The Role

As the Creative Solutions Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-impact brand partnership projects. About the role

• Manage 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, from conceptualization to delivery, to sell our largest experiences across the globe
• Understand and align with the marketing strategy, proposing new opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint
• Create the concepts, briefs, and copywriting for a variety of assets including social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, OOH, and others.

About the Role 

As the Business Director for our BMW & MINI Social Media hub, you will be the strategic heartbeat of one of the world’s most iconic automotive accounts. You are responsible for orchestrating a unified social presence across 26 markets, ensuring that "The Ultimate Driving Machine" and MINI’s "Big Love" spirit are translated into high-performing, culturally relevant content.

You will oversee a high-performance team to deliver social-first excellence while nurturing relationships at the C-suite level. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

• Strategic Orchestration: Lead the social roadmap for BMW & MINI across EMEA, ensuring 26 markets operate with a "centralised strategy, localised execution" mindset.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Customer Marketing Manager to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy across Emplifi’s customer base.

In this role will focus on turning satisfied customers into long-term partners and active advocates. You will own programs that increase customer engagement, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of customer proof to support growth.

What You’ll Do Here

• Work closely with leadership across Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion across Emplifi’s customer base
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop and execute programs that ensure customers are realizing value from the platform, increasing adoption and long-term retention
• Drive campaigns and initiatives that support cross-sell and upsell opportunities, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to identify and activate expansion opportunities
• Drive reuse of demand generation campaigns and assets for customer audiences, tailoring messaging to support retention and expansion
• Scale Emplifi’s customer advocacy program, including case studies, testimonials, reviews, and reference management
• Identify, engage, and nurture customer champions, turning satisfied customers into active advocates and contributors
• Drive creative and engaging customer marketing activities across regions, balancing global consistency with local relevance
• Research, plan, and manage customer engagement programs, including webinars, roundtables, and virtual and in-person events
• Establish and run customer advisory boards in partnership with Product and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback informs product direction
• Support the strategy and execution of customer-focused events, including Emplifi’s user conference and regional activations
• Identify and engage third-party experts, partners, and customers to strengthen credibility and deepen relationships

• 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related marketing roles in B2B SaaS

Your Contributions

• Responsible for all aspects of on-site event services delivery, which includes developing processes, training team members, and driving innovations and efficiencies 
• Direct or indirect management of teams, including Team Leads, where applicable, of the EP/EM team for a site location(s)
• Assume responsibility as the most senior member of the on-site Event Services teams for a distinct site location, manage escalations and creatively solve
• Have oversight of team workload, ensuring day-to-day understanding of capacity/pressure points and assisting/offering guidance on the team’s events where required
• Successfully liaise across different levels within the immediate team, the client’s organization, and other vendor partners
• Thoroughly and comprehensively understand how our team supports and executes event services to effectively mentor and support team members onsite

What You Would Get To Do

In this role, the AV Systems Engineer will maintain the Audio, Video, Lighting, and Control systems that drive the facility, as well as networks, media ingest systems, and post-production systems.

The role requires the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people across the AV and Events space. We’re looking for an AV engineer with hands-on production experience who can provide technical support and guidance to events and conferences at all business levels.

The role also requires flexibility to occasionally work outside of traditional office hours, depending on demand and production requirements.

Your Contributions

• Provide back-end support to the Event Technicians on productions on-site and remotely
• Set up and monitor facility routing between event spaces and the main Control Rooms
• Perform on-site and remote maintenance on specialist equipment for event production and broadcast
• Design, test, evaluate and install new circuitry/equipment for use in the facility
• Analyse and repair technical faults on equipment beyond the first line of troubleshooting

What You Would Get To Do

In this capacity, the ideal candidate would represent the FIRST brand as an embedded team member for one of our Solutions accounts at a well-known technology company and serve as Team Lead. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical production experience in the event industry who can assume a management role within an organization. This role will lead the technical production elements for high-profile events and directly manage team members on the account to ensure high-quality event delivery. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing Enterprise leads. You will work closely with our Account Executives/Managers to generate pipeline and grow our customer base.

What you will do

• Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Org.
• Work both inbound and outbound leads with an expectation of doing 80 touches per day (via email, phone calls, social media)
• Communicate with key IT personnel, up to and including C-level executives, by phone, email, and social media.
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of DigiCert solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
• Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify projects, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions.
• Collaborates with marketing to optimize performance of campaigns.
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departments.

What you will have

• 1+ years of sales, sales development, outbound outreach experience
• Professional working proficiency in German & English
• Desire to work in sales and in the cybersecurity industry.

As an integral member of Spire’s Growth Marketing and Go-To-Market Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding Spire’s market position across global commercial and governmental segments. 

You are a hands-on team leader: someone who sets the strategic digital direction and personally executes high-impact activities across Spire’s digital ecosystem. You lead by doing, driving excellence, mentoring colleagues through expertise, and elevating the performance of Spire’s digital and channel engine through operational mastery. 

In this role, you will own Spire’s full digital and channels ecosystem, including paid and owned channels, inbound engines, and conversion paths. You will directly lead the Junior Social Media Marketing Manager and the SDR (Sales Development Representative) working within the digital pipeline flow. You will also have a dotted-line leadership responsibility for the Website Lead, ensuring alignment across performance, and conversion initiatives. 

You will build and operate the digital engine that drives Spire’s pipeline objectives, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across Business Lines Commercial and Government. 

This role is fundamental in executing our Marketing Activation, Brand, Digital Strategy, and Sales Ops responsibilities in close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional partners. You will ensure alignment of digital activities with SPIRE’s corporate strategy, Growth Marketing objectives, and regional go-to-market needs. 

Your responsibilities 

• Digital Channel Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel strategies tailored to commercial decision-makers and governmental buyers. This includes SEO/SEM, SEA, paid media, programmatic, social channels, email nurturing, and persona-based journeys aligned to enterprise and public-sector buying cycles. 
• Leadership of Channels & Digital Pipeline Operations: You will own all digital channels: paid, owned, earned and optimize them end-to-end for awareness, engagement, and conversion. 
  

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring the Junior Social Media Marketing Manager on channel operations, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
• Overseeing the SDR Manager and the channel push strategy e.g., lead routing, qualification standards, follow-up sequences.
• Ensuring seamless channel-to-SDR handover and improving funnel velocity across all business lines.

Website Experience Optimization (with dotted-line leadership): Own, manage, and continuously improve the global Spire website. You will work in a dotted-line leadership capacity with the Website Lead to:

• • Ensure UX and content align with digital acquisition strategy
  • Improve conversion paths across commercial and government journeys 
  • Support product launches and high-value landing pages 
  • Establish a performance-driven roadmap and operational cadence

Performance Analytics & KPI Leadership: Together with SalesOps, you will define and monitor the KPIs that drive digital excellence. You will extract insights, continuously optimize campaigns, increase demand capture, and deliver measurable pipeline impact across markets.

Hands-on Digital Execution (Core to the Role): As a hands-on leader, you will personally execute and oversee critical digital marketing activities to ensure high technical quality and operational speed:

• • Building and optimizing landing pages for campaigns and government programs
  • Managing and improving HubSpot campaigns, workflows, email journeys, and lead scoring
  • Running paid advertising campaigns (search, display, LinkedIn, retargeting)
  • Executing SEO optimizations, technical fixes, and structural enhancements
  • Creating and testing email journeys and nurture sequences
  • Running A/B tests for messaging, CTAs, layouts, and creative

Our Internship Program

We are looking for individuals to join our training program in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich - Germany.

As an intern, you will gain real experience in corporate communications strategy by helping our clients navigate the interconnected financial, political, and social arenas of today. You will work directly on some of the most high-profile and sensitive issues facing the world at large, with clients ranging across industries and mandates. At Brunswick, we capitalize on our global footprint and diverse teams, always remaining one collaborative and cohesive firm.

You will be part of an international team and will experience a dynamic working environment working on diverse projects and new challenges every day. Experienced consultants will supervise you during the program and familiarize you with various aspects of our world.

The internship is remunerated at € 2,450 per month and we also provide an allowance for monthly public transport tickets. Part of the working time is regularly carried out remotely in all our teams. A large selection of snacks and drinks is of course available for you in our offices!

We are looking for a Community Manager who has familiarity with ARPG games (big plus if you play Path of Exile 2) to further grow ZAM’s Community Team and assist in the creation and implementation of Community Development and Management strategies for our global gaming clientele. Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and German, has a passion for video games, deep knowledge and love of the gaming industry and has a high level of attention to detail. The Community Manager at ZAM will need to flex their project management skills, track and complete a variety of tasks for multiple projects, build strong relationships with our clients, manage other Singapore based community team members, as well as grow and engage with online gaming communities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ZAM’s Los Angeles headquarters & Singapore office and creative teams to create, curate and publish compelling social media content for our clients
• Coordinate communications with our clients, understand their goals and provide solutions.
