Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Développement Commercial pour stimuler notre croissance et construire des relations stratégiques pour soutenir notre mission. Vous serez responsable de la gestion intégrale du cycle de vente: de la prospection, qualification, engagement initial, négociation à la gestion long terme des contrats . Ce poste stratégique à fort impact est à la croisée des ventes, de la stratégie et de l’innovation. Il implique une collaboration étroite avec nos équipes internes (produit et réglementaire) et combine développement commercial, vision marché et innovation. Vous représenterez également Platomics lors d’événements professionnels et contribuerez à structurer notre développement sur les marchés européens.
La maîtrise du français est obligatoire pour ce poste compte tenu du marché que vous couvrirez.
À l’aise avec les actions de prospection (appels, emails, social selling) et capable de construire, qualifier et maintenir un pipeline de vente structuré.
Maîtrise des méthodologies de vente et capacité à les appliquer avec fluidité et naturel.
Expérience dans la conduite de négociations contractuelles et la gestion de relations partenaires sur le long terme.
Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements réglementaires et juridiques complexes, et à aligner des parties prenantes aux intérêts variés.
Bonne connaissance du secteur de la santé, de la MedTech ou du diagnostic in vitro (IVD).
Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à instaurer rapidement la confiance et à collaborer efficacement au sein d’une équipe distribuée.
Curiosité, résilience et aptitude à résoudre des problématiques complexes dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
Orientation résultats, proactivité et autonomie dans l’exécution.
Anglais courant (langue de travail de l’entreprise).
Maîtrise obligatoire du français ; l’espagnol constitue un atout.

La persona avrà la responsabilità di presidiare l’intero funnel commerciale, dall’identificazione e qualificazione di nuove opportunità fino alla gestione dell’intero ciclo di vendita: dal primo contatto alla negoziazione contrattuale, fino alla gestione della relazione nel lungo periodo. Si tratta di un ruolo individuale ad alto impatto, collocato all’intersezione tra vendite, strategia e innovazione. La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con i team interni di prodotto e regolatorio, rappresenterà Platomics all’esterno in occasione di eventi di settore e contribuirà a definire il nostro percorso di crescita nei mercati europei.
È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza dell’italiano, in considerazione del mercato di riferimento del ruolo.
Padronanza delle attività di outbound sales (telefonate, email, social selling) e capacità di ricercare, qualificare e sviluppare con metodo una pipeline commerciale solida
Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di vendita e capacità di applicarle in modo efficace e con naturalezza
Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, lingua ufficiale dell’azienda
Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano (requisito obbligatorio); la conoscenza dello spagnolo costituirà un plus
Esperienza nella gestione di negoziazioni contrattuali e nel mantenimento di relazioni con i partner a lungo termine.
Sicurezza nel muoversi all’interno di contesti normativi e legali, con capacità di allineare interlocutori portatori di interessi differenti

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build the strategic relationships that underpin our mission. You will own both the top and bottom of the funnel by identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and the sales lifecycle, from the first conversation through contract to long-term management. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role that sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and innovation. You will work closely with internal product and regulatory teams, represent Platomics externally at industry events, and help shape how we grow across European markets.
Comfortable with outbound (calls, emails, social selling) and the know how to research, qualify, and build a sales pipeline with discipline
Understand sales methodologies and can apply them without being robotic
Fluent in English as this is the company language
Fluent in either French AND/OR Italian (mandatory) and ideally Spanish too
Experience leading contract negotiations and managing ongoing partner relationships
Confident navigating legal frameworks and aligning stakeholders with different interests
Good understanding of the healthcare / MedTech / IVD landscape
Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Have to ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and thrive in a distributed team
Curious, resilient, and not afraid to push through complexity
