As Head of Technology, your mission is to evolve Workleap’s engineering organization toward a more autonomous, efficient, and AI-enabled model. You will lead the Shared Tech group and help accelerate the organization’s execution by aligning and evolving key teams. The role spans three core functions, Product Ops, Data, and Security & Infrastructure, with a clear mandate: stabilize, clarify priorities, and increase velocity without compromising quality. You will shape the systems, platforms, and practices that enable product teams to deliver faster, with greater autonomy and impact, by leveraging AI and automation.

What does your future team look like?   

You'll lead the Shared Tech group (~20 people): where we build the standards, the platforms, and the enabling infrastructure that serve both product lines (ShareGate and Workleap HR). You'll partner with the heads of each product line who own the product outcomes, and your mission is to make delivery dramatically faster.

The three pillars of your scope:

• Product Operations: Builder tooling, AI SDLC, observability, analytics, billing and subscription. Turn product activity into decisions and improve developer velocity.
• Data: Single trusted, AI-ready analytics backbone. Shared data models, governance, data science as a shared capability, AI quality foundations.
• Security & Infrastructure: Enterprise-grade trust without killing speed. Security architecture, compliance, incident response, infrastructure operations.

Your role will be to evolve this group from a support function into a true engine of engineering velocity and impact.

Qualifications 

• +8 years of experience in engineering leadership within a scaling or large-scale SaaS environment;
• Hands-on experience in transformation contexts, with a focus on improving team velocity, efficiency, and overall impact;
• Strong technical credibility with a hands-on mindset: ability to go deep, understand systems, and contribute to technical decisions;
• Experience managing and developing leaders within engineering organizations of approximately 20–30 people;
• Strong ability to influence in matrix environments and quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders;
• Proven ability to improve execution while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and judgment;
• Sound judgment to navigate trade-offs between speed, quality, security, and innovation;
• Strong interest in modern engineering practices, particularly in AI-influenced development environments;
• Experience with the Microsoft / .NET ecosystem, or strong ability to ramp up quickly;
• Good understanding of French (written and spoken) required;
• Based in Montreal or able to travel regularly.

As Director, Security & Infrastructure, your role is to create the conditions for product and engineering teams to move faster with confidence. You will lead the infrastructure, security operations, and governance, risk, and compliance functions across Workleap and ShareGate, ensuring our environment remains reliable, scalable, and secure as the organization evolves. You will play a key role in supporting Workleap’s shift toward a Full-Stack Builder model, where small teams own the full journey from insight to production. • Improve platform reliability and scalability so product teams can ship with confidence across Workleap and ShareGate;

You will lead a platform-focused team spanning infrastructure, security operations, and GRC, supporting both Workleap and ShareGate. This team is evolving from a traditional support function into a platform enablement team, one that helps product teams move faster by providing reliable, secure, and easy-to-use foundations. Your role is to position this team as a force multiplier for engineering: reducing friction, increasing autonomy, and making security and infrastructure feel invisible to builder teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across infrastructure and security leadership in technology organizations;
• Experience leading technical teams through transformation in fast-paced, evolving organizations;
• Strong expertise in cloud-native environments such as Azure or GCP;
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and platform automation;
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, such as SOC 2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls;
• Proven ability to build secure, scalable, high-availability environments for SaaS products;
• Strong ability to communicate risk, priorities, and tradeoffs to executive and board-level stakeholders;
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent credentials are considered an asset;
• Based in Montreal, or able to travel there a few times per quarter.

What We Need

We’re seeking a Senior Technical Artist specializing in technical animation and character rigging to guide the development of expressive, performant character systems. In this role, you will act as a technical steward, helping to shape the standards for our character pipeline across multiple titles. You’ll serve as a bridge between animation, character art, and engineering, providing the technical perspective and mentorship necessary to build scalable, high-quality tools for our creative teams.

What you'll Do

• Lead the design of complex character rigs, ensuring they consistently meet high standards for visual fidelity and runtime performance.

Êtes-vous une ingénieure ou un ingénieur en développement et exploitation (DevOps) visionnaire qui s’intéresse particulièrement à la mise en place d’infrastructures modernes grâce à l’automatisation, à l’infrastructure en tant que code (IaC) et aux pratiques CI/CD avancées? • Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir une infrastructure infonuagique évolutive en appliquant les principes d’infrastructure en tant que code (IaC).
• Créer des applications conteneurisées et gérer des grappes Kubernetes, avec un accent sur Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be the technical engine behind some of our most complex and consequential client engagements in Canada. You'll move fluidly between data exploration, model development, and executive communication — bringing scientific rigor to business problems and translating results into strategies that clients actually implement.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who is as comfortable whiteboarding a modeling strategy with a client's Chief Analytics Officer as they are debugging a pipeline before a critical delivery. You've shipped models that people actually use. You've sat in rooms where the business stakes were real, and you've delivered. You know the difference between a technically elegant solution and a practically useful one — and you always choose useful.

You'll arrive ready with the following:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics — with a demonstrable track record of end-to-end model delivery in a client-facing or high-stakes business environment
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field — statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent; strong undergraduate candidates with exceptional experience will be considered
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or R; you write clean, maintainable, production-quality code
• Deep expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling — regression, classification, clustering, time series, NLP, recommendation systems, and/or deep learning, depending on your specialization

This is a full-ownership data engineering role at the center of Medeloop's AI platform. You won't be maintaining pipelines someone else built,  you'll be architecting the data backbone that powers AI agents doing real operations at scale. You'll work directly with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to turn raw, complex healthcare data into the clean, structured, semantically-rich foundation our AI scientists depend on. Your work shows up in customer products and research outcomes, not internal dashboards that no one reads.Candidates who currently perform these tasks exclusively through manual processes are unlikely to be suitable for this role. Summary

The Test Automation Architect is a senior, hands on leadership role responsible for leading and evolving the automation practice across multiple delivery teams. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and technical execution. The Test Automation Architect will define automation standards, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and actively contribute to framework design and complex automation challenges when needed.

This role plays a critical part in shaping how, when, and why automation is applied across the organization, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and effective automation solutions that support fast moving delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple test automation teams while setting technical direction and quality standards
• Design, build, and evolve scalable test automation frameworks primarily using Python and or Java
• Define automation strategy and provide guidance on when automation adds value versus when manual testing is more appropriate
• Act as a technical mentor and coach, supporting team growth and adoption of best practices
• Establish and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and review processes
• Partner closely with QA, engineering, and product stakeholders to align testing approaches with delivery goals
• Remain hands on when required by contributing to framework development, troubleshooting, and critical initiatives
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across automation practices
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and approaches to strengthen the automation practice

Technical Skills and Experience

• Strong experience as a Test Automation Architect, Lead, or Senior Automation Engineer
• Deep expertise in Python and or Java for test automation
• Proven experience building and maintaining robust automation frameworks
• Experience leading or mentoring multiple automation teams
• Strong understanding of test strategy, test design, and quality engineering principles
• Ability to balance architectural leadership with hands on execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working effectively in a remote and distributed team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience testing IVR systems, Sierra, or contact center platforms
• Exposure to testing Generative AI solutions or LLM based systems
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments or large scale systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Significant experience in test automation and quality engineering in senior or lead roles
• Demonstrated ability to drive automation strategy while supporting delivery teams
