The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you are a highly experienced advisor helping customers navigate their most complex journeys on MongoDB. You’ll be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and success for a portfolio of Enterprise (G2000) accounts, acting as a lead strategic connector between your customers and cross-functional resources to achieve high-stakes business goals. You’ll drive customer retention, revenue realization, and long-term advocacy while mentoring team members to elevate the organization's collective impact. You’ll build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, understand intricate technical environments inside and out, and navigate global account teams to deliver measurable impact in high-pressure scenarios.

The Role
The Account Executive is responsible for bringing new restaurants onto our dining network through a consultative sales approach.
OpenTable’s Account Executive team is dedicated to improving restaurants’ revenue potential by applying best-in-brand front-of-house management and online reservation technology. You’ll be in charge of quickly and efficiently identifying and fixing any damages to our fleet of vehicles. You have a keen eye for detail and will ensure that every ride on our e-scooter is safe and reliable.
In addition, you’ll perform thorough safety tests on our vehicles to make sure that they are roadworthy. We aim to provide customers with a top-notch transport experience, and your dedication to maintaining high safety standards will help us achieve this.
