We’re hiring a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead the selling and commercial efforts within a defined territory for our growing organization. This role will focus specifically on our Ossigraft portfolio of orthopedic products, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening key customer relationships.
You will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy within your assigned territory by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the field. On a daily basis, you’ll meet with surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff to promote the biologics portfolio, provide product education, and support clinical adoption. The role includes delivering presentations, conducting in-service training, and, when necessary, providing operating room case coverage to ensure proper product utilization and positive patient outcomes. The Regional Manager actively identifies opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while prospecting and developing new relationships across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty clinics.

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide critical administrative support for our founder CEO and office support for our growing San Francisco office! Your primary responsibility will be working closely with the CEO across a wide range of topics and duties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to leverage a background in support to make a meaningful impact at a mission driven startup.
This role will set the stage for a positive experience in the office for all. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, oversee day-to-day office operations, and ensure the office is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. We are looking for someone who is consistently punctual and shows up with a positive attitude.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 annually. Ossium Health takes a market-based approach to pay. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. We are hiring a Director, Scientific Affairs who brings both scientific depth and a genuine passion for connecting people, evidence, and ideas. In this role, you'll be at the center of our clinical and commercial efforts; helping translate complex science into clear, compelling stories that move the field forward.
You'll partner closely with teams across Ossium to shape medical and scientific strategy, supporting the commercial launch of our novel cryopreserved bone marrow, and leading medical education and data communication work that actually changes how clinicians think about treating patients. Whether you're collaborating with individual clinical sites on evidence-generation projects or working alongside the commercial team to bring our flagship product to patients in need, you'll be the bridge between science and impact.
This is an excellent role for someone who thrives at the intersection of rigor and relationship-building; the ideal candidate is someone who can walk into a room of scientists, surgeons, or sales leads and speak everyone's language.
This role reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer.

We are hiring a Clinical Trial Manager to support the successful execution of our clinical trials and operations. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day tactical management of ongoing studies, ensuring seamless trial implementation and monitoring.
You’ll play a key role in launching our PRESERVE II clinical trial, the long-term follow-up of PRESERVE I, and our HOPE expanded access program. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment—someone eager to collaborate across teams and coordinate with internal partners, CROs, and external vendors to deliver excellence in every aspect of our trials.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Clinical Operations.
