We’re hiring a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead the selling and commercial efforts within a defined territory for our growing organization. This role will focus specifically on our Ossigraft portfolio of orthopedic products, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening key customer relationships.
You will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy within your assigned territory by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the field. On a daily basis, you’ll meet with surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff to promote the biologics portfolio, provide product education, and support clinical adoption. The role includes delivering presentations, conducting in-service training, and, when necessary, providing operating room case coverage to ensure proper product utilization and positive patient outcomes. The Regional Manager actively identifies opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while prospecting and developing new relationships across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty clinics.

We’re hiring an Equipment Technician who will focus on critical equipment to ensure that our clinical production team has everything they need to process and bank life-saving bone marrow. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a variety of facility and equipment cleaning, maintenance, installation, operation, and troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly in our cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) facility. This is a hands-on role, and we’ll train you on Good Documentation Practices, preparing tools for sterilization, and other support tasks which are key for a biotech manufacturing facility. Restocking materials and reagents as well as cleaning equipment/tools and autoclaving may also be a part of your daily routine.
This role reports to the Facilities Manager, and will work closely with both the Facilities team and the Clinical Production team.

About the Job
We’re hiring a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support pre-launch medical affairs activities for our proprietary cryopreserved hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) bone marrow graft product that will be available through an on-demand donor bank. This role will play a critical part in shaping scientific understanding, building transplant-center readiness, and establishing Ossium’s medical presence ahead of commercial availability.
This is a hands-on, field-based role, focused on deep scientific engagement with priority allogeneic BMT centers, investigator education, and support of evidence-generation efforts. You will serve as a scientific expert on Ossium’s HPC, Bone Marrow platform, supporting pre-launch medical strategy through high-quality scientific exchange, clinical insight gathering, and collaboration with internal teams. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

About the Role
The Tissue Recovery Specialist is an independent contractor role supporting Ossium Health’s vertebral body recovery program. Tissue Recovery Specialists are engaged when additional support is required to ensure timely donor recovery. This is a unique level role for an individual with operating room or tissue recovery experience.
Key Responsibilities
This is not an on-call position. You will only be contacted when recovery coverage is needed. Upon notification, you may choose to accept the case if you are available to arrive within the required timeframe.
The Tissue Recovery Specialist reports directly to the Manager of Recovery Services.
