Scope of the Job

As a Bar Prep you will be responsible for preparing House Batched beverages and juices.

A successful Bar Prep, is knowledgeable about menu items, attentive and focused on working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Upkeep of bar prep area and support of the bar staff to ensure all beverages are made to spec according to the Soho Manual
• Assist bartenders and management team in maintaining the bars beverage stock

Scope of the Job

At Soho House, the Receiver handles and processes all food and beverage stock that is ordered for the house. As the Receiver, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness of storage areas, back landing, dry storage, wash area, and walk ins, chef storage, freight elevator, and garbage room. A successful Receiver will maintain an efficient flow of goods, which involves documenting, storing, locating, and distributing stock for the departments. Responsibilities also include the inspection and sort shipments while keeping up with invoices to ensure orders are correct. Key Responsibilities

• Receive all perishable and non-perishable beverage and food orders and verify plus document the quantity received of all produce, fruits, dry goods, liqueur, chemicals, and supplies.

The Food Delivery Packer is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality packing and handling of all takeout and delivery operations. This role supports delivery service in a full service kitchen that also executes in-house dining. To do so, the Food Delivery Packer prepares and stocks to-go wares supplies, stamps COTE branded to-go materials, packs all orders with care, stickers/labels to-go containers and coordinates timely handoffs to customers and delivery couriers in a courteous and accurate manner. They do all of this in a shared working space and collaborate with other departments such as Food Runners to ensure all customer needs across delivery and in-house dining are met. Acting as a key link between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, the Food Delivery Packer helps maintain food safety standards, manages allergen-specific orders, and upholds cleanliness and organization in storage areas. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food delivery packing station setup and breakdown, training other potential Food Delivery Packers and providing support across the restaurant as needed.

● Complete all assigned side work related to set up and breakdown of food delivery stations in the kitchen area.

The role…

At Soho House, a Busser is responsible for curating a we organized, clean and structured member and guest experience. A Busser, supports runners, servers and management by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff. They also restock necessary items, such as napkins and straws, and may assist with washing dishes.

A successful Busser will be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills.

Main Duties

• Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized and candles are on the tables
• Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day; breakfast, lunch, dinner or feast service; mis en place (ketchup, salt pepper, HP and sugar bowl).
• Stock all stations upon arrival (small plates, sharing plates, water and wines glasses, and all the silverware) and maintain throughout service along with working with your team to keep the bread warmer full and neat
• Maintain section and ensure bread and water is delivery upon guests’ arrival while also assisting other sections when applicable
• Clear tables plates, silver / glassware between each course and subsequently wipe down and re-set table for new guests
• Polish silverware and pot wash are stored according to local standards
• Complete side work before and after service (see side work sheets for details)
• Making sure the cabinet and shelf in the bar area are full before service (glassware - silverware - plate ware).
• Remove all the dirty linen from station and trash is empty and clean

Compensation

What You Would Get To Do

The Associate Attendee Data Manager will support meeting planners in managing attendee registration for conferences and events, ensuring the smooth execution of data-related tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate attendee data, collaborating with event stakeholders, and providing database management to ensure consistency and accuracy. The Associate Attendee Data Manager will assist in the development, testing, and management of event communications and online registration, as well as supporting attendees throughout the registration process. This role also manages room blocks, activity scheduling and onsite execution support including post-event attendee reporting. 

Location: Remote but must reside in Miami FL

Your Contributions

• Working with event planners on overall registration management for a high volume in-person, hybrid and virtual corporate events
• Database management to ensure consistency of information, accurate data, inputting when required, generating lists and analysis upon request
• Assist in the development, editing, testing and management of online registration and event communications such as save-the-dates, invitations, reminders, confirmations, surveys, etc.

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Data Center Design Engineer to lead our data center projects. At Soho House, a Busser is responsible for curating a we organized, clean and structured member and guest experience. A Busser, supports runners, servers and management by cleaning and resetting tables, ensuring the availability of flatware and plates, and bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff. They also restock necessary items, such as napkins and straws, and may assist with washing dishes.

A successful Busser will be efficient, attentive, and have strong customer service skills.

Main Duties

• Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized and candles are on the tables
• Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day; breakfast, lunch, dinner or feast service; mis en place (ketchup, salt pepper, HP and sugar bowl).

A successful Front Office Assistant Manager will manage staff schedule, inventory and bookkeeping. In conjunction with the Front Office Manager the FOAM ensures seamless, positive and efficient experience for all members and guests. Main Duties

• Partner with Front Office Manager to develop, create and refine efficiency in the member and guest check in process and welcome experience
• Contribute to yearly departmental goals, related to payroll, expenses, staffing levels and guest service

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. At Soho House a Host is one of the first point of contacts for members guests and staff before being seated for their dining experience. As a Host, you are responsible for greeting guests, answering all incoming calls, and creating reservations for the Club or F&B Operation(s)/Restaurant(s). The Host, has acute organizational and people skills which often in infectious and promotes positive experience from the moment anyone arrives up until their departure. Responsibilities also entail excellent service to all guests, members and staff via friendliness, professional, and organizational efficiency.

A successful Host, you may be responsible for training other reception team members on process and service standards set at Soho House. The Role…

At Soho House a Server is responsible for understanding, discussing and educating members and guests all menu items, allergies associated (if applicable) while also presenting an approachable and elevated experience by following Soho House Service Standards. Also, collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service and post-service duties, accurately entering orders into POS and being attentive during service to support additional member or guest request.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all coworkers and management as well as complete checklists on all trained processes learned in Club School

• Polish silverware and pot wash are stored according to local standards

Service Butchers are dynamic hospitality professionals responsible for handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, and marinating cuts of meat. Service Butchers assist with plating and arranging different cuts for customers and work with all members of the Back of House team to ensure a smooth continuation of service and play an essential role in contributing to customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Sets up butcher station and kitchen area prior to prep work or service. 
• Inspects all meats to ensure that they adhere to the highest quality standards. Reports all discrepancies to the Chef de Cuisine (“CDC”) or Sous Chefs. 
• Prepares primal cuts and large cuts into forms ready for cooking using a variety of actions, including boning, tying, grinding, cutting, and trimming.
• Rotates products to reduce the chance of any meat spoiling to reduce waste and loss of profits. Adheres to principles of First In, First Out (“FIFO”). 
• Maintains and cleans the meat preparation counter to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Works efficiently with kitchen team members and complies with company procedures and food safety standards.
• Weighs and labels a variety of cuts of meat for on-demand selections by customers in an efficient manner that keeps customers happy.
• Arrange cuts of meat and place them in an attractive manner on butchers’ blocks at the direction of the CDC or Sous Chefs. 
• Keeps utensils and equipment clean and sanitary at all times. Avoids cross contamination by adhering to preparation standards set by the CDC. 
• Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Reports to each scheduled shift on time, in uniform, and ready to work.   Assists other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management.Is quick, diligent, and willing to improve.
• Responsible for training new employees as assigned.
