As the AI GTM Engineer, Growth Marketing, you’ll build and scale the technical foundation behind MaintainX’s acquisition engine. Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing & Strategy, this is a hands-on, embedded role within the Growth Marketing team, where you will partner directly with marketers to design, build, and launch campaigns powered by automation and AI. You won’t operate as a separate engineering function, you’ll work side-by-side with Customer Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO & GEO, Lifecycle, and Field Marketing teams to turn campaign ideas into scalable systems and live experiments. As a Marketing Senior Expert – Campaigns Lead, you will be a key driver of Nu’s international expansion plans, leading end-to-end marketing campaigns that build our brand and grow our customer base across multiple regions. You will sit in the Global Expansion / Marketing & Growth team and focus on high-impact integrated campaigns, sponsorship activations and go-to-market execution for new markets.

Appian is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Web Content Manager to contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our web presence. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of high-impact web experiences, ensuring our CMS remains healthy, scalable, and user-friendly. Rather than just executing updates, you will manage the intake of stakeholder requests and enforce a content lifecycle strategy. You will also play a critical role in empowering other teams through distributed authoring, ensuring our global web footprint is consistent, modern, and optimized for conversion.
The base salary for this role is between $75,000–$175,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.

We’re hiring a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, experimentation, and measurement across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads in a dynamic, multi-market footprint. You’ll push the frontier on AI-driven search, using modern search best practices—while building a rigorous testing framework and connecting paid search with SEO, AEO, and Social Search to win the evolving SERP. You’ll partner closely with Analytics, Product, Data Science, and Finance to align on the right optimization signals (e.g. ToF and qualified downstream events), ensure clean data pipelines, and drive measurable, durable growth.
Lead the search program end-to-end
Own account structure, campaign taxonomy, bidding strategy, and budget/pacing strategy.
Architect Performance Max (asset groups, audience signals, feeds, creative inputs) and core Search (RSA; DSA where appropriate).
Apply AI to scale performance and quality
Leverage platform AI and custom automation (scripts/API) for query mapping, asset/creative generation and rotation, anomaly detection, bid/budget reallocation, and pacing.
Pilot and productionize LLM-powered workflows for keyword/negative expansion, ad copy/asset ideation, and performance summarization.
Build a rigorous testing framework
Design and run structured experiments (geo splits, incrementality tests, asset/audience match type tests) with pre-registered hypotheses, power checks, and clear decision rules.
