We provide cutting-edge technology and a network of owned and operated fulfillment centers that empower high-growth ecommerce and DTC brands to stress less and grow more. With over 2,500 employees across five countries, we're on a mission to revolutionize fulfillment by providing everything from the fastest click-to-delivery and real-time inventory to custom solutions—all with a merchant-first mindset.
Why ShipMonk?
We believe in building for the long term, and our success is powered by five key differentiators that help us become true partners to our merchants.
● Global Fulfillment Network: Our 12+ owned and operated fulfillment centers span the US, Canada, Mexico, the U.K., and Mainland Europe. We never outsource, ensuring quality and consistency.
● Proprietary Technology: We've eliminated the need for tribal knowledge with our AI-powered platform. It provides a real-time, unified view of inventory and orders, giving our merchants the control and visibility they need to succeed.
● Unrivaled Support: We provide hands-on, "mom and pop" support with a global reach. Our dedicated teams are on-site at every fulfillment center, ready to jump into action.

● Committed to the Future: We invest over $10 million annually in research and development to ensure our technology and services continually evolve, helping merchants plant roots with a partner who is here to stay.
We are ShipMonk, and we provide logistics services in order fulfillment. Our main business is in the USA, but our modern platform is built by the Product Development team in Prague.
Here at ShipMonk, we process up to 100,000 orders per day in our peak season. Our book of business has more than 1,500 clients which are small and medium e-shops, mostly based in the US. We offer the ShipMonk platform as the solution for the whole process. It covers everything from stocking the items to shipping the ready packages to all corners of the world!
We seek a High-Execution Data Engineer to be the lead architect and primary builder of the Merchant Data Catalogue (MDC). This "Builder-Architect" role requires designing, coding, building, and maintaining the infrastructure to transform complex 3PL logistics data into a single, standardized, client-ready data product. Moving beyond fragmented backend data, you will model it into a clean, unified "Merchant-Standard" format. This standardized data directly enables customers to easily calculate and output key e-commerce KPIs, such as drilling down on a 15% shipping cost increase. The MDC is critical as the foundation for our AI insights platform and all future data tooling for our thousands of merchants.
We are looking for a highly business-focused Data Engineer who will act as a Data Product Manager for the Merchant Data Catalog. This role's purpose is to accelerate our business by synthesizing user inputs and customer feedback into data models that drive strategic value for our thousands of merchants.

ShipMonk has built world-class infrastructure for shipping—our Virtual Carrier Network (VCN), claims systems, and logistics modeling are the rails. Now, we need the engine. We are seeking a Data Scientist – Transportation & Logistics Intelligence to transform our transportation systems to "predictive-first."
In this role, you won’t just be "analyzing data"—you’ll be building the autonomous logic that powers millions of shipments. You are the architect who will replace manual "if/then" rules with real-time, high-margin predictive models. Your mission is to bridge the gap between logistics physics and machine learning, ensuring that manual becomes modeled and reactive becomes predictive.

Apply to ShipMonkWe’re looking for a Product Manager who operates where data, strategy, and customer value meet. You’ll own and evolve our analytics domain, shaping the tools and experiences that transform raw data into clear, actionable insight.
As the leader of the in-product Analytics team, you’ll push an already market-leading capability further by evolving dashboards from static reporting to intelligent systems powered by trend detection, predictive forecasting, anomaly identification, AI-generated insights and prescriptive recommendations that proactively guide customer decisions.
You will own one of Wrike’s most strategically important and highly adopted feature areas, used by our most active users across more than 17,000 customer accounts. This is not incremental optimization, it’s full ownership of the analytics experience end to end, from vision and data foundations to customer-facing insight delivery. You’ll set the direction, make the trade-offs, and drive execution for a capability that directly impacts enterprise decision-making, retention, and expansion.
You will have full ownership of the analytics roadmap and prioritization, with dedicated engineering and design resources aligned to this domain. This role operates with high autonomy and executive visibility, shaping not only feature delivery but the long-term direction of analytics across the Wrike platform.
Your Impact:

Own and manage strategic partnerships with analytics technology providers such as Sisense and Snowflake to guarantee seamless integration, performance, and long-term platform evolution.
