Flip is the leading AI-powered employee experience platform for frontline workers. We're transforming how the people who keep the world running — in retail, manufacturing, and logistics — do their jobs. One app. One touch. Everything they need.
Our mission: Connect every employee to everything they need in one touch.
We're on a mission to transform the working lives of millions of people — and we're looking for someone to take our customer support to the next level: as the first point of contact for our customers and as the architect of the AI-powered infrastructure that makes us sustainably scalable.
You'll enjoy this role if you like doing the following:
Recurring requests are measurably reduced through automations or self-service solutions. New AI models and tools are systematically evaluated by you and — where it makes sense — integrated directly into our workflows. Customer feedback flows in a structured, regular way into Product and Engineering. SLAs are consistently met — and processes that were manual a year ago are now automated.
We're looking for people who combine technical sharpness with genuine customer focus — and who don't wait for someone to tell them what to improve.
You'll thrive with us if you:
At Flip, everyone is welcome - no matter what gender you identify as or how old you are. Sexual identity, origin, religion, world view and disabilities do not influence your potential job at Flip. The most important thing is that YOU fit in!

Manage the commercial health and P&L of your client cluster, designing growth roadmaps that identify untapped revenue streams.
Bridge the gap between German client headquarters and Monks’ global hubs, ensuring global best practices are localised effectively.
Navigate complex ecosystems, balancing German legal/compliance requirements with the need for agile, real-time content production.
Integrate cross-functional teams across Data, Film, Social, and Tech to ensure campaigns are measurable digital ecosystems.
Mentor and scale a high-performing account team, fostering a "maker" mindset and overseeing professional growth.
Implement rigorous workflows to ensure "Perfect Delivery," commercial scoping, and resource efficiency.
Champion the integration of proprietary AI tools into client workflows to drive efficiency and personalised marketing at scale.
10+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in top-tier agencies or digital consultancies, with at least 5 years leading multi-million Euro accounts.
Industry Authority: Deep knowledge of the Automotive and CPG sectors and the ability to balance long product cycles with rapid social trends.
Commercial Mastery: High financial literacy regarding margins, resource utilization, and negotiating complex MSAs.

This kind of breadth is rare, and for the right person, it is the most accelerated learning environment in the automotive software industry. You will build expertise across SDV, simulation, and autonomy faster than any siloed role would allow, while working directly with some of the most ambitious internal and external engineering teams worldwide.
Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.

Fundierte Software-Entwicklungskenntnisse in Go (bevorzugt, da unser IaC auf Pulumi in Go läuft), Python oder Kotlin.
Hands-on-Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Pulumi, OpenTofu, Terraform) und Konfigurations-Tools (z. B. Ansible, Chef).
Kenntnisse in Service-Mesh-Technologien (z. B. Linkerd, Istio).
Erfahrung mit Kubernetes Operators (z. B. Strimzi, CNPG).
Erfahrung mit dem Betrieb von High-Availability PostgreSQL.
