In this role, you will support the reliability, stability, and live operations of a new device and software platform during internal testing and self-host programs. You will focus on monitoring system health through telemetry, investigating live issues, supporting software releases, and validating prototype devices in production-like environments.
This is a hands-on, engineering-oriented operations role where you will work closely with software engineers, QA, infrastructure, and product partners to ensure operational readiness and service stability. You will independently manage day-to-day monitoring, triage incidents, support release validation, and provide clear, actionable insights to improve system reliability and product readiness.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $33.65– $36.06 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.

In this role, you will support a creator‑focused game development platform by building high‑quality example content, tooling, and documentation that enable developers to create custom gameplay experiences. You’ll work hands‑on with game systems, scripting, and content pipelines to demonstrate new platform features through polished, playable examples such as mini‑games, custom mechanics, or interactive environments.
This position blends gameplay engineering with a creator mindset—you’ll think like a game designer while maintaining strong engineering discipline around code quality, documentation, and maintainability. Your work will directly influence how external developers learn, adopt, and succeed on the platform.
Salary Range

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $40 – $43.27 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. In this role, you will join an engineering team responsible for building and maintaining critical platform services that enable customers to provision, manage, and optimize cloud storage resources at scale. The team supports the management plane of a core infrastructure service and plays a key role in one of the foundational pillars of cloud infrastructure.
You will work hands‑on with backend services and automation, contributing to a high‑impact internal capacity management initiative focused on improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability. This role is well suited for an engineer who enjoys building systems, improving automation, and leveraging modern tooling—including AI‑driven workflows—to enhance development productivity.
