The United States Based Salary range for this role is: 140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience

About Octave

About the Role
Octave is seeking to partner with existing group practices in Florida (Miami, Tampa, and Orlando areas) that want to provide excellent mental health care, both in-person and virtually. As an Octave partner, your team will join a supportive community of clinicians focused on client-centered, evidence-based therapy.
At Octave, we take care of all backend operations so your clinicians can focus on providing care. Our team manages credentialing, billing, marketing, technology support, and client referrals. This allows your clinicians to focus primarily on seeing the clients we connect them with and completing session documentation, removing the administrative burden from your group practice.
Your providers will support adult clients managing stress, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. We emphasize evidence based practices such as CBT and DBT with a strong commitment to culturally responsive care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns.
- Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT.
- Offer culturally responsive care.
- See clients virtually and/or in person (you must have your own office space to hold in-person sessions).
Qualifications for Group Practices
- Must have at least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians who would be joining Octave.
- Required to have your own office space and are willing to provide in-person services (located within the markets we're currently hiring for).
- All clinicians must be fully licensed (no associate or intern level providers).
- Licensed in Florida (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD)
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board.
- At least 1 year of post-license experience (2+ preferred).
- Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar.
- Certain payor relationships may exclude you from employment.
- Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.

Compensation
Starting pay for qualified applicants will depend on a combination of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is set forth below and this range may be modified in the future.

$63-$133/hour for master's level license.
$73-$143/hour for doctoral-level license.

About the Role:
Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to work within an organizational structure to provide high-quality behavioral health care to our clients. Octave Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment. Octave Clinicians demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies. It is our effort to drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for our clients. You will treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies. Candidates must be licensed in Florida at the master's or doctoral level, well-versed in evidence-based therapies, like CBT or DBT, and expert in the delivery of culturally responsive care.
We are seeking out Licensed Clinicians who are willing to work both in-person and remotely. As a Clinician with Octave, you will be able to build out a caseload that gives your clients the option to see you virtually or in-person. It is required that you already have a commercial clinical space that you can operate from to see clients in person through Octave. At this time, we are not providing an office space within the state of Florida.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive, high‑impact user experiences across the Shift4 product portfolio, with primary ownership of Shift4 Dine and key initiatives on Web and Android.
- Define and evolve an AI‑native experience strategy for Shift4 Dine: identify where AI (copilots, recommendations, automation, generative flows) meaningfully improves merchant and staff workflows—and where it should not.
- Leverage AI‑powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma AI features, Claude‑style assistants, code‑aware tools) to explore concepts, generate variants, and rapidly move from idea to interactive prototype.
- Act as a hands‑on design leader on complex, cross‑platform projects while mentoring and directing other designers to elevate craft, quality, and consistency.
- Translate user insights, data, and product strategy into clear design hypotheses and solutions that drive merchant adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align on product strategy, scope, technical constraints, and delivery timelines; ensure design decisions are grounded in what is feasible in today’s AI‑enabled stack.
- Establish and champion AI UX patterns for the portfolio (assistants, inline suggestions, explainability, error and fallback states, human‑in‑the‑loop correction) and ensure they are implemented consistently across products.
- Contribute to, govern, and evolve scalable design systems, patterns, and best practices across platforms—ensuring components, tokens, and documentation are “AI‑ready” for design‑to‑code workflows.
- Use AI tools to streamline design workflows (research synthesis, content and UX copy, documentation, design QA) while maintaining a critical eye for quality, bias, and brand alignment.
- Navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing AI capabilities; balance long‑term strategic investments with near‑term iterative delivery to ensure outcomes meet both user and business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years in UI/UX or product design with a portfolio showing end‑to‑end product work and strong visual/interaction design across Web and Android.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, tokens, Dev Mode) and experience working with design systems at scale.
- Working knowledge of front‑end fundamentals (HTML/CSS, component/state thinking; React or similar) to read and lightly edit UI code and review AI‑generated output.
- Understanding of how Figma components map to React/Vue components and how design tokens map to CSS/Tailwind, including implications for design‑to‑code and AI tooling.

We’re looking for a Product Designer, AI to be the connective tissue between Product Design and Engineering. This role sits at the intersection of AI, UX, front‑end implementation, and systems thinking: you turn Figma into robust, reusable code, shape our design system in production, and lay the technical foundations that allow the Design organization to scale.
You’ll build interactive, high‑fidelity prototypes and production‑ready UI components, using AI‑assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration. Responsibilities
Bridge design and engineering
- Translate design specs, components, and interaction patterns into high‑quality front‑end implementations that can be adopted by engineering teams.
- Work closely with designers to refine interaction details, states, and edge cases, then express them as code, stories, and clear usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure prototypes align with technical constraints and can transition smoothly toward production.
Prototyping and AI‑assisted workflows
- Build high‑fidelity, interactive prototypes using a mix of design tools, AI prototyping tools (e.g., Claude‑style assistants, Replit, Figma AI), and code.
- Use AI‑assisted tools to rapidly explore ideas, generate UI logic, scaffold components, and iterate faster while maintaining implementation quality and consistency.
- Support UX research by preparing realistic prototypes for testing and iterating quickly based on user feedback and data.
Design System in Code
- Build and maintain the coded design system (components, tokens, utilities) in partnership with design system owners and front‑end leads.
- Ensure a tight mapping between Figma and code so components, variants, and tokens in Figma have clear, predictable equivalents in React/Vue and CSS/Tailwind.
- Establish standards for accessibility, performance, and theming within the component library, and ensure these standards are upheld across teams.
Foundations, tools, and workflows
- Set up and evolve tools, workflows, and repository structures that designers rely on for design‑to‑code (e.g., Storybook, design system sites, sandboxes, playgrounds).
- Define foundational conventions (naming, file structure, contribution guidelines, review processes) that make it easy for designers and engineers to extend the system.
- Partner with platform and DevEx teams to integrate design system components into product repos and CI/CD workflows.
Collaboration and enablement
- Pair with designers to upskill them on implementation realities and with engineers to deepen their understanding of design intent and UX quality.
- Support the adoption of AI prototyping tools and AI‑driven workflows within the design team, helping designers build confidence and fluency with new technologies.
- Create documentation, examples, and “how‑to” guides that help product teams use and extend the design system correctly.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product design engineering, UX engineering, design technology, UI engineering, or a similar hybrid role with strong knowledge
of AI tools to accelerate design and development workflows, and interest in shaping how they’re used in design‑to‑code. - Strong understanding of product design principles, UX patterns, and interaction design, with examples of complex product workflows.
- Strong proficiency in modern front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a component framework such as React.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining a component library or design system in production.
- Comfortable working in Figma (or equivalent) and mapping design structures (components, variants, tokens) to code architectures.
- Experience building prototypes that go beyond click‑throughs (real data, logic, interactions, and edge cases).

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or related UI frameworks), C#, XAML, and — when needed — C++.
- Define and enforce best-practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase: code architecture, performance, memory usage, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability.
- Drive accessibility efforts: integrate and validate support for accessibility APIs (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or other relevant Windows accessibility frameworks), ensure UI controls, focus management, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and usability for users with disabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape feature planning, UI/UX architecture, and long-term roadmap for the Windows platform.

Required:

Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. What You’ll Do
- Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
- Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.

Work Arrangement
This is an onsite position in Tampa, FL, Huntsville , or Northern, VA.
Job Overview
A software engineer is part of the software development team that creates software solutions for AEVEX. This person applies engineering principles and knowledge of programming languages to build these software solutions. This is mid-level position, and the ideal candidate will be an in-house expert for less experienced staff within the Engineering department.
Essential Functions
- Contribute during the entire software development process including requirements, design, implementation, test, debugging and deployment.
- Develop Embedded Linux, Windows PC and microcontroller software applications using C, C++, Python and occasionally other programming languages.
- Deploy and maintain software on Embedded Linux and Microsoft Windows PC based platforms.
- Expand the capabilities of our software products by developing new features and Integrating data from hardware such as GPS/GNSS, LiDAR and Accelerometers.
- Rapidly build and deploy moderately complex mobile applications leveraging Location Services, Maps, and other common Android/IOS libraries.
- Manage coded components and design elements of a front-end design system in terms of versioning, technology, and requirements.
- Be able to work creatively through and around perceived limitations to build fast and simplified user experiences.
- Support software-in-the-loop (SIL), hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), bench testing, and flight testing
- Collaborate with other software developers, product owner/manager, and stakeholders to deliver creative and tailored custom solutions.
- Ensure that design supports the client's goals and requirements and be willing to make adjustments to exceed expectations.
- Assist in creating a vision for, and communicating creative solutions for a wide variety of user experience challenges (graphic creation/development, wireframes etc.)
- Facilitate discussions on design and user experience and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with Autopilot systems, ground control stations, or flight simulation software is highly desirable
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)
- Proficient in software development of microcontroller level embedded systems
- Strong understanding of GPS, Inertial Navigation, Sensor fusion from a software architecture real-time processing perspective
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with extensive hands-on experience in software development
- Knowledge of software development using Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field required, MS preferred.
Experience
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Prior experience developing Autopilot systems, ground control stations, or flight simulation software is highly desirable
- Prior experience with FPGA development is desired
