Alongside managing our local workspace, you will also provide remote administrative and operational support to our Swiss office. Role Description

The Office Coordinator plays a central role in cultivating a welcoming, functional, and inspiring environment for the entire Too Good To Go team. This position is responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that it is a space that supports our work, reflects our values, and brings people together. 

As the central point of contact for all office-related matters, this role will ensure our workspace runs as smoothly as possible. The ideal candidate is part operations manager, part event planner, and a people person, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a positive atmosphere.

N.B. Due to the nature of this role, this is a fully on-site position and remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Office & Reception Management: Take full ownership of the Too Good To Go office and reception area. This includes serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests, managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and ensuring the office and meeting rooms are always neat, inviting, and fully prepared for daily use.
• Operations & Budgeting: Manage daily office life by overseeing a range of administrative and financial tasks. You'll be responsible for ordering office supplies, managing weekly grocery orders, and handling all related expenses, budgets, and invoice approvals. You will provide input to CD in the forecasting process for costs such as IT and office space. You will be the point of contact to process incoming office invoices for payment, ensure proper coding and sending them for approval.
• Employee Support & Onboarding: Act as a daily resource for the team and the face of P&C in the local office. This will include coordinating lunch orders and managing parts of the employee on and off-boarding process in collaboration with the Global P&C team, which could include gathering documents for payroll, or setting up laptops.
• Gifts & Merch: You will be responsible for managing company merchandise for new joiners, including budget management and orders. You will also be responsible for any additional gifts run in market.
• Hardware & Phone management: You will be responsible for procuring, distributing and managing the inventory of all IT equipment and mobile phones. In addition, you will handle phone subscriptions for staff if required. In addition, you will be responsible for any other physical requirements of employees for the office such as access cards and keys.
• Event Planning & Engagement: Plan and execute a variety of company events and celebrations, from Shareback volunteering to larger gatherings like summer and end of year parties. This also includes organizing staff gifts to celebrate key milestones and achievements, supporting TGTG visitors to the office, and organising local and global Townhall viewings. You will also work closely with the DEI Taskforce in your market to organise any local DEI activities, and drive social activities in your market.
• Facilities & Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary contact for all office-related agreements and services. You will liaise with the landlord, maintenance, and various service providers to ensure the office facilities are well-maintained and to manage access for all staff.
• Sustainability & Process Improvement: Actively search for and implement ways to make our office more sustainable, and contribute relevant data to our global carbon reporting requirements.
• Workplace safety requirements: You will be responsible for meeting all safety and compliance requirements in the office, including coordinating training and equipment for all workplace and occupational safety requirements such as first raiders, fire safety marshalls or similar.
• Overall office management: You will manage the ongoing office contract, and work closely with the CD and global procurement for office contract renewals or any potential office moves. You will contribute to updating office guidelines for our Employee Handbook.
• Ad-hoc projects: Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and take the lead on a variety of ad-hoc projects to enhance the overall workplace experience.

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to make our design team a primary source of user truth at Ketryx.

Our users are not casual software consumers. They are systems engineers, quality leads, regulatory specialists, and software developers working on products where mistakes have real consequences. Designing for them means understanding their work at a depth most B2B companies never reach — and translating that understanding into workflows that feel obvious to the people who live in them every day.

You'll build and lead a research-led design function that deeply understands these personas, shapes what we build (not just how it looks), and partners with product on every roadmap decision. You'll inherit a small team in Vienna, a strong product partnership, and a company that takes design seriously as a peer function across R&D.

This is a hands-on leadership role at early-stage pace. You should be excited to run the playbook yourself before scaling it.

Responsibilities:

• Own discovery as a craft. Stand up a JTBD and persona knowledge base that PMs, engineers, and customer success reference weekly as shared vocabulary. Run a sustained cadence of user research — interviews, synthesis, prototype-based hypothesis testing — at a depth that would have required a much larger research org a few years ago.
• Shape the roadmap upstream. Embed designers as partners with product managers from the earliest stages of discovery, not as downstream service providers. Be the person who can change a roadmap decision through research rather than assertion. Install the rituals — design reviews, discovery syncs, artifact ownership — that keep the user voice central when commercial pressure pulls direction elsewhere.
• Design end-to-end workflows for specialized users. Lead design for products used by multiple personas across a single regulated workflow — from upstream tools like Jira, Polarion, and GitHub all the way through to compliance artifacts and audit-ready records. "User-friendly" here doesn't mean consumer polish; it means making genuinely complex work feel coherent.
• Build the team and the operating model. Develop the design team thoughtfully. Raise the craft bar on persona-to-workflow translation. Establish the standards, systems, and tooling that let design scale without depending on a single leader being in every room.
• Operationalize AI in the design process. Use AI-native tooling to compress the discovery-to-insight loop and run more research, more rigorously, than a traditional team of your size could. We're more interested in how you go deeper on discovery than how fast you can prototype.

Required Skills:

• A track record shipping design for specialized B2B users in regulated or technically deep domains — medtech, legal tech, compliance, industrial, developer tools, finance.
• A research-led orientation. You can show — not describe — a JTBD or persona knowledge base you've built, and walk us through a product decision it shaped.

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects across Europe and APAC, working closely with CX team leads, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations.

You will take ownership of day-to-day project coordination, stakeholder alignment, and operational follow-ups, enabling senior Project Managers and Team Leads to focus on technical delivery, escalations, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

As a Project Management Intern, you will cover:

• Project Coordination & Execution: Support the delivery of small-scale projects by maintaining timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Assist in coordinating “Base” integrations (e.g., VOD or Player) and help keep projects on track.
• Meeting Coordination & Follow-ups: Organize meetings across multiple time zones (Europe & APAC), prepare agendas, and ensure the right stakeholders are involved. Capture key decisions, translate them into clear action items with owners and deadlines, and follow up on progress.

• Operational Support & Process Improvement: Assist with professional services administration, including tracking hours, supporting SOW updates, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.

It would be great if you have:

• Educational Background & Interest: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with a strong interest in project management, operations, and working in an international environment.

• Liaise with the Revenue Ops team: review deals, track revenue, assist in calculating sales commissions & scorecards
• Manage documentation and filings for grants, R&D tax credits (research premium), and other local financial incentives

What you are

The "Full-Stack" Professional: You have a solid foundation in accounting (you know your way around a P&L and Balance Sheet) but a heart for FP&A (you love building models that tell a story).

Systems Thinker: You are highly proficient in Excel and have experience managing or optimizing ERP systems. You prefer automation over manual entry.

Ownership Mindset: You don't wait for a checklist. You see a process that is broken or data that is messy, and you take the initiative to fix it.

Communicator: You can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both the CFO and non-financial stakeholders.

What should you bring

• Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced finance environment (SaaS/Tech or high-growth business experience is a major plus).
• Educational background (bachelor or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn how a modern tech scale-up operates
• Passion for data analytics with high attention to detail, problem-solving skills, critical thinking 
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, cost controlling, and budgeting
• High proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills (English, German is a plus)
• Understanding of SaaS / Scale-up economics is a plus
• Experience in working with NetSuite is a plus

• Some experience in working with databases / SQL / simple coding (eg Google BigQuery) is a plus
• Experience with R&D public grants (e.g. Austrian “Research premium” / “Forschungsprämie”) is a plus

Your Impact

You will make an impact that matters by:

• Vision and Strategy: Own and develop the product vision and strategy for the Live Encoding product, ensuring alignment with company goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Customer Engagement: Directly interact with customers and sales opportunities to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and use cases. Own the technical validation and integration process to ensure successful adoption of our product.
• Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable roadmaps.
• Product Development and Launch: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirement specification and design to technical implementation, launch, and go-to-market activities.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape, conducting analyses and user research to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Product Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance the product to improve user experience, adoption, and overall value.
• KPI Management: Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and drive progress toward company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

What can you bring

• Extensive product management experience in product management, ideally in the streaming media industry, with a focus on SaaS products and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Solid technical understanding of product architecture, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams, and the ability to guide customers through technical integrations.
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Experience working with OKRs and KPIs to drive product success.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Desirable:

• Experience in the online video streaming industry.
• Understanding of H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC and AV1 codecs, and ability to speak to the trade-offs between bitrate, quality, and latency.
• Mastery of OTT distribution formats such as MPEG DASH and HLS.
• Familiarity with contribution protocols like RTP, SRT, RTMP and Zixi.
• Proficiency in SCTE-35 and other industry standards used to enable server-side (SSAI) or server-guided (SGAI) dynamic ad insertion.
• Experience building or managing cloud-based video services.
