Technical Ownership & SaaS Governance
System Administration: Act as the primary technical owner for our core stack (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Youtrack).
Extended Tooling Ecosystem: Provide administrative support and user management for a broad portfolio of departmental tools (Marketing, Finance, People, etc.), serving as the central point of contact for technical configurations and integrations.
Access Control: Enforce strict access governance across all managed systems, ensuring that every account follows the "Principle of Least Privilege" and is audited regularly.
Service Excellence & Incident Management
First Response: Own the lifecycle of support requests via YouTrack providing professional resolution for hardware and software issues across the global business.
Incident Coordination: Act as a first responder for localized IT outages or security events, following established protocols to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Identity & Endpoint Defense
Hardened Endpoints: Manage SentinelOne at the device level. You ensure 100% deployment coverage across our macOS/Windows fleet and lead the triage of endpoint security alerts.
Identity Lifecycle: Execute secure onboarding and offboarding workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that when an employee joins or leaves, their access across all systems is provisioned or revoked with zero-gap precision.
Asset Governance: Maintain an airtight hardware inventory. You enforce our "No-BYOD" policy, ensuring only managed, compliant TGTG hardware can access our digital environment.
Operational Roadmap & Projects
Scaling IT: Support the execution of strategic projects, such as automating cross-platform migrations and deepening our SSO integrations to reduce manual overhead.

The IT Operations Engineer is the Architect of Reliability. You are responsible for the "invisible" infrastructure that ensures our global workforce is secure and efficient. You bridge the gap between high-level Security policies and daily IT execution by building automated guardrails, proactive monitoring, and scalable workflows.
Fleet Reliability & Compliance
Automated Patching: Design and manage the automated lifecycle of OS and third-party software updates via JumpCloud and SentinelOne.
Posture Management: Develop and maintain "Desired State" configurations. If a device drifts from our security baseline, your automation should identify and remediate it.
Audit Readiness: Act as the technical lead for IT audits (SOC2/ISO), providing the automated evidence and logs required by the Security team.
Workflow Engineering
API Integration: Build and maintain the "connective tissue" between our tools (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Youtrack) using Python and API calls to eliminate manual data entry.
Zero-Touch Excellence: Mature our onboarding/offboarding from "manual" to "automated" to "zero-touch," ensuring the IT Support team never has to perform a repetitive task twice.
Observability & Data Integrity
SaaS Discovery: Implement automated checks to identify unauthorized SaaS usage and license waste.

Tier 3 Escalation & Standard Operating Procedures
Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex endpoint or identity issues.

Your mission:
As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of the development and execution of marketing initiatives in close collaboration with our business partners in Japan. Your work will span from co-marketing campaigns targeting end customers (B2B2C) to B2B initiatives focused on partner acquisition, engagement, and retention.You will work closely with Key Account Team and Indies Sales Team members, maintaining lasting relationships with the marketing teams of our partners. We’re looking for Inside Sales Executives to join the Sales team based in Austin (Hybrid) on June 1st.

In this role, you are the first point of contact for the store and will be responsible for the full sales cycle. Going through a list of leads we provide you, you will make a minimum of 60 calls per day through direct business development - the rest of the job is about onboarding stores and ensuring a good pipeline management of leads for the business.

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer, to be a part of our Finance team. You will be given freedom and responsibility to design and implement solutions to real world problems together with stakeholders from our financial and compliance teams
You will be involved in all parts of the process: refining, designing, implementing, delivering and maintaining product features.
Your task will be to develop, build and deliver an international top-class product, ensuring quality, maintainability, and sustainability, supported by other experienced colleagues who will guide, train and encourage you to push limits, and improve. We want to be proud of our work and focus more on quality than deadlines.
Tasks could involve automating business essential tasks like invoicing partners, or other financial reporting requiring an analytical mind and attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Sales Representative in our Sydney team, you'll play a pivotal role in introducing Too Good To Go to local businesses in the Eastern suburbs and forging partnerships that support our mission.
Partnering independent businesses with the Too Good To Go app via proactive cold outreach, using a blend of face to face meetings and over the phone selling.
Onboarding new partners onto the app, educating them on how to use and setting up their schedule
Account management for the first 28 days your signed stores are live on the app
Using Salesforce to track conversations and maintain CRM hygiene
Hit weekly activity and monthly store signing targets

Reporting to a Team Lead in France, you will be the main point of contact for a strategic portfolio of partners. You will work closely with them to resolve operational issues and improve performance, focusing on partner relationships, retention, and data analysis to drive sustainable growth.
This is a 8-month fixed-term contract (CDD) to ensure a seamless transition and continued growth for our key accounts.
Store level : Activity and Quality optimization.
You will be responsible for your portfolio performance at the store level : track KPIs in dashboards, build positive relationships with store level contacts, and follow up on opportunities and issues, ensuring that your key account stores perform at their best.
Some of the daily operations of this role will include:
-Analysis of store performance to guide daily actions and priorities
-Offering ongoing support to stores to ensure a positive customer experience
-Continuously engaging with stores to ensure ongoing optimization and impact
-Developing store level engagement plans to grow and retain partnership
-Working collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to achieve targets and goals
You will also drive performance at the account level for several segments of your portfolio:
-Account Management of key chains: autonomy in managing your own portfolio of chains and ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met.
-Through your committed and reliable way of working, you continue established relationships and build close and sustainable relationships with our partners, ensuring that they have the best Too Good To Go experience.
-You are the first point of contact for our partners for all matters and coordinate internally with our colleagues from other departments, because you are primarily responsible for the success of projects, marketing campaigns, events, press releases, reporting etc. for your portfolio of accounts.
-You support our acquisition team in the roll-out of new stores by feeding and updating the sales pipelines of your accounts.
-You develop and implement growth strategies that are tailored to the needs of our partners as well as our internal KPIs.
-You create and analyze relevant reports for internal and external purposes in order to present performance transparently and enable data-based decisions.
You work closely with all areas - nationally and internationally - and optimise processes and develop strategies for the long-term development of partnerships.

This is a non-quota carrying leadership role focused on managing, coaching, and scaling the sales team rather than individual sales targets.
Internally, this role is referred to as Sales Team Lead due to our organizational structure; however, its scope is very similar to that of a Sales Manager, focusing on managing, mentoring, and coaching a team. We’re looking for Business Development Representatives to join the Sales team based in Austin (Hybrid) on June 1st.

In this role, you are the first point of contact for the store and will be responsible for the full sales cycle. Going through a list of leads we provide you, you will make a minimum of 60 calls per day through direct business development - the rest of the job is about onboarding stores and ensuring a good pipeline management of leads for the business.

You will play a pivotal role in the growth of Too Good To Go Switzerland and the fight against food waste by using your experience as a Key Account Manager to develop and grow partnerships with some of Switzerland's biggest brands.
Your primary responsibility is to support the long term success of new and existing Key Account Partners in Switzerland. As a Business Development Representative, you will play an important role in the growth of Too Good To Go in Canada.
