The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability and efficiency while engineering effective solutions.  This role combines hands‑on execution with engaging external technology partners, as needed, to help implement and embed our IT standards within a portfolio company.  The IT Infrastructure Engineer is also responsible for supporting gap assessments by identifying where a portfolio company does not meet a given standard and helping to address and close those gaps.  Additional responsibilities include building projects such as implementing audio visual solutions for conference rooms and other workspaces, meeting building security requirements including access control and camera systems, addressing low‑voltage needs, and installing network equipment, printers, and other technology equipment as required.  They possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and can articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain IT infrastructure roadmaps.
• Research and evaluate new infrastructure technologies and services, performing PoCs and pilots where appropriate.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Service Delivery, and Cyber Security teams to design infrastructure that meets performance, reliability, and security requirements.
• Deliver internal training or knowledge sharing sessions on infrastructure tools and processes.
• Provide infrastructure impact assessments for proposed changes and new applications.
• Provide technical input on RFPs and vendor selection related to infrastructure services and solutions.
• Maintain awareness of emerging infrastructure trends and recommend adoption where beneficial.
• Participate in governance forums or CABs as needed to represent infrastructure interests and risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure topics to IT leadership and business stakeholders, advising on feasibility and risk.
• Assess, plan, and execute the transition of network infrastructure to align with company standards. This includes hardware, software, and network configuration.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and new company representatives, to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the onboarding and transition process.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including project plans, network diagrams, system documentation, architecture diagrams, transition procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform Layer 2 and Layer 3 network troubleshooting and optimization to ensure seamless communication across devices and applications.
• Coordinate with ISPs to address connectivity issues and oversee circuit upgrades or installations.
• Train end users in the use of equipment and software.
• Perform system administration for various enterprise tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT services support role.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Strong PowerShell experience preferred.
• Strong Office 365 administration experience preferred.
• Strong Azure and Windows Server experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP - LAN, WAN, wLAN and vLAN technologies.
• Strong knowledge of MS Active Directory infrastructure.
• Familiarity with IP Telephony and cell phone technology.
• iOS experience preferred.

Detection Engineer

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Threat Detection & Research the Detection Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity detections. This individual will participate in cybersecurity detection strategy, creation, tuning, validation, and correlation to ensure that Deepwatch customers have effective detections in place against an ever-changing threat landscape. Deepwatch Detection Engineers perform a wide array of tasks in an effort to increase alert fidelity, reduce false positives, and better inform MDR Security Analysts. 

Detection Engineers have a direct impact on customer security posture over time by increasing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of MDR Security Analysts and by aligning efforts with customer security priorities.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Develop and document new Detection Capabilities for customer environments
• Work with customers to develop a comprehensive strategy for effective detections 
• Leverage industry frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK Framework, for customer-facing alert improvement roadmap

Statutory Pay Disclosure

The anticipated salary range for this role is $94,500 - $118,700 + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

A Senior Software Engineer leads the software development team as they create software solutions for AEVEX. This persons serves as an in-house expert, both for managers from other departments who need software solutions and the less experienced staff within the Software department. This person leads software development projects, starting with collecting and studying the information and needs of the user. This person looks at different possible solutions and how feasible those options are. 6+ years of experience in identity security, managed security services, or security consulting, with exposure to both solution design and service delivery.

Xometry is seeking highly motivated Mechanical Engineers to act as customer-facing Technical Account Managers (TAMs). These TAMs will be embedded within our most strategic accounts, acting as an extension of their engineering teams. TAMs will report into Operations but will work very closely with Sales to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Customer Integration:

• Become a trusted advisor and technical expert for assigned enterprise accounts
• Weekly onsite visits at customer and partner locations, building relationships and understanding their needs

• Proactively identify and address potential manufacturing challenges

Order Fulfillment and Quality:

• As customer projects are awarded to Xometry, ensure orders are directed to the most qualified manufacturers within our network
• Conduct monthly on-site audits of manufacturing partners to ensure they meet Xometry's quality standards and customer specifications
• Manage projects to successful completion, overseeing production, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Handle critical communications, order changes, and escalations related to customer orders
• Monitor customer-specific dashboards to track order progress, delivery metrics, and quality performance

Sales and Account Growth:

• Partner with Enterprise Sales Executives to drive account growth and retention
• Identify opportunities for expanding Xometry's services within existing accounts
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process
• Gather customer insights and feedback to inform sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field such Aerospace Engineering, Product Design/Development, or Industrial Engineering is required
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, and project management
• Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles, particularly as they apply to CNC applications
• Experience in CNC Machining, Tube Bending, Composites, or 3D printing is preferred
• Proficiency in modelling and drafting software such as Solidworks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Barbaricum is seeking a Senior Data Security Engineer (DRM Specialist) to support a Zero Trust cybersecurity initiative for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This role will serve as the technical subject matter expert for Digital Rights Management (DRM), encryption policy enforcement, and data-centric security architecture across classified and unclassified environments.

The selected candidate will design and implement attribute-based encryption and rights management policies to ensure sensitive data remains protected regardless of location or transport. This position plays a critical role in integrating identity attributes, data classification, and encryption technologies to enable dynamic, policy-driven access control across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and configure enterprise DRM platforms including Kiteworks Private Content Network and Microsoft Purview Information Protection.
• Design and implement Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) policies to enforce dynamic access decisions based on user clearance, role, and device trust posture.
• Manage the lifecycle of encryption keys and cryptographic infrastructure, including Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) and customer-managed key models.
