The Role

SoFi is launching a brand-new commercial banking product — and we need a Staff Software Engineer to be its technical backbone.

Commercial Banking is SoFi's entry into institutional commercial banking. We're building the infrastructure that lets large institutional clients in crypto, fintech, and enterprise finance manage their money at SoFi — real-time payments, multi-account treasury management, and a closed-loop settlement network that operates 24/7/365. The systems you design will handle real institutional money from day one. The network you help architect — SEN (SoFi Exchange Network) — could become the default settlement rail for the industry.

As the Senior Staff Engineer on the Commercial Banking team, you'll be the technical leader the team looks to for the hardest problems — system design, API contracts, payment correctness, performance, and reliability. You'll set the technical bar, make architectural decisions that stick, and write the code that proves them out. This is a hands-on role: you'll be deep in the codebase while also shaping the direction for the engineers around you.

What You'll Do

Architect and Build

• Own the technical architecture for Commercial Banking's core systems — payment orchestration, client onboarding workflows, API Gateway, real-time settlement, and the services that power the client-facing experience.
• Design and implement the SoFi Exchange Network (SEN) — a real-time, 24/7/365 closed-loop payment network enabling instant settlement between SoFi commercial clients.
• Build the client onboarding orchestrator: a stateful workflow engine that provisions entities, bank accounts, entitlements, payment rails, limits, and pricing — with retry, rollback, and idempotency guarantees.
• Design enterprise-grade identity, RBAC, and maker/checker approval systems that support complex organizational structures with scoped account access, per-rail permissions, and configurable payment limits.
• Define API contracts that institutional clients will integrate against — getting the abstractions, error models, and versioning right from day one.
• Architect a sandbox environment that realistically simulates every payment rail, enabling clients to build and test their integrations with confidence.

Set the Technical Standard

• Establish system design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices for the Commercial Banking codebase.
• Drive technical decisions on data modeling, service boundaries, consistency guarantees, and failure handling across payment workflows where correctness is non-negotiable.
• Own observability strategy — structured logging, distributed tracing, alerting, and dashboards that give the team confidence in production.
• Lead technical design reviews and code reviews. Raise the quality bar and make it stick through example, not just feedback.
• Identify and address technical debt proactively — knowing when to take shortcuts for speed and when to invest in the right long-term solution.

Lead Through Influence

• Be the go-to technical leader on the team — the person engineers come to when they're stuck on a design problem, a performance issue, or a tricky integration.
• Mentor engineers at all levels. Help senior engineers grow toward staff-level thinking; help mid-level engineers develop stronger system design instincts.
• Partner with engineering management to shape the technical roadmap, estimate complexity, and sequence work for maximum impact.
• Drive cross-team technical alignment with other engineering teams at SoFi — working across identity, entitlements, accounts, payments, and core banking systems to ensure clean integration points.
• Represent the team's technical perspective in discussions with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Operations — translating business requirements into sound engineering decisions.

Make It Production-Ready

• Design systems that handle real money with the reliability and correctness that institutional clients demand — every transaction must be accounted for, every failure mode handled.
• Build for scale from day one — systems that work for early clients but are architected to support hundreds without rework.
• Own the technical side of client go-live: integration health checks, performance validation, monitoring readiness, and production cutover.
• Drive incident response and post-mortems. Build a culture where production issues are learning opportunities, not blame events.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a sustained track record of technical leadership on complex, production-critical systems.
• Deep distributed systems expertise — you can design services end-to-end, reason about consistency and ordering guarantees, and make pragmatic tradeoffs between correctness, availability, and latency.
• Hands-on mastery of JVM-based stacks (Kotlin or Java, Spring Boot) and modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong API design sensibility — you've designed APIs that external consumers depend on, and you understand the long-term cost of getting contracts wrong.
• Experience with stateful workflow systems — you've built or operated long-running, retryable, idempotent workflows in production.
• Proven ability to lead without authority — you influence technical direction through the quality of your ideas, your code, and your ability to bring people along.
• Excellent communication skills — you can write clear technical design documents, explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders, and make your reasoning legible to the team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Experience building financial systems — payments, ledger, treasury, banking, or fintech where auditability, correctness, and regulatory compliance are table stakes.
• Experience building real-time payment systems (FedWire, FedNow, RTP, ACH origination) or settlement networks.
• Background in commercial or institutional banking (treasury management, FBO/omnibus accounts, correspondent banking).
• Experience with crypto-adjacent financial infrastructure — custodian banking, exchange settlement, stablecoin operations.
• Familiarity with AML/KYB compliance workflows and transaction monitoring in a regulated banking environment.
• Experience building developer-facing products — API gateways, developer portals, sandbox environments, webhook infrastructure.
• Prior work with workflow orchestration engines (Temporal, Cadence, Step Functions) for long-running stateful processes.
• Experience with event-driven architectures — Kafka, event sourcing, or CQRS patterns in high-throughput systems.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help build and operate the next generation of globally distributed storage systems. You will own your code from inception to release, delivering solutions at all layers of the stack. On any given day, you might write a design document for a new provisioning system, model failure domain dependencies across edge locations, benchmark new storage hardware, build standardized observability and runbooks for distributed database clusters, or automate operational toil through purpose-built tooling and intelligent automation. You can expect to interact with a variety of languages and technologies including Rust, Go, Saltstack, and Terraform.

We're seeking an experienced marketer to own the Velocity – mid-market and small businesses – segment across the US, Canada, and LATAM. This individual will design the strategy and drive strategy realization work to grow market share and drive pipeline in collaboration across the GTM organization. They will help Stripe mature its marketing approach to the Velocity audience and evolve our demand generation strategy for this high-growth segment.

What you’ll do

This business-critical role will have significant impact across Stripe's GTM organization. Stripe's Velocity segment is growing rapidly and represents a massive share of our Americas pipeline with a fundamentally unique go-to-market motion. This role will design the Velocity engine to reach the buying committee and create a consistent experience through different journeys, channels, and tactics to ensure an integrated, full-funnel experience. You'll define regional priorities, allocate budget across channels, and be the connective tissue between global campaign strategy and regional execution for this segment.

Responsibilities

• Land and tailor global campaigns to acquire and nurture Velocity prospects at scale through digital content, paid media, content syndication, digital events, targeted nurture programs, etc
• Build region-specific marketing activations with channel leads to unlock local opportunities for SMB and mid-market audiences
• Partner with regional performance media experts to acquire and re-engage AMER Velocity prospects and customers through a broad mix of paid media tactics
• Collaborate with partner marketing to build and scale the through-partner demand generation strategy for Velocity companies — a critical and growing channel for this segment
• Build a cross-GTM coalition including Global Marketing, Regional Sales, Sales Development, and Sales Operations to jointly grow the Velocity pipeline
• Own key business and revenue metrics for the Velocity segment across the sales funnel — investigating conversion, lead quality, channel mix effectiveness, and pipeline health
• Partner cross-functionally to define regional requirements as Stripe refines marketing capabilities, MarTech stack, and lead management for scaled motions

• Fluency with AI including leveraging native AI tooling and integrating LLM / agentic capabilities into everyday work
• Experience building integrated demand strategies that connect with partner marketing, through-partner channels, or ecosystem-led growth motions
• Experience marketing to SMB (sub-100 employee) and mid-market (100–1,000 employee) companies, including segmentation by industry or technical sophistication

About the opportunity

The Customer Insights & Adoption (CIA) team is hiring a senior architect to lead internal technical enablement across Contentful’s product portfolio and recommended ways of building. You will serve as a deeply technical, highly cross-functional subject matter expert who empowers internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt Contentful with confidence and consistency. You’ll apply your industry experience, consultative leadership, and passion for teaching to build scalable programs and toolkits that drive a shared understanding of what good looks like, inform product innovation, and guide business strategy.

What to expect?

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features, implementation patterns, and best practices for the Customer Experience organization (e.g. Customer Success Management, Professional Services, Learning Services, Customer Support Engineering) and cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Engineering, Partnerships)

What do you need to be successful?

• 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting or a similar technical role, ideally in a digital experience platform environment or solution services agency
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns (e.g. headless CMS, API-first)
• Practitioner-level code proficiency, including comfort working with modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling, with the ability to critically evaluate implementation approaches

As a Systems Designer on the Sand Table team, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and realistic gameplay systems for our next-generation wargaming and briefing capabilities in XR headsets. You will work closely with our creative director and AI programmers to design, implement, and refine core gameplay features and systems that enable military users to interact meaningfully with complex simulations in immersive environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & EXECUTION

• Design and develop core gameplay systems including unit behavior models, command structures, and decision-making frameworks for military simulations
• Create detailed combat systems that accurately model weapons effectiveness, damage modeling, and battlefield outcomes
• Create design documentation that clearly communicates system functionality, user interactions, and expected outcomes
• Design scenario creation tools that allow users to quickly build and modify complex military simulations

We're looking for a Product Manager to drive simulation infrastructure and capabilities that enable autonomy development, testing, and validation at scale across Anduril.

The Lattice Simulation Group builds the foundational infrastructure and products that power autonomy development, scaled test and evaluation, operations analysis, and wargaming for the company.
In this role, you'll lead critical initiatives that require both product thinking and deep technical coordination across teams.

You'll scope and execute complex projects like driving adoption of Faster-Than-Real-Time (FTRT) testing for autonomy workflows, driving requirements for Federation and Live-Virtual-Constructive test infrastructure, and scaling synthetic environment capabilities. ABOUT THE JOB

At Anduril we are developing unmanned aerial systems capable of terminal guidance, long range intelligence collection, precision navigation, and unsupervised autonomy. Anvil, Altius, Ghost, and other developmental UAS platforms are built to operate in remote environments with limited user input, driving requirements for reliability and autonomy. We have developed an autonomy stack that receives user intent, responds to detections processed at the edge, and coordinates flight patterns for groups of assets. ABOUT THE JOB

At Anduril we are developing unmanned aerial systems capable of terminal guidance, long range intelligence collection, precision navigation, and unsupervised autonomy. Anvil, Altius, Ghost, and other developmental UAS platforms are built to operate in remote environments with limited user input, driving requirements for reliability and autonomy. We have developed an autonomy stack that receives user intent, responds to detections processed at the edge, and coordinates flight patterns for groups of assets. We are looking for systems engineers with experience in this field to help design and manage the next generation of Anduril’s flight vehicles. Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $130,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The Role

You will be the technical leader for Digital Identity at SoFi: the platform group that powers identity, authorization, and entitlements for every product and every member across the company. Digital Identity runs Tier-0 infrastructure: the highest criticality rating at SoFi. Every product line, banking, lending, investing, credit cards, crypto depends on these platforms to know who a member is, what they're entitled to, and what they're authorized to do. When these platforms are down, SoFi is down.You'll define the technical strategy for this group. You'll architect solutions for complex, ambiguous problems: multi-person access patterns, cross-organizational platform convergence, and data integrity at financial-services scale.

You'll build the engineering processes and culture that let a lean team operate Tier-0 infrastructure with confidence. And you'll push the boundaries of how we build, leveraging AI to accelerate development, prototype faster, and experiment with approaches that would have been impractical two years ago.

What You'll Own

Platform Technical Strategy: Digital Identity operates multiple Tier-0 platforms spanning identity resolution, entitlement management, and fine-grained authorization. You own the technical strategy across all of them: setting the architectural direction, executing and leading designs, and ensuring the platforms evolve as a coherent system rather than independent services.

Complex Authorization Architecture: SoFi is expanding into scenarios where multiple people interact with shared financial resources: across business, family, and custodial contexts. You'll design the unified platform architecture that handles these patterns at scale: consistent access models, compliance-grade audit trails, and enforcement of regulatory requirements. This is one platform problem with many product surfaces.

Cross-Organization Platform Convergence: SoFi operates and integrates with multiple technology organizations with overlapping identity and authorization infrastructure. You'll lead the architectural vision for convergence: a shared platform primitives that multiple organizations consume while preserving the flexibility each product line needs. This requires navigating competing priorities, different technical stacks, and organizational boundaries.

Operational Excellence & Data Integrity: Tier-0 financial platforms demand more than uptime. You'll architect the verification and reconciliation systems that prove these platforms are correct:  automated integrity checks, drift detection, and self-healing mechanisms. You'll establish the operational processes, incident response standards, and reliability practices that let the team ship with confidence and sleep at night.

Engineering Culture & Team Uplift: You'll raise the bar for how this team builds software. That means establishing rigorous design review processes, defining engineering standards that compound over time, mentoring senior ICs into technical leaders, and creating the feedback loops that turn incidents into prevention. You're not just the best engineer on the team: you're the reason the whole team gets better.

Strategic Investment Identification: You won't just execute on the roadmap handed to you. You'll identify the next set of high-leverage technical investments: where the platforms should go, what capabilities are missing, which emerging patterns (in authorization, in AI, in infrastructure) should be adopted before the business asks for them.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications 

• Distributed systems architecture at scale. You've designed and shipped platforms that other engineering teams depend on:  not just consumed services, but built them. You understand the failure modes of event-driven systems, eventual consistency, and cross-service data integrity. You've made hard tradeoffs between consistency, availability, and latency in production.
• Technical leadership with accountability built in. You don't just design systems: you design systems that prove they're correct. Reconciliation mechanisms, audit trails, integrity guarantees, automated verification. You've built infrastructure where "trust but verify" is architecture, not process.
• AI fluency and innovation. You actively use AI to build, prototype, and experiment. You've integrated AI-assisted development into your workflow and can articulate where it accelerates engineering and where it introduces risk. You push teams to adopt AI-native approaches to development not as a novelty, but as a competitive advantage in velocity and experimentation.
• Group-level influence and execution. You've driven technical strategy across multiple teams. You've navigated ambiguity where business goals were clear but the right technical problems to solve were not. You've represented your organization's technical direction to peer groups and senior / executive leadership.
• Engineering culture builder. You've established processes, standards, and practices that made entire teams more effective and not just shipped features yourself. You care about design review rigor, operational readiness, on-call excellence, and mentoring senior engineers into technical leaders.
• Ownership of outcomes, not just systems. You measure your work by what it enabled such as products shipped, risks eliminated, teams unblocked and not by the complexity of what you built.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience building identity & authorization platforms especially in multi-tenant or consumer-facing contexts. Familiarity with relationship-based access control models, fine-grained authorization systems, or identity federation infrastructure.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries where compliance, audit trails, and data integrity are architectural requirements, not afterthoughts.
• Track record of platform convergence: merging or unifying infrastructure across acquisitions, subsidiaries, or organizations with different technical stacks.

What This Isn't

This is not a role for someone who wants to write code in a corner. You'll spend significant time on architecture, cross-team alignment, design reviews, and mentorship. You will write code and drive credibility with your depth but the highest-leverage output is the technical direction you set, the engineering culture you build, and the engineers you develop.

The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform. About the Role:

Designs and maintains the controller processes that run on safety-critical hardware, focusing on fast, deterministic binaries, memory-based IPC, and integration with field and TCP-based protocols.

About You: 

• You have 6+ years of experience building C++ or Rust software that runs on or near safety-critical hardware, with a strong focus on correctness and reliability
• You have deep understanding of memory management and inter-process communication (IPC), and you are comfortable designing and debugging high-performance binaries that pass data efficiently between processes
• You have hands-on experience with real-time or near-real-time execution, and you care about low jitter, latency, and throughput, using common tools to track down performance and memory bottlenecks
• You are comfortable integrating with industrial communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LXI, Modbus, RMC/DMCP, OpenDAQ or similar), including moving data reliably over TCP between controllers and higher-level systems

Nice to haves but not required:

• Experience designing and operating systems running on a real-time OS or environments with tight real-time constraints
• Experience with lock-free or low-contention concurrency patterns for high-throughput data exchange between processes
• Familiarity with time-sensitive networking, deterministic scheduling, or other techniques used to coordinate multiple controllers in a safety-critical environment
• Prior experience bringing up or debugging hardware-in-the-loop test setups for controllers, including working directly in lab environments with instruments and test equipment

Opportunity for Impact

Taxbit's Information Reporting platform powers tax compliance for the world's largest crypto exchanges, payments companies, and financial institutions. As our portfolio of supported form types and filing regimes grows, we need a Staff Product Manager to own the expanding universe of core forms, filings, and the data model extensions that support them.

Each tax season, Taxbit generates and files millions of forms for the world's largest crypto exchanges, fintechs, and financial platforms. As enterprise clients demand broader form coverage and new regulatory regimes come into focus, this role is being created to give Taxbit's core forms portfolio the dedicated product leadership it deserves.

You will own the product lifecycle for Taxbit's established and emerging tax information reporting regimes, including 1099-series forms, 1042-S, 1098, and W-2G, as well as the filing infrastructure that delivers them. You will also own the data model changes that these regimes require: defining how new fields, templates, and validation rules enter our platform so that downstream eligibility, form generation, and filing all work correctly. Partnering with our Engineering teams, Tax Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and peer Product Managers, you will ensure that each new form type and filing obligation is translated into a scalable, correct, and self-serve product experience for our enterprise customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own Core Forms & Filing End-to-End: Drive the product roadmap for Taxbit's core forms and filing portfolio, spanning established and emerging reporting regimes (excluding CARF/CRS). This starts before building: you will assess which form types and filing capabilities warrant investment by evaluating customer demand, market opportunity, and regulatory urgency, then make clear recommendations on what to build and when. When the case is strong, you will scope requirements, including data model changes, write detailed PRDs, and work with Engineering to deliver (e.g., 1099-C, 1098, W-2G, IRIS) with quality and on time.
• Translate Regulatory Requirements into Product Behavior: Partner closely with Tax SMEs to understand IRS guidance, withholding rules, and form instructions. You are not simply taking requirements; you are probing, challenging, and proposing implementations that satisfy compliance requirements while ensuring customer usability and platform scalability.
• Deliver Across Teams with Quality: Your work touches multiple engineering pods and peer PM domains. You will coordinate dependencies across Forms & Filing, Tax Data Platform, and the IR Experience, ensuring that what you ship integrates cleanly into the broader platform without creating downstream surprises. For straightforward changes, you will create your own prototypes using AI tools and our design system, paired with written documentation covering edge cases and state logic. You will consult with Design early for pattern guidance, but you will not depend on a dedicated designer for routine work; Design partners deeply on strategic, complex, or wholly new interaction patterns.
• Communicate the Value, Not Just Build It: You are not just shipping features; you are responsible for ensuring that customers, prospects, and internal teams understand their value. For every major release in your domain, you will produce customer-facing materials that articulate who the product is for, why they should care, and how it compares. This includes managing launches, creating customer-facing slides, contributing to Executive Business Review collateral, and supporting webinar content for your area.
• Coach, Elevate, and Templatize: Share your knowledge, methods, and standards across the PM team. Proactively mentor more junior colleagues. Working with the VP of Product, you will help define and maintain repeatable templates for product communication: launch playbooks, customer-facing roadmap slides, and Executive Business Review collateral structures that every PM can use to articulate value consistently across their domain.

Professional Qualifications

Required

• Experience: 7-8+ years of product management experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping multi-quarter projects that span multiple teams or systems.
• Regulatory or Compliance Product Ownership: Meaningful experience building products in domains bound by hard external constraints (e.g., Tax, Information Reporting, Financial Services, Payments, KYC/AML). You understand how compliance requirements constrain product decisions and can navigate ambiguity when regulatory guidance is incomplete.
• Data Model & Systems Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define or extend data schemas, APIs, or platform data models. You can reason about how a field added to one entity ripples through ingestion, validation, calculation, and output.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Proven ability to coordinate across engineering teams, SMEs, and peer PMs to deliver integrated outcomes. You are skilled at managing dependencies without creating bottlenecks.
• Structured Communication: Exceptionally clear written PRDs, scope documents, and trade-off analyses. You "share the why" with Engineering, SMEs, and leadership so that decisions are understood and durable.
• AI-Fluent: You actively use AI tools to accelerate your own PM work: research, drafting, analysis, and decision-framing. You also identify opportunities to embed AI-assisted capabilities into the product itself, simplifying rules-based workflows and reducing manual effort for customers.

Nice to Have

• Domain Expertise: Direct experience with US tax information reporting (1099s, 1042-S, FATCA, withholding) or crypto/digital asset platforms.
• Filing Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with IRS electronic filing systems (FIRE, IRIS) or equivalent regulatory submission infrastructure.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $170,000-$220,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
