critical security systems — cryptographic infrastructure for autonomous platforms, hardware root-of-trust architectures for robotic systems, secure communication protocols for contested environments — and you'll set the technical direction that shapes how security is built into every product. This is a role for someone who has designed and shipped security systems at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and software, and can lead others through complex technical decisions with lasting consequences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture for platform security across Anduril's product ecosystem
• Design cryptographic systems, protocols, and key management architectures for autonomous and robotic platforms operating in contested and disconnected environments
• Lead the design of hardware root-of-trust architectures integrating TPMs, TEEs, HSMs, and secure boot across diverse embedded platforms
• Drive the strategy for promoting business-line security implementations into shared, composable platform services
• Serve as the senior technical authority for security architecture reviews across the organization, providing definitive guidance on cryptographic design, protocol security, and system hardening

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant depth in systems security and cryptography
• Expert-level knowledge of cryptographic protocol design, including key management architectures, certificate systems, and cryptographic agility
• Deep experience with hardware security: TPM, TEE, HSM, secure boot, and hardware root-of-trust design across multiple platform types
• Proficient in two or more of: C++, Rust, Go
• Experience designing security architectures for embedded, real-time, or robotic systems with constrained environments
• Track record of leading cross-organizational technical initiatives and driving architectural decisions that span multiple teams
• Strong ability to communicate complex security concepts to engineering leadership, product teams, and external stakeholders
• Experience performing and leading threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and cryptographic design reviews
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with post-quantum cryptography, distributed key generation (DKG), or threshold cryptographic schemes
• Background in defense, aerospace, or autonomous systems with exposure to FIPS 140, Common Criteria, or NSA CSfC requirements
• Experience designing secure communication protocols for autonomous platforms or mesh networks
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel security, mandatory access controls (SELinux/AppArmor), and OS hardening at scale
• Experience building and evolving platform security services consumed by dozens of teams
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (STIGs, NIST 800-53, CMMC) and translating them into engineering controls that don't compromise developer velocity
• Publications, patents, or recognized contributions in cryptography or systems security

In This Role

In this role, you will support software validation for a confidential device initiative by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites across prototype devices, software builds, and release environments. You will work closely with engineering leaders, senior engineers, and project stakeholders to improve test coverage, investigate failures, document defects, and provide clear release-readiness insights. This position requires a hands-on engineer who can work independently, write and maintain automation, analyze test results, and support software quality throughout the development and release lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, smoke, performance, and release validation scenarios.
• Validate software across prototype devices, builds, test environments, and release pipelines.
• Review automated test results, investigate failures, reproduce issues, and provide clear diagnostic information to engineering teams.
• Expand and improve automated test coverage for high-priority scenarios, critical functionality, and release-blocking risks.
• Contribute to scalable automation frameworks, test infrastructure, and CI/CD test integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or software development experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in software testing, test automation, quality engineering, or software engineering in test.
• 1+ year of hands-on software automated testing experience.
• 3+ years of experience independently driving technical work and delivering value.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites.
• Experience writing code, debugging software issues, analyzing test failures, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Experience testing software across builds, devices, environments, or release pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD test integration and automated validation workflows.

Salary Range
