Title: Psychiatric Medical Director 

Role Type: 1099 contact with the ability to eventually move to W2. 

Location: The clinic is located in North Carolina, but all duties of the role can be performed virtually. 

Schedule: 4-6 hours per week.

Role Summary:

The Medical Director shall be a licensed physician whose primary responsibilities are supervision, professional development, and guidance of clinical staff. In this capacity, the Medical Director will support the clinical team in evaluating mental health disorders and advise on the development of appropriate treatment plans for Guidelight Health clients.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of all clinic policies and procedures; recommend policy and procedure updates and changes, and shape evidence-based policy decisions to provide clients with the most up-to-date treatment available in psychiatric care.

• Ensure timely and complete documentation of treatment records, medication security, and any other documentation required by federal, state, and local agencies. 

• Ensure that Guidelight Health protects the rights and confidentiality of all clients. 

• Document findings and decision-making about care in electronic health records. 

• Maintain timely and appropriate communication and attend meetings as requested. 

• Facilitate appropriate communication and referrals with outside professionals as needed. 

• Comply with other ad hoc requests and projects as assigned. 

• Maintain a strong policy knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations as well as CARF requirements, policies and procedures. 

• Maintain knowledge of and compliance with CFR-related privacy principles and HIPAA policies and procedures. 

• Participate in federal and state mental health training and continuing education as needed to perform in the position safely and effectively. 

• Interact with all staff in a positive and motivational fashion, supporting the clinic’s mission and commitment to client experience.  This includes weekly mandatory supervision with the Advanced Practice Provider where you will also be providing continuing education.

• Engage in weekly team rounds to review and discuss clients with the treatment team.

Required Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Adult and/or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

• An active license in the State of North Carolina.

• Schedule II-V prescriptive authority from the State in which you reside. 

• A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registry license and active x-waiver. 

• An active National Provider Identifier (NPI). 

• Experience treating mental health disorders. 
• If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight’s supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs across multiple functions (Revenue, PS, CS, or similar) in a high-growth SaaS environment

• Familiarity with AI-powered enablement tooling (e.g., AI content creation, personalization engines, AI coaching) and a genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to enablement workflow)

• Strategic thinker who operates fluently in executive conversations while staying close enough to the work to guide quality and execution; influences without authority and aligns diverse stakeholders around a shared vision

• Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, and using insights to iterate on programs

• 5+ years in enablement or learning & development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team

• Hands-on experience with an LMS, including curriculum design, content governance, and reporting (Docebo strongly preferred)

• Clear, compelling communicator who can translate complex product or process information into engaging learning experiences

POSITION TITLE: Instructional Assistant (IT Support)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Per Scholas seeks a dynamic, team-oriented individual to serve as an Instructional Associate. The Instructional Associate will play an essential role in our organization’s mission as he/she trains Per Scholas learners to be outstanding entry and mid-level technicians.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Classroom Facilitation

• Using a structured and approved curriculum, assist the Technical Instructor in conducting technical training to prepare learners for entry to mid-level Information Technology jobs. Technical training competencies include but are not limited to hardware, software, networking, security, server, mobility, virtualization, cyber security, web development, quality assurance, and project management.  
• Assist classroom facilitation in a highly interactive, hands-on style.  The IA will consult with the Instructor before providing current learners with any review materials, videos, or other support.
• The IA will form and lead study groups using the instructor's evaluations. The instructor and the learners will determine topics. These study groups can be held during class time (as the instructor approves) or before/after class.
• The IA will consult with the instructor to determine the activities for the present and upcoming days and assist in gathering the necessary tools to conduct the lectures and hands-on labs.
• The IA will understand the curriculum and be prepared to conduct a lesson if the instructor needs to be out of the classroom.
• Please note an IA will not be asked to facilitate a lesson for an extended period.
• The IA will ensure that all equipment loaned to or used by the learners is returned to the instructor, the storage closet, or the person from whom it was borrowed.
• Utilize an in-house Learning Management System for assignments, tests, real-time performance monitoring, and assisting in entering learner attendance/grades/scorecards. 
• The Per Scholas curriculum calls for a maximum of 1.5 hours of lecture in a 6-hour teaching day.  The rest of the time is dedicated to interactive, hands-on lab activities led by the Technical Instructor. 
• Class sizes range from 15-30 learners.

Managing Learner Performance 

• Provide learners with ongoing feedback, recognize any challenges early, and work with the instructor and/or coaches and learners to overcome them.
• Coordinate closely with learners’ instructors and career coaches on enforcing program rules and promoting learner success.
• Implement individualized study plans for learners who are struggling in the class.
• Participate in all required learner progress meetings with other members of the team.
• Monitor and enforce learner class attendance, dress code, and other program policies.

Administrative

• Participate in staff meetings
• Conduct real-time learner data entry in Salesforce and/or Canvas

POSITION OVERVIEW 

Instructors will join SEO’s community of passionate educators to implement a rigorous college-prep curriculum for motivated and driven high school Scholars. Courses:

SEO North Carolina is a bichronous program for Scholars with lesson instruction is held 100% online, facilitated through Zoom. 

Instructors will be placed depending on their self-reported proficiency and demo lesson. The courses offered this semester are:

• 10th Grade: Journey Into Fiction
• 11th Grade: Writing for Social Change

Key Dates:

• Self-guided Asynchronous Instructor Training: New instructional staff will complete Asynchronous Training that equates to 10 hours of work. This can be completed on your own time and will be completed prior to the start of programming.
• Instructor Orientation: 6/16 on Zoom
• Synchronous Online Instruction: 7/1-7/30

QUALIFICATIONS  

Required:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in content related field.
• Teaching certification, K-12 classroom teaching experience, and/or experience teaching at the college or university level.
• The use of a reliable personal laptop. Seasonal instructors must have access to their own device that meets basic technology requirements to carry out all instructional and administrative duties.
• Experience working with high school-aged students.
• Comfortable with navigating technological learning systems.
• Expertise and depth of knowledge in advanced high school-level English and Humanities subjects.
• Eagerness to engage in conversations analyzing the historical and continued causes of societal ills and challenges.

Preferred: 

• Understanding and practice of student-centered pedagogy.
• Knowledge and experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
• Certifications, PD course completions, and/or tertiary education in Instructional Technologies.

POSITION OVERVIEW 

Associate Instructors will join SEO’s community of passionate educators to implement a rigorous college prep curriculum for motivated and driven high school students.  Using our original curriculum and a student-centered approach to teaching and learning, Associate Instructors play an integral part in supporting our Scholars’ journeys to a competitive college and beyond. Associate Instructors promote depth of understanding and skill acquisition by serving as a coach and facilitator of learning. Associate Instructors co-teach alongside Instructors to facilitate classroom instruction, teach mini lessons, organize small group and one-on-one instruction, and provide additional Scholar support. Associate Instructors do not have grading responsibilities.

• Self-guided Asynchronous Instructor Training: New instructional staff will complete Asynchronous Training that equates to 10 hours of work. This can be completed on your own time and will be completed prior to the start of programming.
• Instructor Orientation: 6/16 on Zoom
• Synchronous Online Instruction: 7/1-7/30

Position Summary

The Principal Training Liaison – Manufacturing is the functional authority for GMP training strategy within Manufacturing, shaping the curricula frameworks, qualification standards, and workforce capability models that underpin ProKidney's clinical and commercial readiness. This role establishes the methodologies, best practices, and performance standards that define how Manufacturing develops, qualifies, and sustains a compliant, high-performing workforce.

Operating at the intersection of regulatory science, adult learning, and manufacturing operations, this individual drives functional training strategy across Manufacturing and serves as a subject-matter authority and strategic consultant to QA, CMC, QC, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Engineering. This role anticipates compliance risk, proactively architects mitigation strategies, and influences cross-functional decisions that shape site-wide quality culture and inspection readiness. The Principal Training Liaison leads through expertise and influence, mentoring senior professionals and elevating the functional capability of the Manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

GMP Training Strategy & Program Architecture

• Architect and own the end-to-end GMP training strategy for Manufacturing, establishing frameworks, methodologies, and evaluation standards that define the function's approach to workforce readiness.
• Define the instructional model for GMP onboarding, including competency benchmarks, qualification criteria, and bootcamp curriculum design; set the standard others across the site adopt and follow.
• Anticipate regulatory trends and evolving GMP expectations; proactively integrate emerging requirements into training strategy before gaps materialize.

Training Content Development & Functional Standards

• Define the standards and methodology for GMP training content development across Manufacturing, including SOP-based courses, e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led programs; serve as the functional benchmark for quality and effectiveness.
• Apply advanced instructional design principles and deep cGMP expertise to design high-impact training that drives measurable improvements in compliance, operational performance, and workforce capability.
• Establish a systematic training effectiveness framework — including assessment design, observational audits, and feedback mechanisms — to evaluate and continuously improve program outcomes.
• Deliver high-stakes, specialized instructor-led training for complex regulated operations (e.g., aseptic technique, cleanroom behaviors, advanced GMP topics) where subject-matter authority is essential.

Compliance Oversight & Risk Management

• Define and own training compliance standards for Manufacturing; establish the metrics, governance model, and accountability structures that sustain a ≥90% training adherence rate across the site.
• Set and continuously optimize the qualification pathway for new hires, ensuring all personnel are trained and operationally qualified within defined timelines (target: 14 weeks from hire).
• Serve as the site's functional authority on aseptic technique and cleanroom behavior training, establishing the standards and qualification criteria applied across all manufacturing roles.
• Lead the training-related root cause analysis and CAPA development process for deviations and audit findings; anticipate systemic compliance risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Own the annual curriculum and job code review process, aligning training requirements with evolving role responsibilities and regulatory expectations.

Cross-Functional Influence & Continuous Improvement

• Act as a strategic consultant to QA, CMC, QC, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Engineering, influencing cross-functional decisions related to training, operational readiness, and cleanroom impact.
• Lead the training and readiness strategy for new equipment qualifications, material changes, and process introductions; shape how change is absorbed and sustained across the manufacturing workforce.
• Develop and own the training and operational KPI framework for Manufacturing; translate performance data into strategic insights that inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct targeted floor observations and internal compliance audits; synthesize findings into recommendations that influence site-wide quality systems and operational practices.
• Champion and model a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement; shape the behavioral norms and expectations that define ProKidney's manufacturing quality culture.

Trainer Development & Organizational Capability Building

• Define the qualification model, competency standards, and ongoing evaluation framework for GMP trainers; serve as the functional authority on trainer certification and effectiveness measurement.
• Architect and lead cross-functional mentorship and capability-building initiatives that elevate technical depth and instructional quality across Manufacturing and GMP functions.
• Drive long-term workforce capability strategies aligned with ProKidney's clinical and commercial growth trajectory; translate organizational milestones into proactive training roadmaps.

Qualifications

Education / Training

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Education, or related field required
• Advanced degree (M.S., MBA, or equivalent) preferred
• Instructional Design certification (e.g., ATD, CPTD) or equivalent advanced experience preferred

Experience

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in a GMP-regulated, FDA-compliant environment (biotech, pharma, or cell therapy strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of owning and shaping GMP training strategy and program architecture — not just program execution
• Deep expertise in cGMP regulations, aseptic processing, cleanroom behaviors, and regulatory inspection expectations

About the Role:

The Program Manager, Content & Communications plays a critical role in enabling a luxury customer experience by developing clear, engaging, and effective content for both member services agents and members. This role is responsible for training content creation, agent-facing knowledge resources, and member-facing help content.

This role partners closely with MS Training, MS Operations, and MS Operations Excellence teams to ensure content is accurate, timely, scalable, and aligned with both operational needs and luxury brand standards.

• Training & Agent Enablement

The VP of Training and Development will design and lead a comprehensive training strategy across the full spectrum of financial services operations.
