We’re looking for a highly-motivated Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager with experience across multiple marketing disciplines to deliver/execute the marketing plan in India. This is a brand new position that will work closely with the India Sales & Channel team, along with the broader APJ/ International & corporate marketing teams to execute an aligned and comprehensive marketing strategy that drives results.
The primary focus of this role is to support key regional sales and marketing initiatives, help grow the Druva brand, generate demand, and increase overall pipeline & revenue contribution. We need a self-starter with collaborative spirit who thrives in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment. The Insights product delivers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events to Guidepoint’s institutional and corporate clients. Teleconference transcripts are housed in a searchable portal covering diverse industries and topics, helping clients make informed decisions. As the Research Manager, Insights (India), you will lead a small pod of 2–3 Research Associates responsible for sourcing and recruiting experts for our teleconferences across sectors including technology, healthcare, consumer, industrials, energy, and financials.
This is a player-coach role. You will actively execute recruiting mandates while also driving team performance, pipeline health, outreach quality, and operational discipline. This is one of the most critical and demanding roles at Prodigal.
As an AI Deployment Lead, you are the person who takes an AI agent from a signed contract to a live, performing system and then keeps it getting better. You sit at the intersection of customer understanding, technical depth, and operational rigor. You own the outcome.
You will work directly with our North American customers - debt collection agencies, lenders, and loan servicers, to understand how their businesses actually run: their call flows, agent scripts/talk-tracks, compliance constraints, telephony/ dialer infrastructure, payment gateways, CRM systems, and APIs. You will translate that understanding into precise requirements and make sure what gets built is right before it ever touches a live call in production.
This is not a project management role with a technical veneer. You will design how the agent should think, speak, and behave across every scenario, validate that it does, and push for refinements until the system performs at the level the customer and you expect.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform team, you'll architect the systems that power PIE - unifying siloed data sources across CRMs, lending systems, dialers, and communication channels into a unified intelligence layer.
