Technical Ownership & SaaS Governance

• Identity Lifecycle: Execute secure onboarding and offboarding workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that when an employee joins or leaves, their access across all systems is provisioned or revoked with zero-gap precision.

• Asset Governance: Maintain an airtight hardware inventory. You enforce our "No-BYOD" policy, ensuring only managed, compliant TGTG hardware can access our digital environment.

Operational Roadmap & Projects

• Scaling IT: Support the execution of strategic projects, such as automating cross-platform migrations and deepening our SSO integrations to reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

• You have hands-on experience with User Management.
• Experience with providing end-user IT support and being comfortable tackling whatever IT issue is thrown at you. 
• You can easily identify, investigate and solve IT problems as they arise.

The IT Operations Engineer is the Architect of Reliability. You are responsible for the "invisible" infrastructure that ensures our global workforce is secure and efficient. About the Role

This is a strategic leadership role focused on the accelerated shift towards a model of automated account acquisition and self-service account management for our vast network of small independent business partners ("Indies"), with additional impact for our larger, multi-location partners. Strategic Planning, Governance, and Performance Reporting

• Own the structured design, execution plan, and ongoing measurement for all major B2B product marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overarching Marketplace Partner Product Roadmap.
• Establish and maintain clear performance metrics (KPIs) for automated and self-service features (e.g., adoption rates, compliance rates, partner engagement rates,), continuously measuring their commercial impact (e.g., Partner LTV, CAC efficiency) against set business objectives.
• Drive effective reporting and cascading of progress and impact to relevant company stakeholders in the appropriate forums (e.g., SteerCo, GMT), clearly articulating both wins and necessary course corrections to ensure continued cross-functional focus and momentum.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a high level of expertise in the B2B domain:

• Significant and proven experience in a Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or B2B Growth Marketing role, ideally within a best-in-class company a B2B SaaS, B2B Marketplace, or Partner Ecosystems. Experience with food retailers a plus.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling Go-to-Market strategies for B2B self-service products or features with measurable commercial impact, with a strong understanding of complex B2B buyer journeys.
• A strategic, data-driven mindset with proven experience leveraging CRM/Marketing Automation platforms to translate commercial data (e.g., MQLs, LTV, CAC) into compelling narratives and scalable marketing strategies.

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Infor M3 “Techno-Functional” Administrator to join our growing team. Working alongside our current administrator, this role is critical for ensuring business contingency and enhancing our in-house technical and functional competencies. Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Infor M3 “Techno-Functional” Administrator to join our growing team. Working alongside our current administrator, this role is critical for ensuring business contingency and enhancing our in-house technical and functional competencies. Your mission

Too Good To Go's UX Research team exists to make sure the products we build are grounded in real user understanding. We are a small team working across a fast-moving product organisation and research operations - the infrastructure that makes insight possible - is central to how we work.

A key focus right now is our continuous interviewing programme - a live, always-on system that generates weekly qualitative insights from users across multiple markets. This student worker role sits at the operational heart of that programme. You will keep the weekly cycle moving smoothly - managing scheduling, tracking participants, processing data and coordinating across tools. And alongside that, you will actively identify what is slow, what is fragile and what could be automated and help us fix it.

• Running the weekly operations cycle for active research programmes - pulling response data across platforms, updating tracking sheets and posting team updates
• Managing participant communications - sending follow-up emails and incentive payments accurately and on time
• Processing transcripts for AI analysis - downloading, deduplicating and preparing sessions for synthesis
• Supporting technical setup for new programmes - including screener forms, study configuration, participant recruitment requests and legal documentation

The Role

Too Good To Go is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (we would also consider mid-levels) to further enhance our existing data platform. You will be a part of our data platform team and will be based from our HQ in Copenhagen.

You get to bring your own opinions and experience when it comes to the technology stack. We’ve kept the legacy systems to a minimum, so there is room to adapt and optimize.

Tech Stack

Our data stack consists of Airflow, Python, dlt, AWS Redshift, lambda, Kinesis, S3, glue, dbt, metaflow and we use Terraform to manage our infrastructure using GitOps principle. We have access to a number of AI tools to boost development productivity.

Responsibilities 

• Design, build, and maintain a data platform and data pipelines from end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and quality for the Tech, Product and Analytics teams
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and analytics engineers to understand data requirements, develop data models, and optimize data pipelines for advanced analytics and machine learning use cases
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable ETL processes, using best practices for data ingestion, storage, and processing
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics requirements
• Proactively monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices, including documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Desired Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role, working in full autonomy but also collaboratively.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, with Terraform.

The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer - Frontend, to be a part of our Partner Value Proposition Product Team that defines, builds and delivers our product features. As a Team Member in a product team, you will work towards specific outcomes with the freedom and responsibility to figure out the best way to achieve them together with the other Engineers and other Product Team members.

Your mission will be to help refine, design, implement, deliver and maintain various product features. 

Your task will be to develop, build and deliver an international top-class product, ensuring quality, maintainability, and sustainability. Supported by more experienced colleagues who will guide, train and encourage you to push limits, and improve.

The Tech Stack

We have built a single-page application in React using TypeScript, RTK Query, React Router, and MUI, localized into multiple languages. Developers typically run the SPA locally using Vite, connecting to backend endpoints hosted on our remote test environments, ensuring a fast and modern developer experience.

We are currently transitioning from MUI to our own in-house design system. As part of this role, you will contribute to the development and adoption of the design system.

To support this transition, we are actively exploring AI-assisted UI development to streamline the path from Figma designs to implementation. By combining our design system with modern AI tooling, we aim to reduce repetitive work, improve consistency, and accelerate feature delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop a responsive user-facing web application and MyStore, which is our partner portal to help our partners fight food waste by uploading magic bags to be purchased by our app users. 
• Responsibility for implementing the visual elements that users see and interact with, within a web application.
• Actively participate in your team’s agile development processes with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver international top-class products with maximum quality, maintainability and scalability.
• Take on additional tasks outside your current boundaries with help from your team to continue to grow and expand your skills.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in front-end development.
• Proven success in creating responsive/mobile user interfaces, with strong visual communication.
• Competence in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and CSS.
• Fluency in TypeScript.
• Understanding of React.js, its core principles (state, props, context, hooks).
• Experience with state management solutions like Redux or React’s built-in Context API.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git).
• Enjoys actively participating in a cross-functional product team.
• Takes pride in writing quality code.
• Experience with common frontend development tools such as NPM, ESLint, Jest, Playwright etc.

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Infor M3 “Techno-Functional” Administrator to join our growing team. Working alongside our current administrator, this role is critical for ensuring business contingency and enhancing our in-house technical and functional competencies. You will oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Infor M3 ERP system while providing end-to-end techno-functional support.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business process understanding, with a particular focus on general financial knowledge to support our finance operations. You will manage backend operations, implement system changes, and collaborate with both internal Engineering teams and external consultants to ensure a stable and integrated ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration & Contingency: Administer and maintain the Infor M3 system to ensure optimal performance, security, and uptime, serving as a vital backup and partner to the primary administrator.
• Techno-Functional Support: Provide end-to-end support for M3 solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs and system configurations.
• Financial & Module Oversight: Configure and enhance M3 modules with a specific focus on Finance, Purchasing, and Warehousing processes.
• Integration Coordination: Support and manage integrations between Infor and non-Infor applications using MEC and ION, coordinating with the Engineering department for seamless data flow.
• User Support: Provide 1st-level support for M3 users and act as the key liaison for 2nd-level support with external vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• ERP Expertise: Proven experience in Infor CloudSuite / M3.
• Financial Knowledge: Strong general financial knowledge is required; direct experience with the M3 Finance module is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with Infor-specific tools, including: MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator) and ION (Intelligent Open Network), XtendM3, H5 SDK, and H5 Scripts and IDM (Infor Document Management) and IFS Security.
• Functional Understanding: Deep understanding of M3 business processes, such as the Customer Order-to-Cash flow, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Integration & Data: Familiarity with APIs, messaging, and data mapping
• Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and perform performance optimizations.

We are adding a Parcels Partner Manager to our team. This role will be based in Copenhagen, focusing on our business in Denmark. You will report directly into the Regional Head of Commercial and will work in a small but motivated team. You will speak Danish and English fluently - any additional languages are a bonus!

Your Mission:

You will build outstanding relationships across food manufacturing suppliers to ensure a quality-driven supply for our “Too Good To Go Parcels” business. With a mindset of driving partnerships, not transactional relationships you will work on behalf of our customers to drive quality, consistency, and excellent pricing. 

Our “Too Good To Go Parcel” (Manufacturing) business is a transformative solution that enables food manufacturers to effectively reduce food waste while extracting value from surplus food. Through direct purchasing from food manufacturers, Too Good To Go carefully curates and assembles the purchased products into “Too Good To Go Parcels”, which are then offered to our users at a discount of ~50% off of original retail (including shipping costs).  Sold through our existing B2C marketplace, customers can opt to have their parcel conveniently delivered to their doorstep or pick it up from a nearby location, creating a surprise element as customers unbox their Too Good To Go Parcel.  Instead of allowing these products to go to waste, manufacturers significantly decrease their environmental impact, optimise their revenue by maximising the value of saved food, and enhance product visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Business Development - you won’t be afraid to pick up the phone and build new connections directly with manufacturers to develop partnerships across all food categories and suppliers
• Negotiation and purchasing of inventory directly from manufacturers- you’ll be making daily purchasing decisions, always with the intention of securing the best range and pricing for our users

A Day in the Life of:

• Balance and deliver to an agreed margin target across a range of suppliers and product through daily negotiations and purchasing decisions
• Source new suppliers, develop existing relationships and continually review pricing and range in order to deliver both profit and customer experience
• Proactively manage your supplier portfolio - instigate and deliver weekly, quarterly and annual business review meetings to continually deliver added value to our suppliers
• Make timely, data driven decisions on inventory and proposed stock holdings
• Work in close collaboration with demand planning and forecasting to capitalise on trends, tracking and reporting any opportunities and challenges
• Drive growth with partners, through new product categories, international relationships and greater volumes
• Adhere to and input into the evolution of current SOPs and strategies. Ensure all documentation processes are followed and that information is delivered to the appropriate departments after purchase. 

Requirements:

• Extensive business growth experience, demonstrating an ability to build relationships, establish trust, and develop true partnerships
• Buying experience - ideally gained through a marketplace, major retail or wholesale FMCG environment
• Excellent commercial acumen - you can navigate your way confidently around a P&L and are experienced in price/ promotional modeling
• An unwavering customer-centric approach - you will have a good understanding of how to develop a proposition that is both innovative and exciting whilst keeping the customer experience at the heart of everything you do
• You are fully proficient in English and Danish
• You are based in Copenhagen
