Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely completion of QC report after production job is finished. Accountable for the QC report compliance with good documentation practices.
• Support process improvement initiatives within scope of responsibility.
• Monitors supply inventory and identifies any products required.
• Maintains work area, equipment, department and all storage areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner.

Requirements:

This role:

The Microbiology Technician is an entry-level position in the Microbiology lab.  This position works independently to perform routine sampling and process samples in support of the Microbiology department. This position reports to a Microbiology Supervisor.

The responsibilities:

• Samples controlled environments per the sampling Master Plan utilizing aseptic technique.
• Documents and processes samples in a Laboratory environment.
• Performs real time risk assessments of the manufacturing areas and process.
• Accurately distinguishes and counts microbial recoveries (mold and bacteria)
• Enters data into Laboratory Information Management System.
• Maintains data integrity and ensures compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and worldwide regulatory requirements
• Will be required to recognize non-conformances.

Desired qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples include:  JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise, LIMS etc.)
• Must be able to communicate well.

Overview

The Role

We’re looking for an Extraction Technician to join our Green Thumb team! This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization and production of cannabis infused products. Our ideal candidate for this role is familiar with standard laboratory practices and has previously worked in production laboratory environments. Cannabis is a highly regulated industry, so prior experience working with regulatory requirements and compliance, as well as workplace safety, is highly desirable. If you’ve previously worked in cannabis extraction and processing – even better!

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory equipment and cannabis plant materials for extraction
• Operate intricate extraction equipment in accordance with Green Thumb SOPs
• Process cannabis concentrates and extracts
• Deliver on production goals, while focused on safety and quality
• Produce product per recipes and SOP's, maintaining high quality standards
• Clean and maintain extraction equipment and laboratory facility
• Store supplies and equipment, dispose of waste according to guidelines, and keep laboratory working areas sanitary and safe
• Wash and sterilize laboratory glassware
• Employee may also be responsible for monitoring production line and collecting samples for analysis.
• Follow SOP and standard analytical procedures to meet Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance

Qualifications

• Associate or 4-year degree with relevant college courses in biology, chemistry, or physics preferred

Veterinary Technician

Position Summary: 

The Veterinary Technician plays a vital role in assisting veterinarians and the medical support team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to pets and their families. This position is responsible for performing a variety of technical, clinical, and client education duties that enhance efficiency, promote a safe and collaborative hospital environment, and elevate the overall client experience. The Veterinary Technician also assists in maintaining consistent, excellent medical standards and operational flow. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-quality nursing care to hospitalized patients, including IV catheter placement, CRI management, medication administration, feeding tube placement, and ongoing monitoring.

Varda Space Industries is seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to provide critical laboratory support for our Analytical Sciences team. Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate for this role is familiar with standard laboratory practices and has previously worked in production laboratory environments. Cannabis is a highly regulated industry, so prior experience working with regulatory requirements and compliance, as well as workplace safety, is highly desirable. If you’ve previously worked in cannabis extraction and processing – even better!

About the Job

We’re hiring an Equipment Technician who will focus on critical equipment to ensure that our clinical production team has everything they need to process and bank life-saving bone marrow.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of facility and equipment cleaning, maintenance, installation, operation, and troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly in our cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) facility.  This is a hands-on role, and we’ll train you on Good Documentation Practices, preparing tools for sterilization, and other support tasks which are key for a biotech manufacturing facility. POSITION OVERVIEW
Syner-G is seeking a Facilities Technician III with 5–10 years of experience to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of GMP and non-GMP facility systems, utilities, and equipment. This role is responsible for performing advanced maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues across multiple building systems, and supporting reliability and compliance requirements in laboratory, manufacturing, and utility environments. Education

• Soldering certification and experience soldering cables and harnesses (circuit boards come pre-assembled)

POSITION SUMMARY

Umoja Biopharma is seeking a Senior Calibration Technician to support the calibration and maintenance of measurement instrumentation at our state‑of‑the‑art lentiviral vector development and manufacturing facility in Louisville, Colorado. Primary responsibilities include performing routine and non‑routine instrument calibrations supporting production, laboratory, and facilities operations.

The Calibration Technician works independently with minimal supervision to execute instrument calibrations for parameters including conductivity, pH, pressure, flow, temperature, speed, and mass in compliance with GxP and company quality standards. This role requires strong judgment and initiative to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, as well as the ability to coordinate and oversee external service providers to ensure all work and documentation meet Umoja requirements.

This role is an on-site position based out of our Louisville, CO location 5 days/week.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Specific responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and oversee external calibration service providers, including review of calibration certificates and resolution of documentation or compliance issues.
• Perform routine and non‑routine calibration of GMP and non‑GMP instrumentation supporting laboratory, manufacturing, utility, and facilities systems, using industry‑standard tools and methods.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance activities are performed and documented in compliance with GxP requirements, internal procedures, and applicable standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, NIST), maintaining audit‑ready records.
• Troubleshoot calibration failures and instrumentation performance issues, identify corrective actions and support investigations in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
• Legibly and accurately document work performed in Umoja’s CMMS system in accordance with cGMP requirements in a timely manner.
• Optimize the time required to perform calibrations to minimize impact to routine operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize calibration execution, vendor performance, and site business processes.

The successful candidate will have:

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferably including hands-on or vocational school training and a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an instrument technician in a manufacturing environment OR an Associate’s degree in a technical field (instrumentation, controls, automation, electrical) with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant calibration or instrumentation experience.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced or specialized instrumentation such as RTDs and thermocouples, gas sensors, RH and differential pressure instruments, load cells, control valves, precision mechanical tools, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in GMP biopharmaceutical or cell and gene therapy manufacturing and/or testing facility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), Food and Drug Administration, current pharmaceutical industry standards, and/or other regulations.
• Experience in executing metrology systems and activities in pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated industries is preferred
• Experience executing single‑point and multi‑point calibrations in pharmaceutical manufacturing or other highly regulated environments.
• Independent and analytical thought process to evaluate options and make decisions (risk-based decision-making capability).
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a collaborative manner across multiple functional areas.
• Proficient in the operation of building automation systems including BMS, EMS, and standalone PLCs required for proper building, equipment, and system operation.
• Experience working with Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager CMMS is highly preferred.
• Experience reading P&IDs, electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Physical Requirements:  

• Ability to work onsite every day.
• Ability to work evenings and/or holidays as needed
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, protective clothing, and eye safety glasses.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, use of hands, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally moving materials up to 30 pounds.

Hourly Range: $40.46 - $49.98 This role is non-exempt and is overtime eligible.

Who We Are:

The Role:  Cogent is seeking a dedicated Research Animal Technician to join our team for weekend and holiday shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for administering scheduled doses of medications to research animals. You will also perform routine cleaning and maintenance of animal enclosures to uphold high standards of animal care and facility hygiene.

The ideal candidate is experienced in laboratory animal care, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently while following established protocols. This position plays a critical role in supporting ongoing research and ensuring the health and well-being of animals in our care.  

Responsibilities:
