Role Overview
The Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway (LEAP) Associate is a selective, high-impact role designed to accelerate the development of the next generation of commercial leaders at Legend Biotech.
LEAP Associates participate in a structured, end-to-end commercial development experience spanning key commercial functions, paired with real accountability, senior leader exposure, and hands-on ownership of meaningful business work. The program is intentionally designed for high-potential professionals who have demonstrated strong execution, leadership maturity, and a desire to grow into broader commercial leadership roles within biotech.
Unlike traditional entry-level or functional roles, LEAP Associates are positioned as enterprise-minded contributors, expected to think strategically, execute rigorously, operate across functions, and continuously elevate how work gets done, including through modern, AI-enabled ways of working.
Upon successful completion, participants are expected to be ready for expanded-scope commercial roles within the organization.

RVO Health is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who wants to help drive our mission of health and wellbeing for everyone.
Within this role, you will be responsible for driving enrollments with B2B2C acquisition marketing strategies for our Wellos product, focusing on promoting the clinical value to prospective members, healthcare providers, employer clients and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include creating strategy, messaging, collateral, and campaigns, analyzing campaign results, conducting market research, supporting sales, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance. Within this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing acquisition campaigns in payer and partner channels, primarily through email. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Operations to pull together a compelling and data-driven plan, owning results and projections for marketing-driven enrollments.You’ll also work closely with the broader marketing and product teams to identify white space for revenue opportunities.

The Associate Media Director of New Business will be a key member of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in new business and strategic planning. With extensive expertise in integrated media planning and a deep background in research and insights, they will drive creative opportunities to expand and enhance our agency's growth. This role is crucial in managing a fast-paced new business pipeline, helping to shape the future of our agency’s growth while expanding our strategic capabilities.
As a key lead across the growth team, they will provide strategic support and ownership to new business pitch process, providing rich research and insights leveraging our deep tool stack. This role will have a strong understanding of advanced measurement and the ability to structure measurement strategies. They will also provide fractional support for our current accounts to help inform and drive stronger strategies that lead to client retention.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to business improvement by achieving personal and departmental goals and objectives efficiently and effectively.
