Job Description:
As a fast growing FinTech company, our customer pool grows as well, thus, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to accomplish this mission within the dynamic Customer Support Team based in Paris.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Top-Notch Customer Support via telephone, web-form, email and chat
- Respond to customer compliance, finance, fraud, technical and commercial inquiries and more

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (GoLang) with deep Go expertise to join the Gateways team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with expectations to own subsystems end-to-end and drive technical direction in your area of ownership.
The Gateways team owns Workato's API management, gateway, and routing infrastructure — the layer that sits between external consumers and the platform's core services. Our scope includes the classic API Management (APIM) product, an AI Gateway for LLM traffic management, and an MCP Gateway for Model Context Protocol integration. We operate at high scale, low latency, and with strict availability requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate high-performance gateway and routing components in Go
- Own technical direction for your area: author design documents, lead architectural reviews, evaluate trade-offs, and drive decisions to conclusion
- Build and evolve infrastructure for authentication, caching, rate limiting, request queuing, and traffic shaping
- Collaborate with SRE, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to meet availability, scalability, and observability requirements
- Stay current with relevant technologies, protocols, and industry patterns; present findings and proposals for architectural review
- Deliver features end-to-end: from design through production rollout and ongoing maintenance
Requirements
Must Have
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on backend development in Go, with strong command of concurrency patterns, performance profiling, and idiomatic design
- Deep understanding of Go internals: scheduler, garbage collector, memory model, and runtime behavior under load
- Strong systems programming foundation: understanding of how things work below the application layer
- Deep network knowledge: TCP connection lifecycle, TLS/mTLS handshake and termination, HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, HTTP/3 (QUIC), WebSocket, SSE
- Applied cryptography: symmetric/asymmetric encryption, certificate chains of trust, key management, signing and verification
- Proven track record of designing and scaling distributed, highly available systems
- Solid understanding of large-scale web infrastructure: load balancers, reverse proxies, application servers, databases, message brokers, caching layers, and observability stacks
- Experience authoring system/architecture design documents and leading technical reviews
- Ability to identify bottlenecks at both the code level and the system level, and propose pragmatic solutions
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and deployment patterns
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience

- Reading-level familiarity with Ruby (on Rails) — the Workato platform core is Ruby-based and owned by other teams, but integration points require the ability to navigate and understand existing code

You understand API-based integrations, data modelling, and how to build systems that hold up at scale.
- Workday Integration Experience: Solid hands-on experience across Workday Finance and/or HCM — not just configuration, but a real understanding of the underlying data models and how Finance and P&C teams rely on Workday as their system of record. Practical experience building or maintaining integrations using EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, or the Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Practical AI Application: Demonstrable experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, including LLM-based agents, to solve real business problems. You can evaluate AI tools critically, build structured POCs, and write clear assessment summaries — you bring pragmatism, not hype.

Product - API Team

We are looking for a technically strong (Senior) Product Manager to help grow and evolve our API platform and API use cases. This role focuses on building high-quality, scalable APIs that enable partners and clients to integrate deeply with our payments, FX, and financial services capabilities.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to define new endpoints, webhooks, and workflows, while ensuring excellent developer experience and platform reliability.
The role sits at the heart of Ebury's platform strategy.
What you’ll do
API Product ownership
- Own parts (or all) of the API platform and use-case roadmap
- Define and evolve API endpoints, webhooks, error models, and data contracts
- Ensure APIs are consistent, versioned, and easy to integrate with
Technical collaboration
- Work closely with backend and frontend engineers on:
- API design and best practices
- Authentication and authorization flows
- Webhooks, retries and idempotency
- Participate actively in technical and trade-offs
Delivery & Execution
- Translate business and partner needs into clear product requirements
- Drive delivery from discovery through launch and iteration
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability
Stakeholder management
- Partner with Payments, FX, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams
- Support Sales and Partnerships with API capabilities and use cases
- Act as a product representative for API consumers (internal and external)
Developer experience
- Collaborate with the DevEx team on:
- Documentation and onboarding
- Sandbox and testing environments
- Observability and error reporting
- User developer feedback to continuously improve the API experience

What you’ll need
- 3+ years of Product Management experience (L3)
- 5+ years (L4) / 7+ years (L5)
- Strong experience working on API-first or platform products
- Comfortable reading and discussing technical designs and trade-offs
- Experience defining APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred experience
- Fintech, payments, FX, or financial infrastructure experience

About the position:
The Security Architecture team handles Netskope’s security strategy and domain security architecture vision and development. We drive and synchronize security strategies aligned with technology and business priorities along with validating future directions through security research and innovation. In this role, the Cloud Security Architect will be responsible for identifying, designing, and developing leading cloud security across a broad portfolio of public cloud services and related technology systems, and the assessment of new and emerging cloud security technologies at enterprise scale. - Establish protections/requirements to enable product team usage of emergent cloud features
- Co-author next generation cloud platform designs accounting for evolving threat and product landscapes

We are looking for a Software Developer to join the core team developing Ktor, an asynchronous framework for building connected applications.
Ktor provides an HTTP server and client stack with multiple low-level subsystems (I/O, networking, protocols, etc.) and a rich set of extensible features. The team works on both evolving existing functionality and designing new framework capabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Work on the core of the Ktor framework.
- Develop and improve HTTP server and client subsystems.
- Design and implement new framework features and extensions.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase with a focus on quality, performance, and reliability.
- Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with other developers and contributors.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:
- Solid experience with Kotlin.
- Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- The ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

We’re now looking for an experienced and proactive Full-stack QA Engineer to join our team to help us with functional and performance testing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining an automated testing infrastructure, setting up CI/CD pipelines, selecting and integrating existing tools, and designing new ones.
- Writing and improving automated tests, particularly for APIs.
- Collaborating with the QA and Development teams to design and execute test scenarios.
- Working with logs and monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana, Grafana) to detect functional issues and performance anomalies.
- Ensuring the quality of our distributed AI-powered systems by validating integrations with various language models and APIs.
We would like you on our team if you:
- Have at least three years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
- Possess a solid understanding of REST APIs, request/response structures, status codes, and typical scenarios.
- Have hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Are familiar with writing automated tests for APIs using any programming language or framework.
- Understand distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Have basic Docker skills (running containers, working with Docker Compose).
- Are comfortable reading and interpreting OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
- Have a basic understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth 2.0, API keys, and JWT).
- Can work well both independently and within a team, demonstrating strong self-management skills.
- Have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
- Have hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Helm).
- Have experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. TeamCity or GitHub Actions).
- Have experience with performance testing tools (e.g. k6).
- Are familiar with TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
- Have worked with automated testing infrastructure and processes.
- Enjoy digging into logs and debugging distributed systems.
