Job Overview

As an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, you will define and drive Coupang’s SAP transformation across key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to design scalable, integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions aligned with Coupang’s rapid growth and evolving business landscape.

You will be responsible for leading solution architecture, defining end-to-end business process designs, guiding technical teams, and ensuring SAP platforms meet enterprise-class standards in performance, reliability, integration, and security. This role will directly influence Coupang’s core operational systems and will require strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, cross-functional process knowledge, and enterprise-level architecture skills.

What You Will Do

Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM
Architect end-to-end business processes aligned to Coupang’s e-commerce, logistics, and fulfilment operations
Define integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and internal Coupang systems (OMS, WMS, Finance systems, 3rd-party applications)
Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture road map, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, data models, extensibility (BTP), Fiori UX, and cloud deployment models
Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural consistency and solution quality
Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams across multiple geographies to design scalable, high-performance SAP solutions
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimisation within the SAP landscape
Mentor SAP functional and technical teams; drive architectural governance and design reviews
Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class SLAs for performance, reliability, availability, and security
Support major SAP initiatives including S/4 HANA rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and greenfield/brownfield implementations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
15 years of overall experience with at least 8years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture
Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, etc.)
Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations
Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs, and API Hub
Experience leading multi-country/multi-business-unit SAP transformations
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or large-scale supply chain organisations
Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in greenfield or brownfield programs
Prior experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, SAP Activate)
Experience contributing to distributed, global SAP teams.

Role Overview

You will provide legal support across various international legal initiatives, including Coupang Intelligent Cloud, Coupang’s AI cloud computing service, in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic and constantly challenging environment. We are looking for passionate builders who can provide actionable legal advice under urgent deadlines and project manage various teams to implement creative solutions and achieve results. 

What You Will Do

Technology and commercial transactions: Lead and execute on a variety of country-specific, regional, and global technology and commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology and commercial contracts in English and Korean. You will be hands-on with end-to-end responsibility for legal support and will be required to work in partnership with our Procurement, Engineering, Security, Compliance and other teams.
Advisory: You will be a legal problem solver, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice on a broad range of legal issues related to cloud services and AI development, including commercial, regulatory, and policy matters. You will lead and execute as an all-around legal strategy on both day-to-day and long-term legal goals, including support for product and services development, commercial arrangements, contracts, terms of use, privacy matters, intellectual property and licensing, open-source software, information security and the interpretation of contractual terms and rights and obligations. 
Third party legal risk management: Contribute to developing and implementing third-party legal risk management frameworks to set the standards for third party contracting with vendors across Coupang. This will include: (1) developing policies and procedures for minimum vendor contract standards and requirements, (2) setting legal risk assessment, review, and approval requirements for vendor contracts, (3) being a central point of contact to oversee and monitor compliance with the third-party legal risk management framework, and (4) building awareness across legal, corporate support, and business teams to improve contract standards and risk assessment and management of vendor relationships across Coupang.
Collaboration: You will work closely with internal business leaders and Procurement, Engineering, Security, Privacy, and Compliance stakeholders located in Korea and the U.S. You will exemplify strong individual ownership and deft project management, with the ability to appropriately prioritize matters under strict deadlines and with minimal oversight.

Basic Qualifications

Qualified lawyer in the U.S., Korea or common law jurisdiction (e.g., England, Australia, Singapore) with 6+ years post-qualification legal experience, both in-house and private practice.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements across supply chain, enterprise hardware and software, data center and cloud services, professional services and other critical supplier relationships.
Experience providing legal support for tech product development (AI/IT). 
Familiarity with AI and LLM-related legal and contracting issues, including data use and training restrictions, IP rights, and risk allocation.
Demonstrable interest in diving deep to learn new technologies.
Bilingual Korean/English language ability with full professional fluency in English.
Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager / Director, Process Development who will lead the equipment engineering and process development function for Factorial’s whole-cell FEST manufacturing operations in South Korea. Own the full lifecycle of FEST cell-process equipment — concept, design, pilot-line deployment, production ramp, and standardization — and partner with cell product development, manufacturing, quality, and R&D to translate breakthroughs into scalable, production-ready processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Equipment development: Define specifications, performance requirements, and acceptance criteria; partner with vendors to design and procure custom tooling and automation; drive continuous improvement of yield, throughput, and process capability.
Pilot-line upgrades: Assess pilot-line capabilities versus production requirements, develop upgrade roadmaps, and manage projects through installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and sign-off with minimal disruption.
New equipment introduction: Monitor industry advances, lead proof-of-concept evaluations, and pioneer proprietary equipment for FEST processes where no off-the-shelf solution exists. Manage IP protection for novel innovations.
Trial runs and capacity ramp: Plan trial runs, define success criteria, coordinate cross-functional readiness, and lead systematic process qualification and capacity ramp aligned with OEM program milestones.
Documentation and standardization: Develop SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge-management systems; standardize FEST manufacturing processes across pilot and production lines for repeatability, traceability, and automotive-grade quality readiness.
Team leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing technical team; champion engineering rigor, continuous improvement, and cross-site knowledge sharing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have direct hands-on experience building small-format pouch cells for UAV/drone applications. Candidates must have led or substantially contributed to the development and manufacturing of small-format lithium-based pouch cells specifically deployed in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) or drone platforms. Candidates without demonstrable UAV/drone small-format pouch cell experience will not be considered.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in battery manufacturing process and equipment development; experience with FEST cells, small-format pouch cells, or dry-electrode processes strongly preferred.
5+ years in a management or technical leadership role overseeing equipment engineering or process development teams.
Demonstrated experience with full equipment lifecycle management: concept, specification, procurement, installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and ramp.Proven track record in pilot-to-production scale-up and capacity ramp.

Role Overview

As a key member of the Security PMO Business Controlling & Analytics team, this role owns security-related and corporate IT(enterprise) related SW/HW budgeting, contract & license management, and cost forecasting.
You will go beyond collecting numbers and deeply engage in procurement and contract processes, working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage security/corporate IT(enterprise) SW/HW budgets
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasting and variance analysis
Manage software and hardware contracts & license utilization
Conduct deep-dive cost analysis and drive optimization initiatives
Actively participate in procurement and contract lifecycle management
Collaborate closely with Business teams, Procurement, and Finance
Provide guide and training to Business teams regarding procurement process and systems (Levelpath, Ariba, iAccounting, etc.)
Challenge cost structures and identify improvement opportunities for budget/cost/procurement management process
Maintain high data accuracy in Excel-driven manual processes
Manage deliverables using internal tools (Wiki, BTS, etc.)

Required Qualifications

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong numerical analysis and validation mindset
Proven experience in budget/cost/contract management
Proficient in procurement and accounting systems such as Ariba, iAccounting, and Levelpath
Ability to prioritize and operate effectively in an Agile environment
Strong stakeholder communication skills (friendly yet firm)
High attention to detail and ownership mentality
Strong background in Finance or Accounting

Experience with the unique technical requirements and technical procurement process of enterprise tech companies
Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and production LLM use cases

As a Senior Manager, Sales at ASM, you will lead global engagement with a key customer, ensuring alignment between ASM’s technology roadmap and the customer’s long‑term needs. Your work will connect ASM’s innovations with customer success through insight, collaboration, and flawless execution.

What you will be working on

Manage the SKH/SKS global account across all business topics, products, and services, including Korea and China, with clear execution metrics.
Drive share growth across all ASM product segments at SKH/SKS.
Introduce new products, technologies, and innovations to the customer.
Identify customer needs, uncover new applications, and communicate future opportunities.
Prepare presentation materials for internal and external use.
Build a strategic opportunity pipeline, aligned with Sales/KAT/Process teams.
Create JDP opportunities for new products and new application engagements.
Achieve a minimum of one new application penetration per year.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Development teams to strengthen customer engagement.
Develop deep and trusted customer relationships across the organization.
Build and lead a high‑performing commercial organization in Korea.

Strengthen relationships with key customer functions and tier suppliers.

What we are looking for

15+ years of semiconductor capital equipment experience with SKH accounts (Sales / Marketing / Purchasing).
B.S. degree in an engineering discipline (preferred).Deep knowledge of FEOL deposition applications (Vertical Furnace / PECVD).
Proven experience in large account management.
Strong understanding of thin film deposition systems.
Ability to drive strategy within a global matrix organization.
Extensive professional network with SKH Semiconductor executives.
Excellent communication skills across R&D, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, with strong technical understanding.
Continuous interest in semiconductor technology trends and device manufacturing evolution.
Fluency in English and Korean (bilingual).
